We came in at 7:35 and were told right away that they close in 25 minutes. I totally get that. We thought they closed at 9 so I appreciated knowing so I wouldnt keep them after closing. THEN Im trying on a pair of shoes and the other kid walked up to me and said just so you know we close in 15 minutes. Seriously?? We were the only people in there. He couldnt have said please get out so I can go home any clearer. For the record, the other guy was kind and helpful with no trace of that attitude.

I always like the selection of shoes but I can never buy any bc they NEVER carry any shoes in WIDE!!!! I wear a size 10. Which is hard enough to find in the 1st place. And it just happens to be a 10W. I would just like to go in an establishment and buy a 10W. The attendants in the store were very helpful and polite they are the reason the store gets 🌟 s

My daughter-in-law and I spent some time in Birmingham today. On our way home we wanted to do some shoe shopping and just happened to see Rack Room Shoes. The ladies greeted us as we came in and asked if they could help us, assisted us when needed and extremely friendly. The store was very clean and stopped very well. I recommend everyone to stop at this store.
