Brandon took the time to really understand what I was looking for but most importantly what I could afford and I was able to purchase a car I never could have imagined. Jayson checked my 2018 Hyunda out and went through what I needed done in addition to my oil change. He suggested I needed tires. I waited in the customer lobby where they had coffee & Fresh sandwiches from Jimmy John’s. I bought my car in Hoover as I know the salesman. I have free oil change but Serra Hyunda would not honor it.

I met with John about the possibility of purchasing a car. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He asked a lot of questions to figure out what would be the best vehicle to get me in. He does his homework. I appreciate the environment. I didnt feel any pressure and I was able to make a decision based on the information.

I purchased a car from them 2 months ago. I realized about a month later that the heat doesnt work. It also started sputtering and wouldnt take off correctly. I took it for an oil change and get them to look at the problems. They said they didnt have enough time to look at my heat because they were short staffed even though I dropped it off on a Friday and picked it up on a Sunday. They also said they couldnt figure out why it was sputtering but they could tell it was. The only thing they did so to it was an oil change and then a few days later I noticed they left my oil cap off after doing so. So needless to say I will not be buying from them again or using their services. And I purchased an extra warranty just for issues like this. So do yourself a favor and dont bother with this dealership! I learned a lesson.

They took it back to see what was going while we went to grab lunch. They called us within minutes to tell us what was going on. I had a tire pressure monitor sensor replaced. The other dealership in town couldn’t do it when I needed and referred me to Serra. They were quick and kept me updated on the progress of my repair as it happened. I was able to sit in the customer lounge area and work while it was being done. The were fast, and super kind explaining everything they did.

I got my oil changed but they brought my car back to me with a problem that was not there before...even though I just left the building, they told me they couldn’t look at my car until next week. The customer service is absolutely incredible. I went in hesitant about buying a car because I hate the pressure that dealerships put on you. I didn’t have to worry about that here. I dealt with a few different people (Joel, Frank, Zack, and Justin) but they all listened to my concerns and worked with me. Not once did I feel the stereotypical “sales” vibe from them. They heard me out and actually cared about what I had to say. They took my concerns seriously and gave validation to them. None of them ever seemed annoyed when I asked questions that most other places would just shrug off and say “don’t worry about that”. They worked hard to make sure I was getting a car I would love and worked hard to make sure that I felt comfortable with my purchase. Even after the fact they still continue make sure that I am taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

Did you ever experience a day when you expected nothing but everything good happened? That was my day at Serra Hyundai.Haven’t shopped for a car in 18yrs. Technology way past what I know about, then a super polite, young salesman comes out named Francesco.Looking at the new Sonata and knowing little was my game. No pressure he stood patiently and started answering questions I had. I’m 66, was one of the best car buying experiences in my life. The dealership did everything to please the customer, not themselves. Ended up with a beautiful 2020 Sonata. Best experience in car buying. Check them out, the dealership is outstanding.

Never Ever go here. They will lie to you, run your credit when you are not there and run it even after you are approved. They ran my credit 6 times and my fiances credit after we had been approved. Then they tried to charge us 10,000$ more then what the car was listed for on line! Tried to tell me it was bank fees. Isnt that what the financing fees and interest are for?! When we asked them to break it down and show us how much the car was and the banking fees they would not produce the paper work. He said thats all they could do for us! I really didnt even want to give one star but I had to do my post would post .

This is for my visit Friday 12/4. Fred Kidd came to my door immediately and I felt I was the only customer he had that day. He was very nice and professional. Got me in and out in the time he said. Gave me his card when I left, and told me to call him if I had a problem. And he realized I had paid a contact for my oil changes without me telling him. I have not been impressed, with the service, since Searra has taken over. After my visit Friday, I feel good about being in a Mazda again.

The Sales person that I talked to was named Austin and he was VERY friendly and extremely helpful. There is a very fine line as a salesperson thats in between being friendly, helpful and dedicated to the sales, it is very hard to stay on/near that line. Austin is the definition of the perfect salesman. He did everything that he could to get the sale along with getting me as close to what I wanted to pay as he could. The sales manager was very nice and friendly as well and the their financial guy was very nice, explained everything offered in a way that was extremely easy to understand without going over my head. I am extremely happy that they are the ones that got my business. I have already referred friends and acquaintances to this dealership and to talk to Austin. Ive owned many vehicles/bikes and I can easily say this was the best experience Ive had with a dealership by far. I know it sounds over exaggerated but its not, top notch service all around, you cant ask for anything better than that type of experience.

So I went here yesterday March 4th 2021 with the expectations of being told I do not qualify to buy a vehicle however Mr Joel worked with me to see what I did qualify for and he got me qualified for a 2021 Hyundai Kona and it was a brand new with 10 miles on it when I rolled it out of the lot I couldnt have been happier I paid $1,000 down and my payments are affordable. Most definitely if youre going to buy a car go there theyre located in Trussville and ask for Joel.

They service were great. But we I were ready to go the grill that drove my car around did not have a mask on.in my car. The cashier did not have a mask on when I first came in the build. Your company should make sure that is a state law.

I went into this dealership to have my headlamp bulb replaced. Once I pulled in I was told that for labor and the part we will be out of $25. After their sales rep stated that he wouldfind someone to install the bulb, we were told to come to the desk to pay for the services. when we went on the inside to pay for the services we were then told that the total was over $40. I was very dissatisfied being that I felt like I had been takenadvantage of. There was nothing that I could do at that point but pay the amount in which he was stating at that time due to the fact that the bulb was already on my car. the sales rep then attempted to apologize and state that he didnt know it was going to be that much. I am dissatisfied with the service department.
