1:30 to buy some hard rolls they had none in the shelf a young lady comes out of the back I asked her if she could see if they had any hard rolls in the back she states to me if theres none out here that probably none in the back they put them all out cuts me off and tells me to have a good day she was extremely rude I asked for her name she kept saying have a good day. I asked several times then she says Samantha have a good day and kept on walking rude rude

Ive been shopping there since I moved here over 3 years and never fails quick to get in quick to get out it never takes much time at all as it does super Walmart I love these little neighborhood Walmarts and as everything that I need conveniently located next door to Dollar general directly across the street from the Biloxi public library and not even a full block from the US postal service wonderful place must visit

Well to start the moment we walk through the door me and my wife is covered with tattoos and in Biloxi from Houma Louisiana just got hit by the hurricane we getting judged we are in there stealing the moment we got walked through the door got thousands of dollars in our pockets on the food stamp card whenever you walk through a door and you get judged you see all eyes on you like Tupac why cuz I dont look like you I dont dress like you I dont talk like you walk like you I dont recommend that Walmart to nobody.

Went here the first night in town. Extremely nice associates. Had everything I was looking for and then some.A lady behind me in line had a bunch of candy and some gummy melatonin for her kids (Ive never seen before.) She had the cashier and I cracking up. Must find these at my local Walmart!

I recently had my groceries delivered for the first time and it was a huge mistake. I get items not being in stock but all together 7 items were out of stock and when I put away my groceries I realized 11 items were missing. I tried to call the store to see if maybe a bag had gotten left by accident since all the items that were missing were cold. After sitting on hold trying to get someone on the phone for almost 10 minutes I gave up on trying and just submitted a return. Now I am being told that there will be a 10 day processing time to get my money back but when they took my money there was no hold up. So not only did I not get my groceries I have to wait to get my 40 dollars back. I whole point of getting groceries delivered was to save time but here I am driving to another store anyway to spend more money on the rest of my groceries. Terrible service and a waste of my time and money.

Smaller store, less ppl, better in store shopping experience.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are also nice and very helpful if you need them. Im usually here once a week to go shopping and havent been disappointed since they opened. Give them a visit if youre ever near by!

Clean well organized store. Easy in and out with great selection of items. Would recommend for quick stops or regular groceries pickup. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Good location. Feel safe here at this location shopping at any times they are open.

This neighborhood Wal-Mart has definitely changed a lot since I last posted. They actually have friendly, pleasant, cashiers here now. I can buy Earth Balance buttery spread now since Im vegan. They dont have the Earth Balance vegan sticks for baking yet but you can get that at Rouses.

Was refused alcohol sale because my 28 year old significant other didnt have ID. I then took groceries home, returned 20 minutes later, BY MYSELF, and was again denied alcohol sales with my valid ID. I was then ganged up on by 3 employees. One team member said that Id NEVER be able to purchase alcohol there again while another told me I was NOT an adult. Thank God the cashier finally called over a team leader who understood the ridiculousness of the situation and completed my transaction. After years of shopping here I will never return.

Went for fresh flowers because the VA Cemetery is right by it. ALL affordable flowers were dead and only the most expensive were alive and beautiful. Some of our spouses have just passed and we are having to learn to live with 1 income. One would think they would stock for all not just the ones with lots of money.

I feel like Wal-Mart would be a better place if the corporation started treating their people better. Also I dont think its right that theyre pretty much forcing the general public to do a job thats not theirs meaning the self checkouts.

Its a Walmart...I think that sums it all up.I do suggest you check the expiration date when purchasing from this Walmart. I dont know how many times Ive brought food home and then noticed it ready to expire. Also, there have been numerous times Ive seen cheese, yogurt, etc that was expired. I used to take it to customer service, but I quit caring after awhile. Also, watch the prices at the checkout line. The sale prices dont always ring up.I go to this Walmart bc they are the cheapest, closest to my house, and I know where everything is. They have a decent mix of items and usually have what I need. I typically use the self checkout, so I cant review their customer service. Their security seems to be on point, since I did have one cashier try to accuse me of stealing; in her defense, I did put the chocolate in my purse instead of the plastic bag. I rang it up before putting it in my purse, so it was on the receipt when she demanded to see it. I still cant imagine why someone would think I paid $40 in groceries just to steal $2 in chocolate, but Im sure it happens. Now that I think about it, though, I dont think she apologized.I do recommend the pharmacy here bc they are never busy and are quick to fill prescriptions. Ive used the pharmacy several times for me and my dog. The service is not be super friendly, but theyre not rude either. Its just very basic customer service.

