Just saw a tiktok describing an event at this target location. All love and respect to Travis & his colleagues for going so far above & beyond their job descriptions. It means so much to see acts of kindness play out in real time.I hope the powers that be are made aware of their employees’ actions & reward them appropriately!

On a Sunday afternoon I called the 1800 number to check the balance on a Target gift card my brother bought for me that same day. We saved it for about a week and went to use it the next Saturday when we were told it had a zero balance. I immediately called to check the transactions and it said there was a $200 charge (the amount of the card) the same day I checked the balance. I reported it stolen to Target and they investigated it. In a few days they deemed nothing suspicious and told me they couldnt help me. They wouldnt give me any other information about where it was spent. I filed a police report and they told the police at first that half was spent in New Hampshire the day I checked the balance and the other half was spent in Bismarck that Saturday we tried to use it. The officer went to the store and they printed off a receipt showing him the gift card was charged when my husband tried to use it. So we showed them OUR receipt showing we were charged on our debit card for the exact same thing. Then they said Wait wait wait... no never mind, we didnt charge your gift card and it WAS all spent in New Hampshire... and they printed off another receipt for the officer. And now they are back to saying they have no responsibility in anything. All I did was call the 1800 number to check the balance, there is obviously some sort of glitch in their system or a corrupt batch of gift cards they have, but they have been absolutely difficult to work with. I have seen many law suits against them for other gift card issues, I definitely would not trust them. They keep changing their story and are not willing to work promptly with you or authorities if something happens.I also asked to have my account deleted and guest services - Deanna - says they will not disable my account. I told them very clearly I wanted it deleted. I want it gone. They are 100% not willing to work with you and do not care what your wants or needs are.

This store is just great for a little bit of everything now. They even have a small food section to help you out along the way. With really good service and good prices, watch out Walmart. Target is coming for you.

I love Target! I always buy more things than I need when I go into any Target. But this weekend I bought a propane fire pit and the staff was very helpful from going to get the box in the back on a pallet dolly and taking it all the way to getting an additional employee to help him place it in the back of my car. Super helpful!

I normally am a Walmart shopper, and I will still shop there for certain items, but the clothing at Target has left me impressed! I can no longer find a good selection of clothes that fit both my figure and my taste at discount stores like Ross and T.J. Max. I was sick of my current ill-fitting clothing, but am on a budget. I still wanted decent quality for a decent price. I went to target not expecting much. I was wrong! There were a lot of sales and the clothing I tried on fit perfectly! For the first time in my life I bought everything I tried on. I now am prepared for this upcoming fall semester at college with all the basics, but with a new wardrobe, too!

This location has an alphabet employee problem or an L G B T problem and alot of them are rude towards people and think they are above the customers and anyone else who could care less about them.

This location has gone above and beyond during the pandemic, disinfecting carts and providing masks for customers. The main reason I go grocery shopping is because they are constantly running deals for the baby formula, and their milk is cheap here. Meat and other things can be a little pricey, but they have good quality products.

The overall shopping experience is great. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. We never have to wait in the check out lines, even on black Friday.

The target employees are buying the sports cards before they even go to the shelf. They arent even supposed to be stocking the cards themselves it should be a 3rd party. The only cards available are the ones no one wants.

I bought an Xbox controller got home didn’t work then called and asked if it could be exchanged and target employee said,” That would be no problem.” Get to the customer service desk and ms NACY was just standing there and completely ignores my husband and I. Until we asked for her help. When she clearly seen us. And when we asked to exchange our product she says she can’t help us and rolled her eyes. I explained to her how I just called and she, said. “ It would be no problem.” Then she said, well I guess I can put it on a gift card with an attitude and continues to roll her eyes. Worst customer service ever! Even the employees behind her looked embarrassed!

Drive up order pick up is a fantastic service! I didnt have to wait very long.

Decided to go here to furnish my apartment after a move. talked everything through with my friend, found everything I wanted. totaled about $450. pressed the assistance button to get help because it was several large and heavy items. the thing announced help would be there in 60 seconds. waited over 10 minutes before realizing I was lied to and help probably wouldnt come. will not waste my time at target for large purchases ever again

I had a very helpful young man help me pick out a new phone, the last time i bought an Iphone it took all of two hours, this took less then 10 minutes

The website says its in stock, it is in stock, not like some other stores. You can reserve it to pick up, you get in you get out over a lunch hour. They had 4 - 5 staff working today at the customer service and they were awesomely quick, pleasant to deal with and well trained. I will pay more for something with this kind of service! Definitely do again, and may think about getting a red card on top of it. Thank you for great service. Merry Christmas.

Going other places and spending more money on clothes because at least other stores have opened their dressing rooms instead of taking advantage of a pandemic to increase profits.

The prices are reasonable and the store is always kept clean. Its definitely a nice competitor to Walmart which is a rarity nowadays. The staff is always kind and friendly

I love that there are more organic and health-conscious items! I wish they would restock high demand products, it seems like once they sell out an item, thats it. For example, there are some really nice boots and dresses that are pretty much gone within a week. There is only random or uncommon sizes left like extra small or size 11 shoe.

Not bad. Annoyed when they had such little assortment of kids Christmas pajamas. The parking lot is set up weird and being in the mall parking can get pretty bad. All worth it thought to avoid the dreaded walmart.

I love shopping at Target. It’s alway a very pleasant shopping experience. Prices vary from other stores, but if you use your target card you automatically get 5% off your purchase.

This location is prejudiced against poor people.. I cant get diet drinks like slim fast shakes there because they put them in their system as a health item NOT a food or drink item so that people with food stamps cannot buy them, but I can get them at Walmart with my food card! Also, I applied for a job at this location a few weeks ago and they declined my application, even though I have twenty years of great work experience and almost four years of college, but I had filled out the questionnaire stating that I get food stamps...hmmm.. yeah I wont be shopping there anymore not even after Im making good money after I graduate this coming May. They were prejudiced against me for being poor!

A great place to shop with the family. There is no other place in Bismarck like it. This is my permanent go-to place when I want something of high quality for the family home.

Shelves were dusty. Empty carts in the aisles. Interactive displays in electronics arent working. Good customer service. Good pizza at the little food court area.

Love our store here in Bismarck, always clean and bright and so many good things to buy at great prices. I wish that you would build a super target on the north side of Bismarck, it would be just as busy as our south store

Prices at this target are higher than some other states or it at least seems like it. It is the nicest target that Ive ever been to though. The connection to the rest of the mall is really nice in the winter.

This target is pretty busy since its attached to the mall, but I was able to run in quickly and find what I needed easily. The lines werent too long at the checkout and they opened new ones while I was there. I used the self checkout and barely had a wait.

Easy to find items/clean store

I came to target to shop because they have my vegan products that walmart doesnt. This place customer service sucks!!! Walking in the cart guy just had to go in first. No Hello or welcome to target. Get to the register to check out and no greeting once again. Instead the coworker rushes to beat me to the ONLY register open. She instead takes a long time talking to the cashier. I walked past 10 different associates and not 1 hello or can I help you.

I am a mother of a child who needs hypoallergenic formula which can get pricy. So i applied for the credit red card to help a bit and get my credit up. Nope they base it on your credit score which i have no credit score because i never got one from the bank. What a croc
