From helping decipher what your water readings mean to just overall customer care, James & Nate have given us an incredible experience. We have had bad experiences with Hot Springs as well. For one, they did not deliver the products we purchased. We ordered a pool with a sand filter. They decided to send us a different filter which doesnt work well and they claim they have upgraded for us. They also talked us into the dolphin vacuum which does not work and they refuse to refund the money. After visiting with other people that purchased from hot springs they also have not had luck with the dolphin vacuums.

Our whole experience with Hot Springs has been soured. We had our hot tub installed in March and we are still waiting to have the electrical work completed and its now June.While Hot Springs does not perform the electrical work, we utilized the contractor they referred, RK Electric, and they coordinated for the job so we would not have to deal with the situation we are in today.Unfortunately, the electrical contractor botched the job and Hot Springs had to come out and rewire the Hot Tub so it would work. Additionally, the electrical conduit has been run in a way that causes a tripping hazard and constant debris build up when it could easily have been run properly out of the way and out of eye site. The electricians left an outlet completed uncapped and covered with electrical tape. The electricians while at my home complained the entire time that they should have been doing a different job and not our Hot Tub install. Both Hot Springs and the electrical contractor agree the work t hat was done at our home was not done properly.We have called and followed up with both Hot Springs and the electrical contractor over the last three months. Now, the electrical contractor is not willing to fix his work without charging us double the originally quoted price of $500 - $700. Not to mention, its been three months and we are the ones chasing him to complete the work. Hot Springs has tried to help but ultimately claims to not have power over the electrical contractor they referred and coordinated the install of our their hot tub.The electrical contractor is pointing their finger at Hot Springs and Hot Springs is pointing their finger at the electrical contractor and we are left holding the bag trying to figure out how to fix a problem we did not create but are left to deal with ourselves. This Hot Tub was a birthday present from my husband to myself and the kids. We are very disappointed and this has soured the whole experience. If we could go back knowing what we know now, we would not have purchased this Hot Tub from this vendor nor would we ever allow RK Electric to perform any work to our home or elsewhere.
What can I say but WOW! We were being swindled by another company out of minot North Dakota. Luckily...we had met Nate while at the state fair and just took a shot in the dark to find some peace of mind on how the Spa world works. He filled us in on what the difference between a company that is actually able to fulfill an order and a company that is just giving us the run around. We were able to get our order taken care of extremely painlessly. Our order is on its way and we couldn’t be happier and so incredibly thankful for Nate’s help in every way from the 7 pm calls and troubling questions that we had to the minor details. Would highly suggest my buddy Nate! Nowhere else to purchase your spa and accessories but Hotspring spas. Thank you!

Nate went above and beyond to help me get a hot tub! From answering messages outside of store hours, to taking a deposit over the phone, to answering right away when we had a minor glitch pairing the remote, he couldnt have been more helpful! We also had some dealings with James, in the store, who recommended an electrician who was willing to travel 3 hours to hook it up. The delivery guys were very thorough with the set up and going through all of the chemicals that came with it. All in all it was a great experience. Update: my salt water tub has not worked properly since being installed in early June.. Hot Springs, you will really need to work toward my trust again 😖Nate is the best! We ordered our tub in March fully expecting that it would be a while. Nate found a tub earlier than expected and installation was good. They even adjusted the cover mechanism when we realized it wouldnt work in our space. Great customer service for newby tub owners. Go with salt water, it is wonderful.
Working with Nate was awesome! Making this type of purchase I really wanted to make sure I was buying the right product for me. He didn’t try to push me into something that wasn’t for me. We went over everything and at the end he made a few recommendations. The entire buying experience was the best I’ve had with big purchases!
Tough decision between another spa in town we also liked. We decided on a HotSpring Grandee. We’re glad we did- don’t listen about the negative of the salt water system because we absolutely love it! We recently decided to shop for a hot tub. I called around to several dealers and when speaking to James he was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. James promptly send me pictures and quotes. My wife and I talked about the options and then set up a time to meet James at the store. We arrived at the store and he again answered all of our questions and guided us in our decision without pressuring us. We couldnt decide on which one and then decided to go home and measure if the larger one would work for us. I had been dealing with the Fargo store for just about two months to get this resolved. If James wouldn’t have helped I would still be waiting for Fargo. I was really excited about our new vanguard hot tub, but unfortunately it has turned into a money pit. I was sold on the salt system but it is very expensive to keep up and you still need to add chemicals. Also the remote is not durable and costly to replace. We paid top price thinking we were getting something special but unfortunately not. James the salesman was very nice and good to deal with, but unfortunately the product isn’t what we expected.

