Lots of great Binghamton swag to choose from and a very friendly staff. Not cheap, especially if you are buying for a large family. However, it is worth it, especially if you like showing your Binghamton University pride!

Its a university bookstore. The student staff are very friendly and good at their jobs but the prices border on highway robbery

BU bookstore has been renovated and the top floor has been re opened for good! All the BU merchandises and apparel are now on the top floor for visitors and incoming students and families. On the bottom floor is generally for students on campus that sells textbooks and is a general store for the students from stationary to detergent to medicine, snacks. It also got a study lounge where you can charge your phone and laptop so thats pretty neat. Overall, definitely family and student friendly. Helpful students employee and staffs.

This is a nice facility, and it looks quite modern and fresh on the inside. However, in terms of school supplies, this place is a complete rip off. Often times, you can buy a new book online for the price of a used book here. Pencils and Pens are also sometimes double the cost of where they would be found elsewhere. Otherwise, on the positive side, they have a large selection of Binghamton University apparel and merchandise each with a variety of styles to choose from. Of course, all Binghamton gear sell at full retail value which often totals much more than a comparable item at a store like Target or Walmart. I do, however, recommend this place to get merchandise for the University, as such a selection of items with a Binghamton logo can be found exclusively here. But for school supplies, you are better off buying whatever you need from home including books as well.

Terrible experience. I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband has worked there for 27 years and typically when I shop there, the employees give me his discount. I stopped in today and they wouldnt give me his discount without his ID. I showed them my ID and showed them on my smartphone that his BU picture on the BU website and explained that he needs his ID when hes working. In response, I got nothing...crickets. Thats ok. I can shop at the local Weiss store for some BU merchandise. Its too bad because my husband works there (27 years) and my son attends BU. Terrible customer service. This is an example of common sense not prevailing.

Had an awesome experience on my college tour, would actually consider putting this school on my list.

You can find a better deal in Amazon Prime than in this bookstore! Its like a business trick that they let u pay the full price at the end of the semester. Dont rent textbook here, they will make u to pay for the full price for a little mark on for even just one page in the book! ! Very unsatsfied experince in here.

Very nice store and employees could not have been nicer or more helpful.

They heated up my quesadilla. It was a cold microwaveless blur of a night. Into the bookstore I stumbled, unprotected quesadilla in hand. Can I heat that ish for you ma man? Ethan from intro to basket weaving asked. Ya Br0 thatd be litt city my guy I said. And BOOM my floppy boi was a warm boi.

Binghamton Universitys bookstore has always been overpriced, and the fact that they keep dropping much of their classic clothing (such as their hoodies) for less appealing designs does not help. Unfortunately, its basically the only place to get official BU merchandise, unless you want to look online.

Helpful for college courses if youre last minute buying, but its a S C A M.
