Well it is a place to stop and get parts. Not much help and employees acting like they know more than you. Sure in most cases people stopping in to grab some parts dont always know allot about cars but there are people that know what they are doing because they have been doing it for years. They might want to start listening as much as they talk.

AutoZone has everything you need and more. All their products are organized, the store is very clean, masks are required, there are dividers between checkouts, and they are hiring. I was very impressed with their customer service and their friendliness. Great place to buy car parts or whatever it is that you need.

Just had the best experience at this location. Triston L. Came out and looked under my car at a part that was making noise and told me exactly what I need and explain how to do it. He got that part but he eveing went out of his way and set up the part from bolt to bushing and washer and the oder it needed to go in. Told me to call him if I had any questions. I hope headquarters see this comment cause this dude deserves a promotion or something. Defiantly gonna call them my self and put in good word for him. Never experience such good customer service befor . TRISTON L. IS YOUR GUY TO SEE HERE .

I dont remember the ladies name but I was frustrated with this spline drives lug nuts and not knowing which one I needed and she was very patient with me and directed me to the Ham Lake store to get it which was on the way to U Pull R Parts in East Bethel so basically she 180ed me from total fail to total success - my new tire is perfect.

They actually know what there doing, and explain it in a way an average person would understand

I purchased a batter from here and brought it home thinking that I’d be able to replace my old one myself. Turns out that was not the case, guess I overestimated my high school auto knowledge 😂 so I got my car pulled to this store from my house, hoping that they’d help me remove the old batter and instal the new one since they had offered to when I bought it. I received the best and friendliest customer service from Noah. I even showed up at 7:30am, right as they opened and he was happy to put on his jacket and gloves to come outside and help me! He was so nice to me the whole time and even picked up the battery for me since I definitely can’t do it “easily” myself. Just an all around awesome experience.

Nice to have a store open late if needed. Usually has what I need.

Ive been shopping here for a number of years now. The sales people seem very knowledgeable about the cars I drive and the parts they sell. Prices a very competitive with other parts stores and often cheaper. Never had a problem with warranty items or returns. The also have a large parking lot for easy in and out.

Found the parts needed

Staff is really hit or miss on whether theyre helpful and knowledgeable, or unfriendly and incompetent. The AutoZone rewards and guarantees are pretty nice, I got some completely free new brake parts to replace on my car. So I still use them, but theres definitely room for improvement.

Always friendly and helpful. Almost always have a part I need in stock. If they dont, they can get it in by the following morning. Also like the free diagnostic service and tool loans they offer.

I guest the service wasn’t bad, took a battery in. Drop it off like 5, 10, or 15 minutes after I left. Was inform that the battery was good, but actually took a dead battery back home.I’m not sure whats the percentage of getting a good voltage out of a bad battery, but I do not believe that the employee double check the battery. Yes the battery may of been dirty, but it’s a fleet farm battery. ( meant for farming )I don’t know if I felt like I was helped out.

This is my go-to auto parts store. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a windshield wiper blade on my last visit, and the sales person graciously offered to install the new wiper on my vehicle. Thank you Auto Zone for the excellent service.

This AutoZone has consistently provided me with my best auto parts shopping experience. The associates are always eager to help, knowledgeable, and quick. Ive since sworn off OReillys as they always act bothered by my presence and wont stand behind the warranty on their extreme performance batteries. Im not a professional mechanic, but I have been replacing my engine sensors, exhaust after the headers, steering gear, fuel pump, and more over the last 8 months. Im willing to bypass NAPA and OReillys and drive about 15 miles to get to this Autozone.

Super helpful staff the several times I have been in there for parts.

I stopped in this evening in desperate need of windshield wipers. The gentleman who helped me was very professional. He looked up what I needed then showed me what they had and took the time to explain to me the difference of each. After making my purchase he offered to put the wiper blades on my vehicle. He explained how to put them on while he was doing so, showing me what he was doing. What WONDERFUL customer service!!

Go in tell them what you need and they go and get what you need off the shelf instead of some places just tell you what aisle it is in for you to get it yourself

I was driving in the area when I suddenly heard a clunking like something was bouncing around under my hood and when it stopped I looked in my rear view mirror to see a little piece of something rolling down the road behind me. I turned around and parked and found the part and quickly drove to this Autozone to see if they could help.They were quickly able to identify it as part of a sway bar link and took me out to my car and were able to show me which one was broken and where. They were able to get me a replacement and went over how to put in the replacement. I got the vehicle home and replaced it easily enough (hardest part was getting what was left of the old one out of there). Am very happy with the service they provided.

This place has all the parts. The place is know as the hub, it is the mini warehouse that they stock all the other stores in the area.

Clean place for an auto store, but try to get one of those people out from behind the counter....forget about it... Your on your own, they will shout out directions to ya, so you feel the customer service..I get better help at the junkyard.

If you’re on a slight time crunch I don’t recommend this place. Not only are the prices different in stores but it took the guy 10 minutes to figure out the part then another 20 finding it in the back then another 15 tryin to set up a rewards and another 5 to get the card reader working.

Understaffed but prices are okay. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowes instead since they have a better selection. I wanted to also add that the customer service sucks at this location.

Store personal dont know a lug nut from a 1/2 socket. Messed up warranty. Wont use again. Amazon has better prices. Auto zone would not honor military discount.

Prices are not the same at stores in the same zip code. Sometimes a $10 difference. It’s not a value thing, it’s a pricing thing. You are ripping people off.

Overpriced and predatory. They will try to sell you things you dont need and take advantage of any ignorance. Find a local shop!

HORRRRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everytime Ive gone in here for something there is always a handful of employees standing around the back registers. After walking up to the only person actually seeming to work i asked if I could checkout there. His reply was, Ummm.... Another employee, despite the great incovince I had caused him by wanting to check out, said he would check me out. He was extremely unfriendly, didnt even bother to make eye contact and damn near shoved the receipt at me. Dear OReillys...ill be coming to you from now on.

I played a joke on the new 24-hour store about getting Muffler bearings I asked a friend to pick them up while I was on the phone with them they continue to look on the computer and couldnt find them tell me what is wrong with this picture

Went because I had a check engine light and the dude figured out what it was and turned it off.

Prices are just fine but the employee I talked with made it seem like I was taking time away from the goofing off he was currently doing with another employee. Would still shop there but would look for someone else to ask advice from.