The planning and installation of the table in our house went fantastic, and the installation crew was great. He answered all my questions and called me right away the next morning since it was 9:30 at night I sent the email. We visited about our options and what exactly we were looking for. UPDATE:All comes down to communication. I respect that the owner reached out to me, and assisted me in a solution. The issue was never the price or product as both were as expected. Any company that has an open dialog with an issue deserves to be reviewed fairly after any negative comments. Because of that, Im changing my review and continue to purchase from these stores.The sale started out great, good price, knowledgeable staff. It was nice to deal with a spa company that knew how to treat us well. Then I gave my Credit Card, and 95 days later.. we can not get an answer on our order. Calling weekly has given me a new understanding of them. All I have been asking is estimated delivery dates. Have applied no pressure to get my product, just want information. Unfortunately, I will have to look elsewhere in the future for a swim spa upgrade.

I had the great people at HotSpring Spa and Pooltables come and move my hot tub across town. It was in a very difficult spot, and had to be moved over some very difficult terrain.The team was awesome. Moving it both quickly and safely even after we threw several monkey wrenches in their way. I highly recommend them for any service.

We bought a Triumph 4 person hot tub and a Massage chair and I have to say each one by them selves are great but sit in the tub for a bit then the chair is awesome! James was very helpful when my Wife and I stopped in to the showroom. We only went to look and shop a bit but he was very informative and didnt pressure us at all. With that being said we bought them both before we left. The chair was delivered a couple days before the hot tub and we had a problem with it not working properly, I stopped down to the showroom and talked to them about it and the next business day Rick was there and got it all taken care of. We bought a 17 foot swim spa from HotSpring Spas in Bismarck, and we absolutely LOVE it! They were able to reprogram the swim spa so the water temp goes up 105 degrees. We really enjoy it, even in the winter!

She has gone above and beyond typical customer service taking the time to explain about HotSpring Spas vs ‘normal hot tubs’ and responding to our questions quickly via text. She was prepared with an electrical professional if we needed one or had questions (we did) - who I might add was equally professional, helpful and responsive to our needs. Our spa will be delivered 7/18/18 - we are beyond excited.
Terrific service from Nate. Best decision I made was to invest in the Grandee ace salt water spa....I use it almost every day and it is such a treat to let the stress of the day melt away! Nate at this location is fantastic. He was always available to make us feel comfortable during the process. Nate (aka in my Phone) “spa expert” is the only one in town I’ll refer all friends and family to. He knew everything and was not pushy. My only regret.... I didn’t buy this years sooner.

We recently purchased a pool from Nate at Hot Spring Spas in Bismarck. He was very informative and knowledgeable during the buying process. After the purchase, we set up a delivery date about a week after the purchase. On delivery day, Nate called us and indicated there was a delay with the delivery. I’ll be honest and say this made us a little nervous as we were on a sensitive timeline (we are building a deck around the pool and had a contractor hired) Nate seemed to really care and understand our concern. Within two hours of voicing our concern about the delay, NATE personally arrived and set up our pool by himself. He stayed until near dark and came out the next day after hours to finish the install. I have never experienced this type of customer service and follow through in any type of profession. This kid worked his butt off to make sure we were happy and met our deadline. Our pool looks incredible (pictures to follow). I can’t say enough about our experience. I encourage anyone reading this looking for products Hot Spring Spas Carry to specifically ask for this young man (Nate). After the encounters, I realized we weren’t receiving special treatment but rather his is how he operates. I’ll be calling Nate soon with an “issue” because I know he will personally be the one to be here, and a steak and drink will be waiting. He won’t know about the memories we are about to create with the grandkids with this purchase, but we will remember him. Thank you again.
This is the second spa I have gotten from the Bismarck Hot Springs store. The first one had a problem during the coldest part of the winter and the lines became frozen. The staff at the store was very helpful in getting me the help I needed to try and repair the tub. But, the lines that froze also cracked. It got turned into my insurance and Nate at the Bismarck store was very helpful with that whole situation. My new tub was delivered about a week ago and the delivery/ set up guys were awesome. Went above and beyond. I hope I dont need to purchase another tub real soon, but when I do I will without a doubt go to Hot Springs Bismarck again. By the way....I love my Envoy spa from Hot Springs Spas and Pool Tables 2.

