I shop often at Publix and want to get this problem fixed so I can give a 5! The bakery messes up the pies! I keep telling them about it but it doesnt change. The pies (the small 3-4 serving pies) that should have only one crust (like dutch apple pie) have a second crust under the wonderful crumbly stuff that never bakes (because it is under the crumbly good stuff) and so it stays raw! Today I gave up and bought a two crust peach pie. But...no peaches, an apple pie instead! ☹️

Found what I needed. Chicken very popular as line was long. Waited for new batch.

This is just what you would expect. Shopping is a pleasure. It is somewhat difficult to get in and out of here because of the traffic.Im not sure I would attempt with an RV. However it is within a couple miles of almost a dozen campgrounds.

Who is in charge of inventory at this location? It never fails - I always come home with rotten food, open packages of boxed food like crackers or cereal. I am so tired of running back to get an exchange. Someone even had opened a bottle of twist off wine.

Extremely slow service in the deli with only one employee working. I would strongly advise you to avoid this Publix and go out of your way to the Patchwork farms location just up the road.

Hazel at the customer service desk was absolutely amazing!!! She helped me get my refund from Western union transaction that was time consuming and needed a lot of patience. She took time to listen to my problem and took it upon herself to call customer service desk and made sure I am a happy customer. Good job Hazel!!!

This place is so convenient! They are always super helpful and theyll order something if they dont have it. My favorite store policy is that you get items free if the price on the shelf does not match how it rings up at the register. (This does not count for misplaced items.)

They still have a lot of supplies. Not much meat, but eggs, milk, breakfast items and frozen foods. And I was told they get trucks in daily they just dont know what it how much will be on it. Stay safe everyone.

Love to shop there everyone is always saying hi or hello, not just workers but other shoppers too. You feel good there and at home.

Great selection and layout

I just had the best experience grocery shopping I’ve ever had. The ladies in the front were so welcoming and helpful. It’s worth out of my way to come to this location.

This is one of my favorite Publix supermarkets. I love the layout of the store. They have all the top brands. Service is top notch and prices are moderate. A great place to shop for groceries, pharmacy needs and much more. I highly recommend Publix.

Im never disappointed when I walk into Publix. Not only do they carry a wide array of products, but the fresh food has always been FRESH. And the staff are very welcoming, treats everyone with respect. Publix has become my store if choice

Best grocery store in America

Customer service doesn’t exist here. They were rude at the deli counter, forgot my order, ran out of the meat I already ordered because they put my order behind 10 other people. I’m not a complainer but they clearly just didn’t care about the single mother standing there waiting for something I ordered 30 minutes prior. Won’t be back.

Been to several Publix stores in the area when visiting family, and the deli departments are simply not equal to the Publix delis in Florida. I have never waited so long for chicken and then been given the wrong chicken. Its disappointing when you make a special trip to Publix for the things you are used to getting with ease at much busier delis.

Had an excellent experience at the Valleydale store. I usually shop at the Lee Branch location but was over on this part of town today. George Watts went above and beyond to make sure I had everything checked off of my list. I will be coming back more frequent.

Joseph at the Deli is a down to earth, wholesome guy. He went out of his way to help me get what I need and was extremely polite. Its people like him that keep me coming back to Publix.

Great, as always!They have the honeycrisp apples on sale. It is my favorite apple, but expensive. They are on sale for $1.99lb, which is great. They also have Kellogg cereal buy one, get one free. I got frosted flakes and apple Jacks, my granddaughters favorite.Publix is a little higher than some stores, but you always win with the BOGO sales

Always a friendly and helpful experience

I wish Google would allow half stars because I would give this Publix a 4.5 out of 5. My only complaint is the sneaky high priced items. For instance $4.68 for Chips Ahoy cookies when Wal-Mart has the same thing for $3.50. Anyway this place is great. Well staffed and clean. The layout is different from the Lee Branch store but not in a bad way.

It was wonderful, I was shopping for a client and I found everything she wanted and needed. I was in and out in no time. Three of the workers we very friendly and helpful.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. And the produce section always seems to have an excellent selection of quality fruit and vegetables.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Despite knowing about the regular traffic violations, a.k.a. countless near misses that happen in their parking lot every day, and even a purse theft recently, Publix has ZERO security cameras in the parking lot and no plans to install any! I narrowly avoided injury in the parking lot last night due to another Publix customer driving dangerously, and management doesnt care. I COULD HAVE DIED and they wouldnt even be able to provide a license plate number.However, if you survive past the parking lot, the selection is good and the customer service is charming.

Great service ! Nice produce, good meat, very clean! Only drawback is cola prices are not usually competitive. They even want to take your buggy to the car!

Everybody was kind and helpful until I got to the cashier who couldnt find it within herself to say good morning and to thank me for choosing this Publix to spend my money at.

Great Service. Everyone I have encountered is friendly.HOWEVER, I am so tired of fighting with the baggers over taking my buggie out to my car. I understand that they want to be polite, but I shouldnt have to argue or explain myself if I want to take my own buggie out to my car. A simple, no thank you should suffice. Instead I find myself saying it 3 or more times every time. Its gotten to the point where I find it as a relief that I dont have a bagger.
