I cannot express how wonderfully i wad treated. I needed a new screen protector for my phone. The young man put one on, there were bubbles he couldnt get out. He tried another, he had problems with that one. He was so gracious he gave me a discount. I always go there for my iPad, phone because they treat me so well. I tell everyone about them.

Being one of the only places that does android. Its understandable that theyre busy. Even still they took less then an hour (seeing we had the parts alrighty for it) to get the repair done. Theyre quick, efficient, friendly, and ultimately amazing service

I went to Epic with my shattered iPhone praying they could fix my screen. The lady with pretty long hair was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She was able to fix it rather quickly and made my phone look brand new! I’d recommend seeing her for your phone issues, stellar service!!!

While the male tech was wonderful and really tried to update my granddaughters Chromebook I felt like the female tech was just annoyed with us. Kudos to the fellow, I dont ever want to see the lady again.

My phone screen and glass screen cover were destroyed, they fixed it in 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. Jayden was super nice, she even chased after me in the parking lot to tell me they found a new screen for me and didn’t have to order it!

Said they would hold a screen for my lg g6 and sold it out from under me. Stated oh we ordered you a new one. I went back in hopes to have the screen fixed to find out they lie when they say they can hold it for you. She stated she would hold it till today. Had these guys look at my IPAD that wasnt working, thought it was the battery. It turned out to be a simple fix with a firmware update. They could have easily just charged me for repairs that turned out to be unnecessary, but were up front on what was needed. Got my phone screen repaired there 10 days ago with a screen from a website they recommended, guy that replaced it couldnt get it to fit right and said it would be fine. Now my screen has a giant crack in it right in the spot he couldnt get to fit. I guess next time Ill just spend the money and do it right, just not here!

I had a problem with my computer that runs my most important piece of equipment. I took the tower in and it was fixed within 30 minutes. My Samsung charger port was broken. Took phone to Verizon and they said that my phone was dead and that it would take a miracle to have it fixed. Dropped phone off at Epic Tech and the extremely impressive and amazing technician Blaine had it fixed in no time. Excellent service and very reasonable price to have it fixed. Give that miracle worker Blaine a raise!

Had both screens on my cell phone fixed here by Blaine. He did an excellent job! He was done in less that 20 minutes and had 3 orders to do before mine. I could not be more happy with the result, I recommend this place to everyone/anyone who needs their technologies fixed. Prices are very fair and the service is friendly. His old location is also next to a head shop, which is a great bonus.

My phone was running extremely slow, it was so bad I was pretty sure I needed a new phone. But when I talked to the guys at Epic Tech they informed me that I might just need a new battery. Sure enough after they put a new battery in my phone it was running good as new. It was pretty cheap, only took an hour and since I didnt have to buy a new phone saved me several hundred dollars! Very satisfied, I will be coming back to Epic Tech anytime I need work done.

Legit company for you electronic needs. My computer recently crashed and I called another electronic services company and they said it would take 3-4 days to get my computer back and it would cost me an outrageous amount of money. Epic Technologies let me come in as soon as my computer went on the fritz and did a 3-4 day job in a half hour!! They are extremely personable and understanding! I have brought several issues to them over the last year or so. From cell batteries to accidentally jumping in the lake with my phone in my pocket (I don’t recommend doing that!) and they have fixed all of my problems at an extremely fair price.

These guys are great. I went in with a computer issue and told him to the best of my knowledge was the problems were. He carefully listened and said he would take a look at it. For $89 he did the diagnostic test and called me back 2 days later with it fixed. Very friendly staff and they definitely are very knowledgeable in electronics.

I walked in not knowing if my phone was even repairable. I was afraid they would charge me the time it took for them to figure out the problem plus accessories plus that labor. Was not the case at all. Very knowledgeable staff and absolutely helpful. Would recommend them to everyone. No bs here.

My phone screen was broken so I couldn’t unlock it. It eventually disabled itself. ATT tried to help me get my info off of it. It was insured so I received a replacement, but had to clear it before sending it back. It also held all my passwords so I couldn’t get everything transferred to new phone. They were able to do a backup and retrieve all my info and erase it so I could safely return it. A couple hours of work for less than a Otter Case. 🤗

I have gone through more cell phones than anyone in the Tri-State area, having Epic Tech available is a huge benefit. I asked them to fix my completely shattered screen, thinking it would take a week, it took them an hour and I was on my way back to normal.