We have bought a saltwater spa from these guys and just bought a 24 foot diameter pool from these guys. We like the products they sell but their service is some of the worst around. It is hard to get a hold of anyone. They say they will call you back but they never do we should not of bought the pool there we thought it might get better but it is terrible.
First spring cleaning this week with our Grandee. Had a couple questions so reached out to Nate at the Bismarck store. I cant say enough good things about this guy - extremely responsive, extremely helpful, just great to work with. Thanks for making our Hot Springs ownership a wonderful experience.

I originally intended to just start shopping around for a hot tub. After meeting the sales rep, Brighton at the Bismarck store, I was pretty much sold! From the moment we walked into the show room we were greeted and provided “hot tub 101.” Every question we had was answered. The delivery and setup team for the tub were great to work with and I can’t say enough kind things about the entire team!
I have been a Hot Spring Spa customer for 35 years. Very satisfied customer. I come in weekly to visit with the staff. The staff (Alexa and Nate) are very friendly and always eager to help. I have upgraded my spa with Ace Salt Water, I have eliminated all the other chemicals added to my old Hot Spring Spa. I used to deal with the competitors but they would never call me back!

Many many bumps in the road for us with Hot Springs. I had the same issue as another poster, cant get an answer as to delivery and then sent our pool to Minot....Then when it does come it is the wrong color, which we really didnt care. We got beige instead of blue, it was no big deal and told them that. But the ladder was wrong also, we wanted that specific ladder because it folds up and the grandbabies cant get to it.Anyway if you find yourself not getting phone calls returned, the service is not acceptable when you go in the store OR you actually have a salesman roll their eyes at you and act condescending..get in touch with management. We were finally in touch with Ben Lamb and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty with us. Getting in touch with management will solve your issues. Im very happy we did.We never did have a pushy sales man, it was the opposite. We will continue to do business with them. But now I have the phone number of one of the men with stock in the company. When my son goes to buy his hot tub next year, I will tell him to talk to Ben directly and order it.Dealing with the little gal Alexa that tests the water is wonderful. Always knows our name and always so helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought our spa a couple of months ago from Nate. The day I went in there I knew nothing about spas. Nate took the time to teach me all about them and help me pick the right spa that fit our needs and not sell me something I didn’t need. Bought a spa from Nate at the NDSF and it’s awesome. HotSprings found me a tub in state and had it delivered 4 days after I purchased at the fair. They even hooked me up with a local electrician to hook the power up. The spa is even better than I expected. Nate did a great job at the point of sale and Rick did an awesome job with placing the tub and getting it ready for power. RK electric was also great to work with. I would highly recommend all involved.
We have had our saltwater system hot tub for approximately two months now and absolutely love it. I am a Physical Therapist who stands and utilizes her hands at least 10+ hours a day and since I have been using the hot tub 2+ times per week I have had Absolutely no pain in my hands, wrists, knees or feet.My son has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions and utilizes the saltwater system 5 to 7 days per week and can continue to enjoy being an amazing athlete with little to no pain or discomfort.We have had the entire basketball team at our house after hard practices and games and they can socialize while allowing their bodies to detox and be pain-free too.Our Entire family loves it and I highly recommend the saltwater system to anyone. I continue to encourage all my patients to invest in their health and invest in a hot tub with Hot Springs Spa.
