Spoke to Dustin about issues I had recently and in the past. He was sincere and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. That’s all a customer can ask for. Problems and mistakes happen, it’s how you handle them that shows your credibility and company culture.

This place is awesome. Threw a serpentine belt on our motorhome. Had to have it towed there and they took care of us in less than 2 hours. Extremely reasonable price also.

Went in here for a wiring issue that was triggering a Mass Air Flow Sensor.$800 worth of black tape later they found a splice in my wire harness along the bed going back to the tailights.Zero parts used, just $800 to tape a broken wire. I was not impressed at all...Too make it even better, my Turbo blew out 30 minutes after leaving the shop....Coincidence or not?Truck had 155,000 miles on it an I know turbos can go at anytime, this just seemed.... convenient.....So turned the truck around went back to Advanced Fleet Services an said what the heck guys???They says youre turbo went out, but dont worry we can get you a good deal on it. So the man goes on his computer an comes back to me in the waiting room an says heres your quote, I also got you an upgraded turbo from the one you had at no extra cost.I Said well that sounds pretty good thanks man.Hour later Im looking at my quote an I decided to punch in the part # for that Turbo he was ordering me...Sure thing the Turbo on the parts website is PLAIN STOCK!!! Not only that on the website the Turbo is also $850 cheaper...So i call them back, an say i thought you were hooking me up with a upgraded Turbo, and it was a good deal?Guy says yea man sure thing bout to order it now.I says well i found it $850 cheaper than your quote...Man saysIf you wanna order that Turbo yourself an have it shipped to us. We can do that, but your warranty will have to be through the company selling the Turbo an not usI says well yea Ill order it than, I wanna save that $850 an the guy saysYea I dont blame you manI ask him, why is it 850 cheaper on the website, an his reply is...Yea my computer adds on a percentage for parts being ordered inI said thanks hung up the phone an ordered my own Turbo.Soo for $750 I got a couple peices of black tape on my wiring harness, an I also got lied too.Right to my face..Yea man, you got an upgraded turbo and I saved you moneyLiar liar pants on fire.Will not return here again ever.Last 5k I spent there

Amazing experience my first time with Advance Fleet Services! I got a coupon on Bismarck Deals for an oil change and was surprised to find out that they pick up and deliver! Really nice guys came to my work and picked up my car and then delivered back to me. Great Price, Wonderful people and I got a free key chain too! Highly recommend!

Adam the truck service manager always takes care of me and always makes sure the job is done right and to my liking. Overhauls, transmissions to oil changes and door lock tumblers. Always done right and always back their work. Hard to find friendly and professional people like this anywhere.

I called Adam and they were able to get my Tundra in the same day for an oil change. They picked up my vehicle and dropped it off. The price of the oil change was great. I will be using them from now on. They have earned my business.

These folks are great. Always greeted right away at the door, and they always answer the phone. They always get me scheduled within a couple days and theyre ready to work when I get there. I usually wait on site but shuttle service is a great benefit when needed. Price, service, quality, and speed are all better than dealership. I hit a snag once on what should have been an easy driveway repair and they bailed me out with some immediate help.

Terrific business all around. We were a walk in with a drive train issue in our camper van on a cross country trip. Terry (owner) and his son Travis diagnosed and fixed our rig even though they were already busy. They had to overnight a part and gave us rides to and from our hotel. All around exceptional service, business attitude, and just plain nice people!

One thing that really impressed me with Advanced Fleet was the fact that they came and picked up my vehicle and changed the oil and I didnt have to make a special trip to get it done. The technicians at Advanced Fleet are great and very trustworthy. Dustin has a great crew both out in back and upfront at the counter. Great customer service. Had a bit of an issue in the morning, because I came in as a walk in and they were backed up.My problem was a brake chamber, so they called me back and made it possible to get the truck in.Its rare that a shop would try and go out of their way, because you got a small job and it would be quick, to keep you going.

Best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. My wife and I were just passing through town and had truck issues. They took such good care of us, very honest, great communication, great price, and just all around great people. Thanks again guys!

Terry, you can fool some of the people all the time, but not all of the people all the time. Since removing my truck from your shop and taking it to a qualified Cummins shop, it has run with no more problems. You have lied about me and my truck! Not smart. When we get done in court, the truth will have been brought to light. You know what your have done!

Please do your wallet and your truck a favor and heed the warning about this company from the other reviewer named Larry Clark. Took my Cummins isx there to get a routine overhead done and fix some wiring issue, charged me for over 7 hours of labor for some minor wiring fixes on my bumper and another $389 to supposedly diagnose an issue I was having with my headlight which they werent able to figure out and after over $1500 later, pick up my truck and all of a sudden my jake brakes were not working. I immediately told Adam about it and as usual, their go to explanation is they donated hours to my truck that I was not charged for, which is utter BS, the wiring issue that was fixed on the bumper could not have taken more than two hours at the most. Took the truck to wall works and mechanic got under the truck and within ten minutes found a broken piece of wire that was causing my headlight issue, this is the same issue that these incompetent shop charged me $389 to diagnose and couldnt figure out. They seem to operate on the lies about being a family run company looking out for the best interest of their customers. Nothing could be farther from the truth. When it comes to semis they are either clueless or outright fraudulent. And the jake brakes that all of a sudden stopped working was because of the careless hack of a mechanic not properly hooking the wire back to the solenoid. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

We were referred to Advanced Fleet by the local Ford dealer because Advanced services motorhomes and Ford does not in this town. We were passing through town and had trouble with our brakes. Advanced has great staff who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Wish we had a place like this back home!

I first had a bitter taste about Advanced Fleet. I had wrote a bad review and explained why I was very upset with Advanced Fleet. However, I want to write now about how Advanced Fleet went above and beyond to make things right and make sure that I would become a happy customer. They truely do take pride in their company, and no other company I have ever done business with would treat a customer as good as they treated me.Dustin personally called me to make things better, and not only to do that over the phone but face to face.
