Shortly before passing through Bismarck my old phone died. Having bought a charger here years ago (still using it) i remembered this Verizon store. When I arrived Steven asked about my needs and in less than 20 minutes I was walking out with a new phone. This was awesome because I was in a hurry. Great job on zeroing in on what I needed and matching with the best product for me and explaining my options! 5 Stars!

Working with Elijah was awesome!!! He really took his time with us, made sure we got the best deal possible and also had an answer for every question. When it came time to set up the new phones and transfer from the old phones, he definitely made sure the new phones had everything and was fullly set up before we left!! Definitely will come back!!

Usually My husband gets antsy and crabby at the cell phone store because I’m impatient. But Elijah made this trip a very enjoyable experience, by far the best one I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable and good at explaining everything as well.

Im glad we knew about setting up appointments because they were a bit busy tonight. If you call and set up a meeting you jump right ti the front. Elijah answered all our questions, and left us feeling very happy with our experience.

The customer service there is good but this is a huge but when I came in to order the phone they did not tell me that theyre gonna charge me more money if I dont go through an account until the phone showed up and then didnt tell me that I would be charging activation fee which ended up being doubled and I had to go through Verizons phone service to get taken care of Ive spent a lot more time to get a phone than I should have had to thats why the poor review Also they did not disclose to me that they are not necessarily a Verizon store so much as their Verizon retail seller I do not appreciate that,

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a phone on Black Friday which they didn’t have in stock and were told they would receive it end of December (December 24th). Told them it would possibly be January before we returned. Called today (January 7th) to go and pick it up and they canceled the order. We’ve purchased phones here before without issues but new policies in place that their staff apparently know about. Store manager (Steven) is very persistent on making a sale but very poor with training staff on new policies.

Came in with an issue of my phone not able to make or receive phone calls and Elijah had plenty experience with this problem and fixed it on the spot. Didnt take long to confirm the repair.

I waited almost 30 minutes for a person to be free before another associate came in and was able to help me, but as soon as I was helped I had almost no problems at all. Only deciding what color to have for my products

I visited your store on Tuesday October 10th. I had just received my new phone in the mail after my previous phone had been broken. I had no idea how to get my new phone up and running or how to get all my info back and let me tell you... John was FANTASTIC. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, walked me through everything step by step and even managed to retrieve every single lost text message, contact, and over 2 thousand pictures and videos on top of also training a new employee. I was extremely impressed. I left your store feeling relieved and absolutely thrilled. THANK YOU JOHN!!
