Beautiful valley very picturesque and representative of the hinterland offering beautiful landscapes and varied activities. From St Étienne de Tinee many possibilities are offered to you depending on the season: ski touring, snowshoeing, downhill skiing by taking the telpher of the pinatelle which gives access to the ski areas of Las Donas and Demandols, mountain biking, hiking .... The cyclists are not in rest and can go along La Tinée towards the Col de la Bonette.

Entirely classified in 1st category, this watercourse and its tributaries are very well populated with farios trout. Taking its source at the foot of the Col de la Bonnette, the Tinée has a very marked snow regime which leads to an often significant snow melt during which fishing on the mother-stream is delicate where the fario trout reigns supreme.
