Very speedy in retrieving vehicle, offers water or coffee in the wait area. Staff was very pleasant and detailed what was serviced. I do recommend Jiffy Luve for your next oil change.

I brought my vehicle here for a brake issue this morning and everyone that worked there that I had any interaction with, were the most sincere, professional, accommodating, kind men Ive ever met or encountered and I personally have been living an absolute nightmare recently and really needed help and they were so understanding and didnt say all try and upsell or tell me things that didnt need to be fixed were necessary and got me to where I would be okay until I got more money to fully fix what is needed and honestly, that saved my life. Definitely not used to that with mechanics (just moved here from AZ). They were also so efficient with the standard oil changes, I think I saw at least 20 people get their vehicle serviced and completed within the time I was there. I would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle there for all your needs.

What a great group of guys. Just stopped in for an impromptu oil change on my way across the country and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. There’s a lot of construction around their shop and they told me they get calls for directions every single day. In spite of this, they were still respectful and helpful and didn’t make this out of towner feel like an idiot. Highly recommend!!

They are crooks! I drive a 2003 chevy malibu and they charged me 75 dollars to replace one parking light and the two side blinkers on my vehicle! The labor was maybe 10 minutes ! To make matters worse, i called walmart thereafter and they said to replace the one light in which i had the light from oReilly s, that they would have charged me 5 dollars to put it in for me! Furthermore, i then called another jiffy lube and asked what they would charge to replace ONE light and she said around 10 dollars! The cost of the lights was around 20 dollars. I understand that. But they didnt need special tools and and labor all of 10 minutes! I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone! I will NEVER return there. And one last comment, when i called the manager the next day and asked why this happened he couldnt and didnt explain why or help me understand the bill much less at least hand me down a coupon for my next oil change. I work in customer service and they obviuosly need to learn customer retention! If u do want to go there, i would demand a estimated quote beforehand. Im pretty sure they are just making stuff up over there.

Oil change was affordable had them go ahead and change out my air filter wish I had not when I saw that they charged me $40 for an air filter I could have bought at autozone for 7.99

Quick oil change at a reasonable price. The bolt on my oil tank was rounded, they also replaced this for me. For insurance purposes, they have to drive your vehicle in, but you are able to drive yourself out.

Weve been going to this location for years and these guys have always been great with my car. I used to work at a parts store so I am well aware of what things look like on my car etc and I know they arent trying to pull a fast one or being dishonest in anyway when they show me my filters etc. I have never had a bad experience, in fact they tell me about coupons and promotions so I never over pay. I love that they vacuum out the car and check everything over so I dont have to worry about anything. You dont need an appointment and thats great for a busy mom like me. Brandon is always very professional and easy going. Thanks you for making sure were safe on the road guys! I highly recommend them :)

Ordered tires from Tire Rack and had delivered for installation at Jiffy Lube. Everything went smoothly and most importantly they honored the installation price quote from Tire Rack unlike another shop in town.

Always weird going to a new chain location, because you never know what you will get. This location was faste honest and upfront with all their prices and gave me options. I drive a LOT of miles on my truck for work, and was going to get the best oil anyway, but the fact that they started me off at the mid level and gave the option for the lower and higher quality parts and oil was great. Honest and hard working gentlemen work here. I will definitely be back to this specific location for any need I have that they can service.

Literally the fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten. 5 minutes. Cheaper than usual too. Vacuumed out the car, washed the windows, etc. Perfect in my book!

A typical jiffy lube. A good place if you want a quick job done. But not recommended for continual preventative maintenance. Staff was professional but pushy, hence the description for typical jiffy lube.

Overfilled the powersteering Reservoir to the point where oil has sprayed all over the inside of my Engine Bay the engine oil dipstick was hanging out tge tube 3 inches. Would not recommend

The first couple times I came in I did have a hard time. I got an oil change and asked them to check everything. I had to come back the next to speak to the manager and he took care of me. They changed my belt and did my lights. My belt was still squeaking so I came back again and the manager helped me out and fixed the problem and showed me everything. What a great place! I stopped in this morning to get my oil changed while in town on business. The employees were so friendly & came out to greet me and my vehicle. I loved this because I really dont enjoy driving my car inside the oil shop. The floors in the Jiffy Lube were spotless - hard to find in North Dakota. I think what I loved most was that old fashioned service of vacuuming out my car & cleaning my windows. The Best Oil place in Bismarck! Ill be back!
