He was so kind and very understanding as he helped me went through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. I called him several times with questions and concerns. From start to finish my entire experience with Caliber Collision was top-notch. When I went to pick up my vehicle there were three flaws that I identified in the body repair work. I was disappointed naturally, but Caliber Collision came through like a champ! They didnt make excuses, rather they attacked my concerns and gave me my vehicle back the very next day. The interior of my vehicle was completely vacuumed out, I also got a car wash and because of my small issue they even filled up my tank with gas. Bravo Caliber Collision! I was very impressed with the service. They texted me with every single step so that I was never left out of the loop. They gave me estimated end dates for each step as well as when my truck would be done. They also cleaned out my truck inside and out and detailed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service of any kind.

They did their job but there was a serious lack of communication between them, their receptionist, and the insurance company... We were told our car was done and the rental had to be back on a certain day... Returned the rental and then we were told our car is not legally drivable (because they didnt put the tail lights back in after deeming it a total loss) I called and asked the shop what the deal was and they said this was the second time this happened that day... And I had to call the insurance company... They dont get paid for taking your car apart for the estimate but they DO need to get paid for putting it back together... Even if its just a set of tail lights... Wife had to take a cab home and we were without a car until progressive gave us another rental... Shop seemed nice but lack of communication would lead me to go elsewhere...

I wouldnt trust these people to change a light bulb. I tried to use Caliber Collision Blaine through insurance for a new wheel, tire and alignment after pothole damage. Despite having an estimate done earlier at Caliber Collision Maplewood, Caliber Collision Blaine insisted I send photos and part numbers for the wheel and tire. I did that. They then insisted I bring the damaged wheel and tire to them so they could make sure to order the correct parts. Inconvenient, but I also did that. Everything was to be completed the week of 12/21, but with Christmas I expected it might be early the following week. When I reached out on 12/28, I was told the wheel was in, but the tire hadnt arrived and I would be given an update. I reached out again on 12/30 and was told they actually had no idea when the tire would be in. This was the first time they informed me the tire was a special order and was delayed. I searched locally and found the exact tire in stock at a local shop. Caliber Collision refused to secure this tire so the repair could be completed. I decided to pick up the new wheel only and have the tire mounted on my own. The morning of the pickup, Caliber Collision Blaine claimed they just opened the box for the new wheel and discovered it was wrong. So after two weeks of waiting, I’m right back where I started. Its hard to believe incompetence at this level is possible.

Unable to order correct parts or provide accurate repair updates. Caliber Collision Blaine will use any convenient excuse to invalidate bad reviews. Holidays, COVID, 3rd party vendors. Dont be fooled; all it amounts to is poor management and lacking customer service.

They fixed what had to be fixed. Car was cleaned and sanitized tremendously! The preference of text message for communication sorta lacked. However no need for negativity end goal was positive.

The folks at caliber collision do impeccable work. I am a super particular person and I was pleasantly surprised how amazing of a job they did on my f-150 truck.
