This is really a good job for experience if you desire the knowledge while at the same time don’t look forward to moving up in a higher position. The supervisors talk to you as if you were and animal. They ask you to dedicate your time to them and give them the best quality production and they treat you like animals and the highest raise you’ll probably get is .14 cents. I’m glad to see that BSCO handle there customers with the upmost respect while there hard working men gets treated like animals and gets shoved around in different positions that doesn’t even fit the job description.
