Got what I needed, but not without hassle. The employee Andy A. Was not helpful whatsoever. We seemed to annoy him for asking for a part, more so when we asked in Spanish. Whats the point in having someone speak Spanish if they get annoyed when you do. If I had known the part name is English i would have said it. He said they didnt have the parts, i asked if he could check the Pocatello location he said no. I checked on line and they did have the part, went back in and they miraculously did have it. I would have just gotten it in OReilly if they werent sold out.Si eres hispano y no hablas bien inglés no te recomiendo que vayas allí. No te hablarán bien. De nada sirve que tengan un hispano allí, si se ofende que le hablen en Español.

Worst customer service ever!!! Just wanted a service manual clerk said get a part number they could look it up online I said I wanted a hard copy manual he said they couldnt order one. Went to O reilleys and they ordered it for the very next day. Called auto zone and asked why they couldnt do that and they hung up on me. This is why we wont use auto zone again!

The people at Autozone are wonderful! I came in yesterday to fix the blinker and taillight in my journey so I could get to Utah for a funeral. I had been to the other two places in town and none of them had the part I needed. Autozone was the only one who could get the part in, but it would take a few days. Seeing I was in a hurry they replaced the blinker for me and found some red tape and covered the broken light until I could get it fixed. They were so kind and sympathetic to my situation. Thank you!! Thank you!! I will definitely go to Autozone first from now on!!!

Great if you want to buy stuff to detail and wash your car or basic stuff like windshield blades, batteries, oil, seat covers. They never have the part you need to fix your rig but they can get it in three days, never had the patients to wait.

Besides doing a good job supplying what I wanted, they also guided me to where I could get something they didnt Supply! To me that is good customer service.

The plave was knowledgeable and helpful. However they didnt have the part cause it was a dealer one. So be aware that you may get your part you might not. But all in all great service!

I had to exchange some items and the guy helping me was struggling and asked Miranda for assistance and when he tried to respond to her she said Im not in a good mood today so just listen. After they finally figured out my purchase they told me I had to wait 20 min to use the gift card that they had to put my returns on. When I asked her to make sure there was the full amount on there she was disrespectful and said thats what I am doing in a very disgusted attitude. I am disappointed in her customer service and the way she treated her co-worker.

From reading the reviews, this store seems to have two very different staffs. I encountered the 2 star staff. One chic had to look into their database to tell me they had no blinker fluid. The other female tried to sell me a metric screwdriver for my skyhook; I drive a Delorean.Very little parts knowledge and overpriced parts. Internet shop your parts people.
