They go out of their way to make it happen, but please give them some lead time of about 2 weeks for most jobs, of course it depends on how complicated and the number of items. Very professional. They can embroidery a few things not the spot, like cup holder emblem etc. Just depends. You need to check it out. Great gift ideas