Overall, this location isn’t bad. It’s well enough maintained, and most of the staff was pleasant, but they need to do something about the management. Having worked for Walmart myself, I know how a team member would want to be treated, and yet, while I was at this store, I noticed several instances where managers were rude to their staff in front of customers! It’s one thing to be having a bad day, but it’s another to berate and embarrass employees in front of paying customers... again, I didn’t find anything wrong with the store itself, but be careful, you might be in for an unpleasant experience if you have to involve management.

I have been here several times throughout the years. The place is kept very nice and the staff is great. I recommend this nice establishment to everyone :)

I had to edit my review due to feeling uncomfortable by the indiscreet asset protection employee female who followed me around the whole store. The cashier was really sweet as usual.

Stayed in Biloxi for the week and stopped here to get my kitchen goods. I loved the fact that that it wasnt a superstore because I wasnt looking for a garden hose, brakes for my car, a bicycle, or any of the other things at the superstore, just what they sold...FOOD. I was able to shop and self check out in minutes. Wish we had this in Maryland.

This Walmart is located perfectly. I can always grab what I need from here on my way to my friends or moms. And there is a Redbox kiosk. One stop for dinner.

You do get good deals as long as you are willing to shop the whole store.

A few times the price advertised for the product I bought was not what was charged at the check-out. I have noticed this a time or two with other customers. I like this store and use it a lot! They have the best fried and baked chicken of any Walmart I have bought some from. The employees are real friendly and helpful.

Actually an extremely well laid out floor plan. Helpful associates. The fail? Swiss Miss hot chocolate found in the coffee section vs. Cocoa section. Really?!For the true Celiac patient....they have an outstanding gluten free section.

This is a very clean Walmart as far as they go down here on the coast. The employees were nice and helpful! My car was broken down in there parking lot for a few days until I could get back out to fix it and my car was perfectly safe even overnight in the parking lot. The management was great to me making sure my car wasnt towed even though it took so long. I really, really appreciate this!Overall I would recommend this walmart to others.

The neighborhood market place is always a great place to run in and get your quick list of food items fresh fruits and vegetables and what little things you have on a short shopping list. Its not the place to go if you have a shopping list thats two pages long and full of non-food items but it is the place to go if you have a short list and a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. so if you just need to run in and run out the neighborhood market place is the place to go its always clean the people are always very friendly its easy to get around in the store everything is very easy to find the keep all the nice fresh fruits and vegetables up in the front so you can just grab them and go.

It was awesome. I had never been there before but I truly enjoyed shopping there. The cashiers were very friendly and the young man that helped me with my groceries was amazing and so kind. I recommend you shopping there if you are ever in that area.

I work nearby so I usually pop in and out of here pretty quick when I need stuff for lunch and stuff. For not being in the greatest area of town, this place actually has some groceries that even the Super Walmart in Pass Christian doesnt have.

Never have enough cashiers when I have a lot of groceries and dont wanna hold up the self check.

BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO GOI went today and got groceries and some toys for Evan and went thru self checkout my balance was around $130. I paid in cash and had 20.89 left to pay I decided to pay the rest on my card then the machine froze up. Carol an employee tried to help fix it but couldnt get it to work so i went to the atm pulled out $40 and put in another $21 in cash to pay the rest. It stayed frozen and did not register the 21 I had put in so when they reset and it gave back what money i put in it gave me my $105 but not the $21. Carol and Jessica supposedly understood this and CAROL WATCHED ME PUT THE EXTRA 21 IN. They brought me to another line and rung it all up again and then said the balance was higher then what i rung up. Idk if they accidentally rung something up twice but she wouldnt even check the receipt to make sure so i gave her MORE money. Then walked out to have an employee chase me down and accuse me of stealing cause they did not account for the $21 the machine did not give back. So then me and another employee called the cops. When the cop got there he would not address me he only wanted to speak to the employees and REFUSED TO SPEAK TO CAROL WHO WITNESSED THEY OWE ME MONEY I DO NOT OWE THEM MONEY! He also laughed at me and threatened to arrest me because he wouldnt take the time to listen to me about Carol who witnessed it or to WATCH the cameras that would prove all. I have had a horrible experience today. The cops also asked if they wanted to press charges on me WHEN I NEVER STOLE ANYTHING AND REFUSED TO WATCH CAMERAS WHICH WOULD PROVE ME INNOCENTSo i left with no groceries and $21 Wal-Mart STOLE from me and a waste of my time.
