Very helpful staff and guess what? During COVID-19 Pandemic they had gloves and they held them for me until I got there. Thank you guys, those gloves actually went to the Ponce Puerto Rico Police Department. We donated them, they had none.

Very Poor service. Some Employees that might not know something make up an answer thats not true to avoid trying to find correct answer. Left store thinking their was not a replacement part for what I was doing but went to OREILLYS AND HAD EXACTLY THE PART I WAS NEEDING.

We were traveling in out Motorhome and needed 2 cabin batteries so called ahead, were told they had 2. They knew we were coming. When we got there upon exiting the MH we were hit, after dealing with that my husband went to buy the batteries and even though the could see us in the parking lot, we called ahead and they knew we there to buy them they sold one while we were dealing with the accident. We would have never been hit had we not gone to nappa and they sold one of the batteries out from under us. I would not recommend the Bismarck ND nappa to anyone for any reason!

Ordered a plastic rivit gun on sat, told it would be in on Tue, then Thur, Sat, again Tues and they never called, stated it was shipped to wrong store at first, then later that week said they didnt get there delivery truck. Harbor Freight had it on hand $15 cheaper.
