This is the largest CVS I have shopped in. Tall ceilings and large shopping floor. Just about everything you can think of for a small grocery store is sold here. The pharmacy is large with a drive thru.

I dont know how any of the big box pharmacies are in business. I would never go to them but occasionally I have to pick up a prescription for family. Its even worse to try to call and speak to someone in the pharmacy. This is a problem with all CVS stores. I would never go in a CVS for any reason when there are so many other pharmacies to choose from.

The customer service at this pharmacy drive through was unprofessional and rude. I felt rushed after asking simple questions (insurance billed incorrectly for a maintaince med that is monthly. )that should of been resolved right there at the window, but instead I was told that I could not hold up her line and that I needed to pay the cash price for med or move. I only wanting my insurance billed correctly for the medicines which was caused by a clerical error on their part. It is just sad that this unprofessional and hostile encounter could have been prevented if only the person waiting on us could of been more patient and willing to help. Which is suppose to be the case especially when you are dealing with medications. Now I have to return because she refused to fix it and I left without our medication. The name of the person who helped us was on the receipt hopefully this will help identify this person and the same behavior will not be repeated. My wife was having trouble getting her prescription filled at a number of pharmacies, but we decided to give it one more shot. Amazing pharmacy staff! They were so helpful and kind, especially with handling out of state prescription and insurance. And to top it off, they even sell champagne. I asked if I could open it there, but they declined. Still, 5 stars!

This establishment deserves zero stars! Pharmacy staff is BEYOND rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy has been filling an old prescription, which has resulted in my family members blood pressure being through the roof...stroke level. It was an error the MD had to point out, even though the correct prescription had been sent numerous times. Also has been claiming they didn’t have a very important medication, that they’ve had all along, resulting in delay of care for my family member because they had the medication filed under the wrong person. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. When told we would take our business elsewhere, a staff member responded with “I don’t care.” Unacceptable.Their lack of concern or accountability is unsettling. Will not be returning to this location, their recklessness could have cost someone their life!!

The pharmacy is BEYOND RUDE, they deserve 0 stars if that was a option I would give them that. I would not recommend anyone to this location. Customer service is so poor, this is the job you chose, so don’t treat customers rudely. treat customers with respect !

Pharmacy staff is very rude. No one acknowledged me as I stood there waiting to pick up my prescriptions.

Every experience I have with them results in me waiting hours to fill a prescription. It does not matter why the time of day is. I would not recommend using this as your pharmacy.

Apparently this CVS is the only one that closes 5 mintures before closing time....all the time

Man who worked store on the night of January 27, 2018 refused to take a return from my son of a CVS fish oil product without receipt. It is CVS policy to give 100% money back on unopened products, which it was.

Your information needs to show that the pharmacy opens at 9 oclock. Very inconvenient arrived at seven and had to wait until 9.
