Ken or Kent or whatever his name is has the worst customer service. Like almost arrogant. I’ve bought multiple orders of hats and polo embroidered shirts. I’ll never buy anything there again. I wouldn’t recommend them either. I ask simple questions and he answers like he thinks your stupid.

We had shirts made, and the print on the shirts didnt last but one wash, we were careful to wash and air dry, but the print looks awful. They also put the incorrect date on our shirts, which is a historical date. We were asked to proof read there design before they made them, so I guess we are partially to blame since I didnt catch their mistake.

Ive used Townsend several times and have been very pleased! Customer service is great, quality of products is great and the family running the business is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Very good at responding to emails and they never assume they know what I wanted. If they have questions they ask and had great customer service.
