Shopping for a vehicle and I already had pre-approval from my financial institution but they STILL ran my credit thru MULTIPLE banks which I asked them NOT to do! Over the phone they assured me that they wouldnt but they did it anyway which caused my credit score to take a substantial hit! Very unprofessional when returning calls about the vehicle, I had to contact them repeatedly! Dont waste your time!
