I am really sad to say. I have purchased several microwave russet potatoes and Ive had to return at least three now Im sending a picture. At Winn-Dixies (this one cuz this is) the only one that I go to. Youre not being thorough! green potatoes r toxic it can make you sick but you know that because youre in the food chain business. Its annoying. The reason why Im reporting this is because this happened too many times and at different times not just one time.

Let me tell you something about this place.Its a great area...sure.I work out at the planet fitness across the street, maybe been a year now.The deli at this place is absolutely amazing.I go there, post-workout ...to replenish.Everything about what they cook...is insanely mouth watering. And $6.00.I know Joeys name.And the manager is highly concerned with the customer-satisfaction.I dont know her name....but what a wonderful person.Check out this deli. What a great, professional place.

The people that work there are so friendly! Always willing to help if I cant find something. The sales are pretty competitive, and the meat department is fantastic. Some things are a bit high, but if you shop the sales circular you will save a good bit of money.

I was wandering around the bakery for a few minutes not knowing what I wanted but knowing I wanted to eat. I had 4 people ask me if I needed help, and they were all so helpful and pleasant even in these stressful times.

I love love love Winn-Dixie!! Its so close to my house so clean and the people are very kind and helpful. They always have what I need, beautiful cuts of meat and fresh fruits and vegetables. There is a great selection of wine and also nice food bar of already prepared foods. I do trust Winn-Dixie for all my food and drink products at a fair price.

This Winn-Dixie is wonderful. The wine selection is amazing and there is literally someone to help you within one minute if you need help. It is super clean and the lights are not too bright and the music is not too loud. The isles are wide enough to not bump into someone else and the variety and selection is extensive. Its my favorite grocery store and I hate going anywhere else.

I really enjoyed going to Winn Dixie. They have very good services. However, The meal that I gotten this go around. The chicken breast was a little cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave a little. I have never had that happen before. Its the only reason why they didnt get a 5 star from me.

Remodeled with more self checkout lanes. Only two cashier lanes. Store is ok but I liked it better with more cashiers...

I had a low opinion of Winn Dixie stores before moving near this gem of a store. It completely changed my mind. Great prices, variety, service, and deals. They also have a large (and it seems to be growing) selection of organic produce and a large portion of an isle dedicated to allergy friendly/gluten free options.

Nice super-store Winn-Dixie. It is clean, well-lit, and maintained compared to many other Winn-Dixie stores. I just cannot give a Winn-Dixie more than 3 stars due to the way their membership card and sales work.

They have everything but personality. The store may as well be run by robots. Robots would probably serve them better than the current crop of employees.

Everyone is great except for Joyce. Her eye rolls whenever I walk up to the customer service counter, and the sarcastic tone of can I help you completely ruins an otherwise enjoyable store.Only one Kane open with three employees working at it. 10:30 11/30

The store is clean and items are easy to find. Parking lot is big, but busy with traffic. The produce section looked good. I had no dealings with the deli. Check out was quick and the baggers were friendly.

The store was clean and well stocked, with the exception of one item that I can only purchase at Winn-Dixie! I always pick up two or more containers of SE Grocers Black Cherry ice cream. They only had one available.

Always the best alternative to other supermarkets in this area. Clean. Good wine selection. Guys in the meat department are super nice. The young lady in the deli is always very helpful. She can sing too!!!

Very nice and friendly staff.

Staff is always friendly and the shelves are always stocked - rarely too busy, so its generally an easy in/out trip. Pretty decent wine and craft beer selection - one of the better for that area of 280. Deli meals are very tasty - with some healthier options available. Being a Winn Dixie, there are usually pretty good sales around holidays on about everything youd need for the holiday meal.

Fresh fruits and vegetables.

I eat lunch there about once a week, because every day they fix the same things. I cant eat it more than once a week.

Every time I go, there is always and I mean ALWAYS a price discrepancy. Make sure you check your prices before you leave! I love how it is so convenient to where we live, but I would rather drive further for cheaper prices that are fixed in the computer system! This is why it gets two stars. The day that they fix their act is when I will change my rating.

Lousy store poor selections no manager available and no cashiers. Why stay open to 10 if you do not staff till then. I will never return.

This is a beautiful store. I have not been in Winn-Dixie for a while, and I need it to get an updated rewards card. The program seems really good. In the past, this was one of my favorite stores to coupon

The thing I like best about Winn Dixie at the Valleydale/US280 corner is their BOGO deals. I especially save on meats when they mark them down on top of regular discounts with using their rewards card.

Love the hot bar for a fast lunch for a great price.

I dont like the customer service these people have to offer. They are rude the cashiers throw your groceries while bagging them, then there is one particular cashier that rolls his eyes while ringing people up and slamming groceries while bagging . The ladies hate working in customer service because I hear alot of huffing and puffing and a whole lot of frowns 🙄 . There is no Positive vibes here no one smiles and greets customers it all bad . I hate shopping here . All i have to say is you should always know what you are applying for and if you are not a people person you should stay out of customer service jobs because you will run into the wrong one who will not tolerate it ... And I think its time for me to take my money else where!

Exceptional customer service

This store is always clean and organized. Although I live less than mile from store, I try not to shop here.On my way home, 3:30ish, stopped to pick up some dinner. Electing for chicken, potatoes and cobbler, I paid and went home. The only thing warm was the cobbler. The scalloped potatoes were nasty. Last time I was there it was pouring rain. One two doors had a sign you could not leave by that particular set of doors. An employee told me to shuffle through the buggies. After 45 years in retail, I know how everyone competes for sales. Sorry to say, I will be returning to Publix.

This one is much better than the average Winn Dixie. Its very well kept, clean, and has a good selection.

In all fairness I guess my answer would be slightly biased because I love the managers that I worked with I work at this location I think the store is phenomenally clean Brite and the workers that I encountered were wonderful I would always consider them a place to go back to if I ever needed to work there again the deli has awesome food the seafood department is great samples samples samples everywhere everything is neatly stacked and found on the shelves anyone that complains about this store or the services is just a grumpy person having a very bad day and taking it out on very innocent sweet people they strive for excellence and they actually pay well if you ever decide to work here

Love this place! They have a sushi chef that makes fresh to order sushi!! Great bogo prices! Fresh meat & produce! And usually a wine tasting and great food sampling! I hate its not my local store...

Needed a few items and choose this location out of convenience. All the produce was rotten. After the third item I put my basket back down and walked out. Too many other options in this area to sacrifice quality.

Store has great prices and local products would rate higher but I called the store for three days and let it ring 20 times and no one ever answers! What gives?

Ive been away for a few years and this new store is very nice. They have allot of three buy one get one free items right at the entrance so they are easy to find. The staff is really nice and helpful. They also have a really good selection (better than our local Publix) and is really clean.

Store was fine but we went to look for meat for a cook out and I was legit grossed out the pork tenderloin was this purple pink color like they were full of chems or fluids or something I dont what. The beef was just hacked up and ugly. Thats usually the most expensive place in the store so makes me question the rest
