I understand it’s Mother’s Day. I get it’s a busy time. But I’ve stood here for 20 minutes and no one has even said Hi. 4 people have come in after me and they have all been helped. I don’t know if it is discriminatory or it’s the fact that I have bought at least 5 items from here in the last month. I think we will be taking our business to Kay’s or somewhere else. I did enjoy one of your associates but she’s only one person. Not good reeds. I guess if I looked like I had more money they’d be jumping over each other to help me.

The salesperson named Shira was a gem herself. We thought we were just looking, but she showed us some beautiful rings and one that was just perfect for our upcoming forth anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful experience inBiloxi from two visitors from Montana. 😉

My sister and i went to this location in the mall looking for a specific pair cut of earrings. we tried looking all over the coast for a pair, and came up with nothing. our final look was at REEDS in biloxi and we were so happy- Spencer and Susan helped us out so much with everything! they were so incredibly nice and made sure we got what we needed! y’all go see them, i guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

I recently purchased a ring from here. It was very disappointing to realize that deceitful tactics are still used by this store. Not only did they mark up the jewelry and have horrible customer service but the lady working there is rude and very dishonest. I was presented a warranty plan that included sizing. I was explaining I needed the ring sooner than later she said she would have it done. She didn’t mention there was an additional charge. When I arrived to pick up my ring she charged me an additional $35. I don’t have an issue paying for the service I have an issue that there wasn’t any upfront communication about additional fees.

I went it to purchase a pandora bracelet and charms and was treated very well! I am so grateful for the staff who was so patient with me being indecisive as well as having my 2 year old so acting out. Thank you all so much!

Reeds Jewelers, Biloxi, is the best! Wonderful store, professional and attentive sales staff, great selection. I have always found what I want and need from Reeds. They have a great selection of jewelry and have an excellent artist who can make one-of-a-kind items if they dont have what you want. Always goes the extra mile for customers. All the sales staff is excellent, but Susan loves to make others happy by finding that perfect piece that will make them smile.

My finance and I had a wonderful experience at Reeds when shopping for our wedding bands. They were able to show us a wide variety of styles helping us narrow down to our perfect wedding bands. Came in to get my Pandora charms serviced. Christina helped me and was very efficient and polite. She did an excellent job with my charms. She also assisted me in sizing for a ring and gave excellent advice on what fit best. She and the entire staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband and I were celebrating my birthday and decided that wed add something to my Pandora bracelet. We had the pleasure of having Christina help us pick out 2 new charms, clean up my collection, and she even went the extra mile and balanced my bracelet. I didnt know it was neccessary but I had tell the difference. We talked about Greys Anatomy and The Walking Dead. It was a great pleasure. Hopefully shell be there the next time were here. The Reeds Jewelers at Edgewater Mall in Biloxi #35 has always been great to me. Especially Deanna Harris. I know next to nothing about jewelry but she has always been very kind, patient, and helpful. The entire staff including the repair man Spencer are always cheerful and polite. This is the only jewelry store that I patronize.

Me and my husband walked in . There were 3 employees(white) not helping anyone,, didn’t even greet us I guess cuz we are black and must thought we weren’t goi. i wanted a price check for a ring. They all looked up but didn’t say anything! I’m pretty sure if it was another married couple who wasn’t black, they would’ve had better service.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service!!!
