Horrible customer service. Ordered a laptop, 4 days later it still hadnt shipped. Called on day 4 to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. The employee told me that the order was canceled and I was all good. Fast forward 6 more days, I get a notification that the laptop has shipped, and my accounts were charged. Called back, they said there was nothing they could do. I have to now wait for the product to arrive and then take it back to the bookstore to get a refund. I explained that I have a full time job, 8-5 Monday to Friday and I couldnt bring it back since they close at 4. They just told me to have someone else bring it back. I got no apologies, nothing. Do yourself a favor and dont overpay or get screwed over.

I attend school here and I love it. The professors are great and there are lots of programs & resources for students.

So happy I chose to go back to college at BCC! I am now on my way to higher education through their partnership program with Suny Empire. I highly recommend BCC for students of all ages.

Paid for 1-2 shipping, it has been 8 days, i still havent gotten them. Called twice, once they sent me straight to voicemail. Second time they said theyd call me back and hung up on me. I never complain but I am really upset I needed my books before this friday..... Should order off Amazon. Never ordering here again.

New buildings and now dorms. Am expanding campus with state of the art education.

So far, one of the best community college in state of New York.Thats my opinion.

The store itself isnt bad, a little small, but the hours of operation are awful. SUNY Broome sells itself as a school that can cater to working students, yet the store isnt open weekends and closes at 4 on weekdays. More than a little inconvenient to have to take time off of work to purchase textbooks.

Poorly organized, too small. Too much junk not enough space. Way to expensive especially on used books you know they bought for dirt cheap
