This location seems upgraded.. Clean, organized and I like the conveyor belt at check out. Employees were also professional and nice.

Fairly dirty, and rather ghetto, and awfully overpriced for a self proclaimed dollar store... But as far as local shitholes go, this is one of the best. Employees are generally helpful, though theyre rather guarded due to the areas general safety and being a high volume area for theft. Not too bad.

Always a good place to go for great bargains. A step above Dollar tree most times the FAM FAM and The GENERAL is my #2 when looking for almost anything for the house, as well as clothes food andParty supplies, stationary products, holiday decor, and q variety of toys for the he kids. This particular spot has had issues in the past w the neighborhood its in (across from country town) so u get a small taste of CHATEU LA GHETTO, however the employees despite being local were very polite and semi helpful. Id say worst part of the trip was cleanliness of the store tho Ive seen way worse conditions at vestal ave stuff kinda strewn about and semi unstocked shelves, though thats only partially the fault of the workers. Again that location gets busy and its hard to man the cash register and watch thieves and stock and clean the isles. Though I just say nobody harassed my wife for her luscious backside which is almost always a given while in that neck of the woods. Give my trip a 6.5 out of 10.

Good variety and great staff

This was my first visit to your location. The store was definitely a large store. Wasnt sure where the things I need, but the employees were courteous and helpful. The cashier was courteous, friendly, and made sure I found everything I needed. I dont live in neighborhood but if I am in that area, will stop in. Thank you.

This location is known for their good customer service and friendly employees. The afternoons are quite busy and lines get a bit long, but they are a great team and they make it happen!

Went in the store to return an rca chord i had bought that was the wrong size for my stereo. I had receipt, and box. They would not give me a refund or store credit. Said it was store policy. I left the item on counter and walked out. I shop there 15 times a week. Will not be back.

Ghetto store. Good prices, bad clientele. Some of the staff seem to know what they are doing, other days it has been ridiculous. Could be better organized, but I attribute that more to the clientele than the skeleton crew they have running.

My visit was ok.... But while shopping here I really needed to use a restroom. So I asked if the store had one available and I was told they had one but it isnt for the public. Thats g o t to be the first time I have ever been denied the use if a restroom in a Family Dollar.

Need to stock MORE glass bottle Coke. Glad Coke has brought them back. It used to be that is how it was always until cans and plastic came. People who have never had Coke in the glass bottle are finding that it is FAR BETTER TASTING!!!! PLEASE STOCK MORE.......
