I had my laptop cared in to this store, and the one on Forestdale Blvd. I was not able to take it my self, I had back surgery. My sister took it in for me. She said the customer service was very good. The Rep. explain every thing and then took time to tell me over the phone. Both places look at my laptop for free, even though it could not be fix, I was not charged anything. I want to Thank you for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This man trolls FB marketplace and sends messages to you if you are a woman. He also calls you through messenger. The messages and phone calls are not about your item for sale. The messages are asking if you are single and telling you that you are beautiful.

The man was rude that waited on me and said I paid a lot less for the phone I was trying to sell. Even when I showed him proof I paid $199, he still had an attitude. Will go to another one from now on.
