Absolutely great service. Friendly check-in (Danielle is incredible at her job) they respect your time and wishes, do what they can to lower prices and provide the best care. Very fast. I didn’t make an appointment and got in and out. They know what they’re doing here. I’ve missed my small hometown auto service because of how fast and friendly they were, and I finally found my equivalent here in Birmingham. Highly recommend.

Great customer service today at the Green Springs Mavis Tires location. The manager worked my car in quickly to check out a low tire pressure warning light. The technician carefully inspected my tires and the manager explained the reason for the warning light. Everyone I encountered at this location was very friendly and customer-service focused.

I was handled by Danielle, Store Manager, at Mavis who was absolutely amazing!! I needed a new tire but turned out after inspection that I needed 3 and an alignment. But she gave me such a good deal that I couldnt refuse what I really needed anyway but she certainly made it worth my while. The mechanics were also amazing and courteous. I will certainly be back!

Needed to change a tire so I called to see if they had it, they did not but immediately ordered it for me (I have small tires) and put the spare on for free! Very quick service and friendly staff. Thank you guys!

Yesterday, was my first experience at Mavis Tire on Green Springs. The moment I walked in the door. I received excellent customer service from Danielle and her team. We were heading back home after a beach vacation and man leaned out of his vehicle and told us we had a flat tire! We looked up the nearest tire place that we were closest to and found Mavis Tires & Brakes. They went above and beyond and got us in immediately. RJ was awesome and checked all of our tires only to find everything looked okay. They didn’t charge us anything at all and even balanced the pressure!! Sent us on our way with smiling faces. Thank you guys, you put a mommas heart at ease!!

Had a wonderful experience for my tire rotation. Ended up needing more work than I thought, but Danielle and Rhilee were super helpful in getting me squared away. Gave me great deals too!! Would definitely recommend.

Chris and Danielle worked as a team to meet my tire replacement and rotation needs. Upon arrival, Chris promptly greeted me and assessed my vehicle. Other staff members who were present - including RJ - were friendly, and Danielle stepped in to assist with a budget-friendly solution. Total time at the shop was about an hour and a half (thus the 4 stars instead of 5), but there were four customers ahead of me when I arrived. Recommended next service was offered in a no-pressure, well see you next time manner, which I appreciated. Plan to return for future service. Give them a try.

Danielle and RJ were great! My tire busted right across the street and they were very kind and quick to help me. Got a brand new tire at a great price and had great service. Will be coming back again, but hopefully not soon.

They were fantastic. My car battery died and I was able to take my car right in and get the battery replaced. They took my car back immediately and were done in maybe half an hour. Will be going here again with any future issues. And they’re open on Sundays.

I was greeted by their very informative, professional, timely & eager to please Manager, Evan, who assisted in diagnosing my vehicles needs - all while keeping me “in the know”, as I had dropped it off before going to work. Their shop was clean - the technicians & staff were friendly - the service was absolutely TOP NOTCH & I truly refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else from today > forward!!! I came in today in my moms car and I knew something was wrong but Danielle took the time to show me and thoroughly explain what was wrong, why, and how to fix it. The only reason I gave them five stars is because they gave me a discount after lying about a inquiry not too long ago and they changed my oil and it busted right afterwards. So I had to get a new car went and got my brakes changed because they were my last option at the time and BOOM here I am, they messed up my shocks rotors and brakes and gave me the run around about my money or fixing my car. So I finally was able to come in today and they still gave me a hard time and I’m waiting still for a call about my money which they said would be tomorrow. Don’t ever go to this place I’ve heard multiple people say Mavis messed up their cars

Not happy with how long it took. Had an appt yesterday and they said that it would take more than 2 hours because they were behind so I rescheduled to this morning as soon as they opened. I was the first car there. The tech got there after me. I was told that it would take 1.5 hrs at THE MOST. It took 2.5 hours, with being the first person there. I was told that I would get a 15 min call to let me know when it was close to being done. I called had to call them after an hour and a half for them to tell me it was on the lift and itd be about 30 min. An hour later i got a call when it was done.

They communicated well about the timeframe for looking at my tire and fixed it for a reasonable price- no complaints, would recommend!

Very nice and friendly staff. Got a tire and oil change and it didn’t take long at all.

Allow me to walk you through my process at Mavis Tire & Brakes. I pull in to parking lot, immediately I am greeted by one of the mechanics. He opens the door and allow me to walk in. I get to the desk and Rhylie (I hope I spelled it right) greets me and welcomes me. I enjoyed our conversation, Rhylie allowed me to talk and gave me such helpful details. Rhylie then takes my information and my keys and my car is already in the back. The three mechanics that were working came out to talk to me and gave me the necessary things that I need to do to keep my car maintained. Even one of the mechanics mentioned to me that he had a kia optima as well. So they completed my car, and it was time to check out. I checked out with a very sweet lady named Danielle. She was so positive(Danielle if your reading this we are praying for your sister.) She also gave me little tips with the maintenance of the car. I am not sure what type of customer service training that Mavis offers but they need that training at so many other companies. I truly thank everyone. I rate this place a 100/100!!!!! Thanks again!

I had a tire blow out late in the afternoon. I had planned to replace two tires in the near future. While waiting for roadside assistance to put my spare on, I called any was advised that they could get my tires done that day. I went there and decided to replace all 4 tires as the price was very reasonable. All 4 tires were replaced in less than 1 hour! Great service and concern for customers.
