Anthony Ibrahim did a great job at securing us a RAV4 Prime XSE with the Premium package (a bit of a purple squirrel type of car, very hard to get a hold of right now). He kept us posted throughout the vehicles journey from Toyohashi in late May to arrival at the port of NY to making it to the dealership by mid July.My only concern was the mandatory rust & environmental package for $1049. I get it, most dealers sell this vehicle above MSRP right now, which technically wasnt the case here, but given the non-negotiability of this dealer package, it amounts to the same thing.That said, we are very happy with the car and the overall outcome.Note: This dealer will accommodate customers who continue to choose masking due to COVID-19 resurgence despite the mandate having expired.

A lot of the reviews I read showed that people traveled as well from out of county and we were only offered toyota financial which wasn’t a bad rate but saved a lot more doing our own homework and using a local credit union of the Finger lakes. No discredit to JackSherman though anyone should be doing their homework on finances before test driving to begin with if your interested in doing faster business.

I wanted to take advantage of the memorial day special offer, but there were no Prius Prime LE locally. I called around and got Austin from Jack Sherman on the phone. They were great. They gently explained how leasing works to a new leaser, went out and took pictures of the Prius they had on hand, worked up a couple different leasing options, made sure I got the deal even though I couldnt pick the car up after memorial day.Plot twist! UPDATE: Although they accidentally broke my mirror upon exiting the complimentary car wash on Saturday, the part arrived Tuesday (today) and in less than a half an hour, it was fixed. I was a bit inconvenienced but I have to say they remained professional despite how much heat I gave them. As a veteran, I appreciate people who can deal with pressure. They came through on their word which means something.
