I ordered steak tacos and it was terrible, greasy, no flavor and the supposedly steak was twisted, hard meat. $3.00 wasted. Will not go back unless theyre going to refund my money.

Store is over crowded no one ever has a mask on when in the store place is very dusty. I was told by a worker they serve food left there in freezer for months. Health department needs to check them out.really?they do pool table gambling in store.

Food is usually good bit my fajita texana didnt come with the shrimp that was expected. There was no shrimp at all. Then we couldnt get the attention of anyone to point it out until everyone was done eating and ready to leave. We were then offered for them to bring some shrimp to the table of people who were done eating everything else. So the taco was good, meat was good but I have no idea if the fajita was good or not

It is one of the best Mexican style food. Real authentic. Very friendly, and quick service. Moderately price. Recommended highly.

Grilled chicken ( weekends only) is wow, English is not the primary language.

Saturday may13 017. First time here. I had the shrimp soup with lettuce, beans and rice. I did not like the rice much. Every thing else was good. I recommend this Mexican restaurant to any couple or family that wants a peaceful lunch or dinner. Some day I will be back here. - J.

The food is excellent but what was weird is that I got food Togo one day and it was under $20 the next time i went I took my family and we ordered a little bit more but I didnt expect it to cost over $30.. I will return though

Comida real!!! Mexican food properly prepared. Look around at the clients, the food is really and not Americanized. It is a clean simple store with food cooked to order. The rest rooms are clean and the kitchen is very clean and well organized. I have been dining here for over five years, never an issue. I also speak Spanish daily and am comfortable in the company of Latinos. If your looking for tex mex or mariachi bands, keep looking because this isnt your kind of place. If you want real Mexican food and a great price El Girasol delivers. The weekend specials are superb, I do recommend the charcoal grilled chicken plate. Great horchata if you like horchata.

Prices arent the best but the food is pretty good

The staff may not speak the best English, but they have THE BEST tacos Ive ever had in my life, and Ive eaten a lot of tacos over the years. Try the tacos lenguas en tortillas de maíz. Youll thank me later.

🦋there are rich chickens on the grill but I think it is the only rich thing because the carnitas are more fat than meat the rice is parboiled and does not taste good at all but if I must say that they have excessive prices everything is very expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🦋
