I purchased a new tub from Mike 9 years ago. 5 years ago I moved out of state and he said he could take it back on consignment and would likely sell it in a couple weeks. That was 5 years ago and it still has not sold. I call him periodically and check in and have told him to lower the price if you have to. I just want it sold! Now I have been trying to call him for several weeks and he has quit taking my calls all together. I have left several messages. I just want this resolved but feel my hands are tied. I am beginning to feel that legal action may be my last resort.

This guy ripped me off. We bought a hot tub from him and had nothing but problems from day 1. First he promised he would deliver it in a week and it took him two months. Then it had a leaking issue so I called him to fix it. I made 4 appointments with him to come and fix it before he finally showed up. When he finally did show up he said he didn’t have the correct tools with him and he would come back the next day. Well he never showed up again after several attempts of me calling and stopping by. This is a worthless company and a worthless owner and I would never recommend them to anyone.

So friendly almost left with a new beautiful tub
