Limited staff an long lines are common here. The products are cheap and mostly geared towards kids and teens. The store is good for what Its meant for.

Welcome to Five Below! That is the greeting I am consistently welcomed with whenever I walk into this establishment. And from that exact moment, I know this is a store where the employees put in the effort for its customers. The selection of items itself is surprisingly plentiful, given the fact that every item is five dollars or less - with a few exceptions. I really wish these exemptions didnt exist as they throw off the vibe of being five below. This makes me a little heated above five degrees. The excellent selection of items for pool parties and party games for prices much below five dollars brings makes up in the lack of coolness for those few high priced items. I would say this is one of the coolest stores I have ever been to.

Lots of wonderful items, reasonably priced. This location has super friendly and helpful employees. A great shopping experience.

Such an amazing place to visit, fun for all ages. Every time I walk in or leave Im always pleasantly greeted or thanked. The managerial staff are the embodiment that of excellent customer service and a joy to converse with regarding products Im always more than eager to help when you need it.

Very helpful staff who greeted everyone with welcome to 5. Answered all my questions, and the checkout person was VERY friendly.I will definitely shop and there again. Plus lots of xmas gifts for extremely low prices!

The girl that was working the register was so incredibly rude and disrespectful, I was looking at a shirt while standing in line and I literally unfolded one shirt to look and the girl stops checking someone out and tells me I need to fold back any shirt I touch cause she already folded them today. FYI I bought the shirt I unfolded. Plus she double charged me for a few items then didnt ring up some, which I didnt notice till I was gone and was no way I was going back to deal with her again.

We have a Christmas family tradition where we each draw the name of another family member and then have $20 to spend on stocking stuffers, exchanging them that night. Very fun and Five Below was a nice change from the Dollar Tree, our usual place.

Its was nice and stocked for a five below. The manager and employees were having a whole conversation while I was checking out which was a bit unprofessional but in the midst of it she did ask did I fine everything okay.

Store was clean, fully stocked and the manager and cashier were the sweetest. I normally stop at the one in Hoover but ill travel to this location now because the staff were very helpful, greeted you when you walked in and answered any questions I had.

Pretty cool place got some good bargains.

Not allowing anyone in without a facemask. Good job losing my business especially considering the ones enforcing the mask policy were not wearing masks.

My daughter loves coming here! Just disappointed that most of the items are $5 compared to below $5.

This is the coolest Store EVER.. They have such a great verity of all kinds of stuff. Its a little tight navigating through there with all the stuff they have but a awesome place. I will be back there again and again.

Great even for a fifty year old guy. I wouldn’t be caught dead in this store without one of my kids with me but I have fun looking around. Tons of phone cases, ear buds, and cheap tech stuff. Love the cheap footballs and candy. Definitely something for everyone.

Loads of good stuff but customer service and staff as a whole at this location is very lacking, to put it mildly. Manager who wouldn’t speak when I asked to look at something she was standing in front of and the young woman at the register was blatantly rude.

I always love to take my kids in here & buy some fun games, coloring books, pool floats, neat candy, headphones, etc. I mean, everything is 5 dollars so don’t go in here looking for great electronics items but for a few toys/activities for the kids, it’s perfect.
