Got my bumper replaced on my Sienna. Friendly, professional staff, washed my car, and even did a light detailing on the dash and floor from what I could tell. I would come back if I have body damage, which hopefully isnt any time soon.

This place is wonderful! They worked with me to get my car in for an appointment and went out of their way to make sure it got done. I was incredibly pleased with the work they did and they called me after looking at the vehicle and discussed with me other issues with the car and what could be done that day versus what would likely need to be done another day. Every person that I was in contact with while my car was there was incredibly polite and easy to work with. Great prices too. Highly recommend!

I went in and had weatherstripping replaced around one of my windows. The next day it turned out to be a huge snowstorm.The owner was so nice he said just keep the jeep care key until Monday.And the biggest surprise came to me when I picked up my car and they buffed out my headlights for FREe!Yes that is an! Because I was so excited. They are a wonderful group of guys if I ever need any more body I will repair go there.❤️

These guys rock! My wheel well got side swiped so drove to them to get an idea of what it would take to fix. Two of the guys looked at my car, grabbed a few products, came back and had my wheel well looking 87% better just by their handiwork. I just watched them work on it in the parking lot! I didnt even make an appointment. To top it off, they wouldnt take a penny from me. Wow! I will be sending all of my friends, family, and acquaintances to North Star! Hopefully I wont have to use them again but they have my business if ever needed. Thanks so much guys!

These guys are the best! They are very timely with their work and stand behind it. I’ve purchased my last two cars from them in addition to bringing in my cars for service. Super fair prices and honest work. They’ve actually told me I don’t need certain services that I thought I needed. I plan to purchase and service all of my vehicles with these guys. They also have free loaners.

North Star did a fantastic job both with repairing damage from an accident in addition to some slight hail dings that the car recently received. They kept us well informed and finished quicker than what we were expecting. Well be using them again for our future auto body needs!

North Star did a great job fixing two cracked motorcycle fairing parts. They were very easy to work with and took care of all my questions and concerns. They were very reasonable on price and quickly returned my phone calls. I would definitely go back if I ever need repairs in the future.

I feel bad for not reviewing previously. North Star fixed our vehicle after a side swipe. The great work they did aside, this is one of the few places we feel were dealing with a person instead of a salesman. The cost is reasonable and theyre very up-front and friendly. Ill never go elsewhere for vehicle repairs.

Darren and his crew did a fantastic job fixing my back bumper. It had some deep scratches and scrapes. It looks factory new now and my car was only out of commission for one full day (dropped my car off on a Wednesday night and was able to pick it up Friday afternoon). They were also the most affordable auto body shop in town. I got bids from a couple other places and Darrens price came in far less than anyone else. I was actually surprised how affordable his bid was. And while I didnt need one, this shop provides FREE car loaners. The other body shops I talked to charged for their car loaners. I cant recommend North Star Auto Body enough. Im having them do some work on my other vehicle as well.

Excellent service!I got in a car accident with my Subaru and first brought it to Gales at the urging of my insurance company to get the assessment, they were upfront and told me that they were backed up, so my insurance sent me to another shop who sat on the repair for a week and a half before I got irritated with the wait and picked it up. I then brought it to my trusted local mechanic to get the signals working. They didnt even want to work on the signals as they told me that it would be cheaper to fix them after the damage was repaired, and they referred me to North Star.Not only was North Star way cheaper than the initial quote from my insurer (I got to pocket a little bit of money,) but they also provided a free loaner and kept communication open even though the repair took a little bit longer than expected. Given the damage on the car, I couldnt expect any better service than Darren and Jeremy provided. I dont hope to need their services again any time soon, but in the event that I do, I will be coming back.

I heard about North Star Auto Body via Facebook and decided to give them a call when my engine died. I had gotten a quote from Exxon Mobile for the cost of a full engine replacement for $3100 and I was being blamed for the engine failure due to no oil change (this was never the case). Well thats when i decided to call North Star Auto Body. Darren explained what happened to the engine how he could fix it and gave me a loaner car in the mean time. North Star saved me $700+ to repair my engine..full engine replacement I should say. Extremely pleased with the customer service, honesty, and the work. My Malibu sounds like new every time I turn her on! LOVE IT!!!!!

North Star Auto Body not only did a great job fixing my car but offered great communication as it took time to get the parts in (through no fault of their own, it was Suzuki that didnt have them).I would not hesitate to bring my car back if I ever needed work done again!

Nice guys very fast and good quality work and the price was unbeatable fair blackout my infitini emblem from the other body shop for $125 but got damage next day over there $50 perfect and fast I get my spoiler,front spitter done and I’m going to do my carbon fiber steering wheel highly recommend

Terrible! The quality of their work is awful Ive brought my car here twice to be fixed and both times they only fixed part of the problem the first time I thought it was an anomaly which required me to bring the car back a second time to be properly fixed. The second time i asked for a partial refund so I could use the money to go elsewhere to properly get my car fixed. I sent an email to Darren and called him several times but received no response. They have a habit of not fixing the cars correctly the fist time. If u want to get your car Autobody fixed correctly the first time, Dont go here. Unless u have time to waste. They claim they will fix it until your satisfied. Not true!!!

Took me out of service while they buried a line for CTL. I left several messages as they NEVER answer the phone. They could not be bothered to return a any of my messages. I was out of service for over 48 hrs. TERRIBLE customer service and actions clearly state they have no respect for their end users and could care less!!! TERRIBLE partner -

I recently brought my Explorer into NorthStar AutoBody for the first time and was blown away by the quality and service provided by Darren and his team at NorthStar. I brought my vehicle in to get the hood repainted, Darren provided a quote over the phone and keep in contact throughout the week as to the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was done on time and I was charged exactly what he quoted. Darren and his crew went above and beyond the expectations I had when I first took my vehicle in. They made sure the job was done correctly, then also took extra steps in corrosion control to ensure the life of the hood would withstand the life of the vehicle. Usually I am skeptical of most auto body shops because everytime I get the bill its usually doubled. Not the case with NorthStar AutoBody, I even got pictures emailed to me explaining exactly what they were doing to correct the problem. I still cant believe Darren and his team made it such a pleasant and stress free experience. I brought my vehicle to Northstar Autobody for a damaged door and paint work with an insurance claim. I had already sought an estimate on other paint work for the same vehicle, yet circumstances warranted additional work.Quality of realignment of the door was fair (on a scale of unacceptable to perfection). Alignmen is off but the door does shut. The personnel who addressed the door, did not fill or paint any of the dents or damage on the actual inside of the door, nor the door jamb.Quality of paint is poor (on a scale of Walmart spray paint to factory finish). Its very clear that no trim was removed during painting, over spray can be seen around all areas painted. Masking lines are easy to find across the vehicle. Considerable orange peel in the finish, considering the rest of the vehicle is glass smooth. Sanding / polishing only completed on the large surfaces of the body panels which were painted, corners are rough on the touch. Hairs and eyelashes are trapped between the paint and clear coat layers. Extreme over spray left on the rest of the vehicle (really, a $3.99 drop cloth could have prevented this).Bonus: My freshly shampooed and steam cleaned tan carpeted floor mats are trashed with black dirt or shop residue.My vehicle was painstakingly detailed just prior to being brought to Northstar, as I was preparing to sell it. Now, its nearly in worse condition than when they received it. I have honestly witnessed Maaco do higher quality work and for about 1/8th of the price.Im extremely disappointed as a customer who was seeking a reputable shop for my vehicle as well as many projects in the very near future. I will be contacting my insurance company about finding a solution to correcting the poor quality work completed on my vehicle.
