The staff at Bismarck Tire Center are the BEST and they make you feel very comfortable with their service.As a female going to automotive shops can be intimidating, frustrating and leave you feeling like you were just taken for a quick buck. That DOES NOT happen at Bismarck Tire Center, the staff is very friendly and respectful. They take the time to listen to you and best of all take time to honestly explain things. I highly recommend them.

They do great work, my lonely gripe was this last visit my truck went in with nicer made chrome caps, and returned to me with 1 chrome and 3 black plastic ones. When I confronted the tech he said he lost them. I wasnt to thrilled to say the least. After some looking the tech found one more of my caps. I guess good help is hard to find.

We had a tire with a nail in it. We dropped it off without an appointment and they were able to get it fixed within a reasonable time. Good communication, friendly phone staff.

My overall impression is favorable. I had four Cooper HT3 tires installed on my pickup. From all visuals they did a very nice job. The receipt I received from the counter individual did not annotate what tire pressure the new tires were set at or how the wheels were torqued on and what torque. I asked the counter person what the tire pressure was set and he said whatever the door pillar called for. In other words he had no idea. So I will have to set the pressure to be sure. Same with the wheel torque. They probably drive the lug nuts in using a torque stick. I have no idea so again I will have to redo their work to be sure. The showroom was relatively clean and uncluttered as was the waiting room. The counter person was nice enough but could stand to be a little personable. I was also told when I ordered the tires the vehicles alignment would be checked. This was not done due to a lack of personnel working.

Great experience. They repaired the tired and went above and beyond and put the spare tire back in its storage location without being asked.

I looked at the bill $614.59 all together I PAID $360 JUST FOR LABOR to change my wheel bearing....I called around to other auto shops and every single one of them agreed that I was overcharged for labor and that it shouldn’t of taken that long when my car was in there from 10:30am to 5pm I wouldn’t recommend going here but if you do try not to get the older guy that works there.

Quick friendly service! I bought my tires from Mandan tire center last year and they were great tires. I came to Bismarck to get a repair on a flat tire because the Mandan store busy and it was close to closing time. Mandan store all of the Bismarck stores to see if they would be able to get me in and they did!

My experience was mostly acceptable. I have been utilizing this business for most of my vehicle maintenance needs since 2007. The mechanical aspects of the oil change and service on the vehicle was beyond my expectations. Aaron was professional and attentive as he historically has been. However; it was noticed that the customer service staff was listening in on a conversation I was having with another waiting customer. Granted, this other customer had a voice that was large and was one that carried well. Apparently, they found the conversation about past military experience as humorous as they were snickering and chuckling to themselves when I walked up to tender payment and check out. The subject matter of the conversation quite frankly was not intended to be humorous and the snickering and chuckling left a sense I was being made fun of. That reflects a lack of professionalism on their part. Therefore; I cannot give a rating any higher than 3 stars for that experience.

The staff was super helpful and friendly . The tire change was quick. Only took a little over and hour. There was a problem with a wrong part but they were able to fix it within a couple days. Will recommend and use the Bismarck Tire Center for any tire issues in the future.

Had services rendered on an 88 oldsmobile. The part installed was $200, regarding a motor for a window. Paid $200, only to find out it was not fixed. I really do not have an extra 200 to spend on something still not working. No discount, no price lowered. Very disappointed.....

My grandfather, my father and I have all gone here for years. These guys are the absolute epitome of a reliable, small town place that you only dream of being able to take your vehicle. A little rough around the edges but I trust a place focused on quality service over one thats concerned about their polished look. Oil changes are comparable (if not cheaper) and they dont use any off brand oils. This is my new shop! HIGHLY recommended.

This place is a joke with absolutely terrible customer service.I bought a brand new set of all season tires that they personally recommended less than 5 months ago. I put about 6,000 miles on tires that were rated at 50,000. They wore down & became complete garbage & a total hazard once we got our first snow fall. An employee told me that they have been having really bad luck with these tires & multiple other customers are not getting anywhere near what the tires are rated at.So at that point I asked about a replacement pair as a normal person would when they were sold a defective product that they paid full price for.They proceeded to tell me that they would do a mileage warranty so I would pay for the amount of miles I put on the tires, which was about $13 per tire.I said sure, as long as these tires would be better.They had to order these new tires in, they said it would be about a week & they would call me.A week passed & still no call...I called them & they said oh yeah, we have those in Then I asked them when we could get them put on, they told me they wouldt be able to get me in for another week.Keep in mind, I dont have a car that is safe to drive at this point & these guys are just giving me the run around.Then I finally get my car into the shop & they want to charge me for balancing & labor for the replacement tires, tires I would not need to get replaced if they sold me a good product in the first place.I tried talking to higher ups to explain this situation, but they were just rude & not willing to make it right to a customer that has been going to them for the past couple years.So if you need tires or any other work, just avoid this place. Go to Tires Plus, Ive heard good things about them, thats where Im going to bring my business from now on.

Got a puncture on the interstate. Limped into the Tire Center on the spare. They fixed the flat and remounted the tire for $25. Fast.

These guys are bad news. Seek an honest and reputable service shop elsewhere in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Theyll pull the bait-and-switch and think nothing of it; a rip-off is part of their business model I guess. I saved the $170 and walked out. Sure it wasted my time, but at least the dishonest clowns didnt get my money.I went in there for new tires and an alignment. Easy enough, right? The guy talked down to me like Ive never been in a service shop and tries to explain how tires and suspensions work for no reason. I had automotive grime all over my fingernails still from working on my old muscle car over the weekend. I dont own an alignment machine, but Im no car idiot even though I cant stand working on these new ones. The condescending tone was a red flag. Ive experienced this personality type in big cities Ive lived in, and so I asked to see the paperwork in case they were going to try something funny. Good thing I acted on my suspicions.The price was $100 more than quoted. Why? There was a charge for their free lifetime balancing and tire rotation. I also noticed the alignment wasnt in the paperwork - oh, thats $70 more he told me. I said it was included in the quote, and the response was no it wasnt in the quote and I never asked about it. I looked around and see my name is on their roster for an alignment! What a disgrace. Bismarck used to be such a good place to do business, but more and more folks like this are setting up shop and doing their thing.I cant imagine how dishonest and aggressive they get with female customers.

Came in on a Thursday and they told me they could look at it the following Tuesday with a too bad for you attitude.Went down to Tyre Mart on main street and they were friendly and helpful, I was in and out with a fixed tire in 15 minutes.
