Very nice/helpful. Car having occasional trouble starting, so thought it might be battery/ alternator. Everything checked out fine (no charge). But because of the kindness & excellence shown, I know where to go for future service.

Weve been by 3 times on Friday and sign says theyre closed for inventory!!! WHAT!!!! Store needs to update hours to show they close every Friday at 2 pm!!! Some people dont get off early enough to come by before 2 and earlier during the week theyre working OT, so Battery Warehouse is missing out on some business!!!

When I tell you this is THE place to go for a battery. They took GREAT Care of me. The customer service was A1 and the price for the new battery I received was FAR lower than the 3quotes I had received from other stores b4i got there. I would recommend them for sure.

I stopped in today without an appointment and was in an out of there! I got a great deal on two new batteries and one of them was installed right then and there. All the guys were super nice! I highly recommend this business.

Super friendly and helpful. I went here under the impression I needed a battery. First thing they noticed was the battery in my car was that the date code of the battery was only 4 months old and still under warranty. They also tested it and said the battery was good even though they knew I wasnt going to buy from them.Right away these folks earned my business. They are far cheaper than anyone else in town and Id say pretty darn honest.

When you drive up, the old warehouse will give you second thoughts, but enter anyway. Retailers, including Walmart and Amazon take notice. This is how customer service is done. It is about the people. It is about the attitude. Enjoyed the experience so much I wish my car needed a battery more often.

Jeremy is the owner and has always been extremely helpful with any questions and battery needs that I have. You will pay almost half the price for a quality marine battery that you would pay at AutoZone or any of the other car shop. I have often dealt with his employees and they are courteous and just as helpful. You dont need to buy a battery anywhere else!!

I was so glad that I called them. I got a reconditioned battery for my sisters 2008 Honda Accord for $ 27.50 tax and all. And they were kind enough to install it for me. I was literally in and out in about 10 minutes. Although I got a used battery, their price on a new battery beat AutoZones price by $ 50.00! Fast and courteous service. I will definitely come again and also tell all my friends.

I was locked out of my car, at the gas station, up the road. I walked into the office to ask for a wire coat hanger, and the owner himself brought me one. Not only did he help me but instead of letting me walk, this man drove me back to the gas station and unlocked my car for free, no service fee and didnt ask for a thing. I offered to give what little I had, and he only asked me to stop by if I needed a battery. Im not sure what I would have done without his help. The gas station attendant told me, I only had a limited amount of time to unlock and move my car it was blocking a gas pump. So, I would have had to pay a towing fee, and an unlocked fee if not for this man. God bless this man and Company. Thank you so much.

This is a very nice company. My agent was Dan who was very kind and hospitable. I was in and out in approximately 10-15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable on the battery installation. He treated me like family. This is approximately my 5th time buying from this business--this includes 2 house alarm batteries, 1 lantern battery, and 2 car batteries--still great and friendly service each time. I had such a great experience here. After being reprimanded for carrying my battery from my car to the door, I was informed that I could completely ruin my dress from doing such a thing. The prices were beyond reasonable and all the men there were 100% gentlemen.I would recommend that everyone go here for your next battery. My battery at walmart would have been $102. My battery here was $55.I saved money and got exceptional service. Great business.

I was skeptical when my wifes uncle told me he knew a guy and directed me to what looks like a burnt out old warehouse.We had woken up around 3am to drive all the way from Dallas to Birmingham for the holidays only to find that the car wouldnt start. Thankfully we were able to jump the car and ten hours of driving kept the battery alive a bit longer, but I knew I had to get a new one when we arrived in Birmingham.So when I was told that I had to see a guy I didnt know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised; the entire process of swapping out my battery took maybe ten minutes and cost about half what Ive paid in the past!

Im going to tell you they are the best battery sales and service in Birmingham in probably in Alabama the service is great the prices are great the workers are great DL change your battery for you and make sure that everythings fine with the battery before you leave I recommend them to anybody this coming season in the winter if you need a battery these are the people to go to

Awsome!! Excellent place to go for a good new battery. Exide makes their batteries and they are only $50.00-$60.00 compared to $100.00 + at Auto zone. I buy every battery from these guys. Its a great deal for a great battery. You cant beat it, and it comes with a warranty.
