Ive been dealing with Biloxi Pawn for years now, and they always have been amazing at working with me. Theyre super friendly and understanding. In my opinion, this is the best pawn shop in the Biloxi/Gulfport area.

Where do I start. I wish I could give no stars.....This was my second time pawning anything in my life. My merchandise was purchased last year for 4k. I was told my item was worth 2k by the associates and that they would give me $200 dollars on a pawn. That is LUDICROUS and the associates had sorry attitudes, were arrogant, and had terrible people skills. The epitome of kicking a man when he is down. Do not do business here. I will not even look at the building again personally.

I have visited twice while out of town and the employees where very friendly in showing us varies items that we were looking at. I came back to purchase two rings that are very unique items, that I didnt want to pass up.

Walked into this place at 3:30 on the dot to look and possibly purchase a firearm. They told me they were closed. They close at 4 on Saturday. He said he was understaffed. There were two people working in there. How many employees does it take to sell something? Went to Academy Sports and spent my money. He was polite in telling me I needed to leave, however. :/

I cannot say enough great things about this pawn shop. Biloxi Pawn and Jewelry is one of the very best I have ever visited. I am from the Austin area and whenever we travel east we stop in Biloxi to visit these folks. I know my pawn shops. Most every piece of jewelry I own was purchased from one from Texas to Florida. Good pawn shops and great pawn brokers are a dying breed. Chains like National Pawn, Top Cash Pawn, etc., are NOT true pawn shops. They are more of a discounted Walmart. Prices are set and they buy low to sell high. Of course they lend money against your property. But they make a great deal of money doing so and seldom offer nothing near your propertys value. There is no decision making abilities at the store level. Rather buying, selling and lending are all fixed numbers assessed by corporate shirts who maintain a more than healthy bottom line. Biloxi Pawn and Jewelry is independently owned. Real pawn brokers are on site and they will go above and beyond to get and keep your business. my husband loves the tools and firearm choices they have in stock. I favor the jewelry and computer inventory. we walked in yesterday with jewelry to trade and a vision and walked out with not only exactly what we wanted but the best deal anyone could have offered. Seriously, if you live anywhere near the Gulf Coast visit Tyson, Marty or any staff member at Biloxi Pawn first. They are friendly, honest, customer service driven and will go above and beyond to fill your needs. You will not be dissapointed!

The worst service i have ever gotten. When in at 4pm looked at there laptops for that long came across 2 that seemed ok so asked to check them out one did not come on at all the 2ed one did everthing seemed fine but said it needed update and at this time it was 4:50pm the guy there informed me he would be closeing and if i wanted it i needed to buy it i said if anything is worng with it can i get a refund he said sure bing it back tomorrow . so i got home started update windows informed me that windows 8 would nolonger be supported i needed upgrade to 8.1 or window 10 so i bring the thing back to the pawn store the guy that i bought the laptop from informed me that he would have to have his pc guy look at it and it would take a feq days becuase it was friday. So come monday i call to see if it is ready and i was spoken to rudely says we have no fixed laptop and hung up on. So i waited till later to called ask thw lady who answered the phone about laptop she told me it was right here with my name on it. Then i go there to pick up the laptop only to be informed that he couldnt fix it but i was welcome to find one that they had there but none of them worked so i wanted refund like he promisesed me. I was then told i could take the broken one or one there only no refund.

Went to Biloxi pawn to find a I Love u ring for my wife and Adam went out of his way to get me the ring I wanted for the price I needed thanks man for helping me out

Excellent service by all

I was there and one of the male employees kept saying mean things to the female employee. He actually did it in front of me and made her cry. He was arrogant, cocky and rude.The other male employee totally ignored people and when you asked him a question he made it seem like he was doing you a great favor.I will never go back there.

Called to ask about a game and they wouldnt check for us so i had to drive 20 minutes to get there and they didnt even have it no customer service while we were there either

Horrible customer service. They do not know their products. They said I had a fake pair of ray bans and after arguing with them I left and went to different pawn shop who said that Biloxi pawn did not know what they were talking about and bought my pair of ray bans
