I recently moved and needed something filled so I went to the closet Walgreens and Mr.Ryan in pharmacy was soo helpful. Didn’t feel like just a customer. .So friendly and always smiling . I wished everywhere you went you got that A++ service and kindnesses like you do from Mr. Ryan at the Pass Rd and Popps ferry store in the pharmacy Dept. Thank you again and god god bless you!!!

Their prices are through the roof. Went in to buy cough drops that cost $3.49 at Target (an expensive store, for a reference point). At Walgreens, the same box of cough drops cost $6.49.Price gouging is an understatement! And the walkway into the store was absolutely littered with trash.

Worst customer service ive experienced. They send a notification saying your meds are ready for pickup, you get there and they tell you itll be around 1 but note they take lunch 1-2 this is not the first second or third time this has happened, THANK GOD I HAD EXTRA HEART MEDS. I can see if you told me theyll be ready but we take lunch at a certain time, please fix the method you have...

Its time to hire someone to work the phone instead of having a robot tell me about your flu vaccine for 10 minutes before I figured out you cant talk to someone.

Staff Is so rude I swore I wouldn’t come back but I had to for an emergency and what do ya know, they were rude for absolutely no reason again. I really won’t be back this time and I don’t recommend anyone to unless you feel like having your day made worse!

Take your pharmacy business to a locally-owned place if you want services that you can depend on. These folks take forever to fill prescriptions.....when they are at work. Went to fill one today and there was no pharmacist, even when the store’s hours were posted. Later. I tried to fill a prescription and was told twenty minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes later, I’m still sitting in the parking lot. Mind you I was told 20 minutes at drop off. Lady at the window said “oh we were at lunch.” Yeah, me too. Lunch break from work. I don’t have time to just sit here. Go to Sartins, where they take care of their customers.

During vacation we needed to print pictures for a gift, the computer was gliching..Shamika was VERY HELPFUL getting the pictures printed. Shamika helped every chance she could..We could not have made our Gift without her help..She is Awesome !! .....

Its not often when you have a Pharmacy go way over and beyond to help a customer such as they do at this particular Walgreens ! The Pharmacist are extremely friendly as well as informative. Great customer service is very scarce nowadays,so I choose Walgreens pharmacy on Pass rd to fill my scrips.There always smiling and cheerful as well !! so i say good job !! you all get a 30% raise !!

I just happened in this location in desperate need of something to flush metal shavings out of my eye. The pharmacy was busy and the the pharmacist was filling orders and rushing about. A tech asked him if he could make a recommendation for me. When he was able to step away from the phone he came out from around the counter to help me. In that moment I felt like I was all that mattered. He went over several options and gave me his professional opinion and even let me know where a walk in clinic with an eye doctor was if the flush and drops didn’t work. To many, this doesn’t seem like a big deal but for me, it possibly saved my eyesight!! Thank you sir!!

Basic quality Walgreens

Usually I have no issues and everything is great, but this evening changed my mind. My daughter was sick and I took her to the ER. I got her prescription and I saw the pharmacy didnt close until 8pm. I made it 10 minutes before close to drop off a prescription. There was a car in front of me in the drive thru. I waited in line and finally the lady asked how could she help me? I stated I just wanted to drop this prescription off. The lady looked at her watch and said sorry, were not taking any more tonight, we close in 2 minutes! Really? I just wanted to drop it off so I can pick it up in the morning. I will definitely take my business somewhere else from now on!

I have only had a few good experiences at the pharmacy.Edit: I am upping my rating for this pharmacy. I honestly had a few bad experiences due to something out of their control. This pharmacy is an extremely busy one. But they do keep you up to date with your families prescriptions and refills. They usually have my childrens meds in stock.They are better than walmarts pharmacy, even if the wait is longer and they close a little earlier.

I went into this Walgreens today to get a prescription filled just to be turned away because it wasnt the store I normally do business with. What if I was out of town and my life depended on getting this prescription filled? Youre going to turn me away because its not the store I normally do business at? Or what if the store I do business with did not have to prescription I needed at the time?Very very poor customer service. If this is a company policy like your employees state, maybe you should review those policies and think about the needs of your customers.

So i get to the window at * am to pick up my RX before work. at 8:08 a young man comes tho the window and i give him my RX to fill. He looks me up and says ooooo u cannot refill until the 9th. uhhhh, no i just got preseecription 30 minutes ago. He then so oo oo i see wrong person! that alone was concerning enough. so he returns my ID and debit card and im waiting ....5 mins passes......a young lady comes to the window and says ok, 34.95 i need ur card and ID. HUH???? i just gave to young man and he was processing my RX and gave me my ID and debit card back. the young lady states ...o well i dunno but i need your card and ID again....i said why??? she shouts on the phone/intercom...to debit your RX!! i said he already did that, ive already been waited on. three minutes go by ...she comes bk and says ooo he didnt process, ill be doing the processing..and btw there is no reason to be rude. what? so far ive been mistaken for the wrong person and refused my RX, then i get attitude from a questionable young pharmacist. Never again. i am contacting her surperiors and also changing my RX to Wal Mart. this is very concerning when dealing with peoples medications....one wrong pill to the wrong person and then what??????? this is not my first complaint on this Drive Thru on Pass Rd in Biloxi, but will be my last.

This Walgreens has the most compassionate manager Named Delilah. I was desprate for diapers im in school and my childs father lost his job. A friend sebt me 20$ to vet diapers but my ID was expired so she couldnt give me the money...Out of the goodness in her heart ahe bought my son a bag of diapers and gave me 4$. What a amazing beautiful person. I will never forget her and from now on were using Walgreens instead of Walmart for our drugs. ❤

The pharmacy manager at this Biloxi pharmacy told me did not have my prescription in stock & I should call around to other Walgreens to find which Walgreens had it. Never offered to look up stock.The very next Walgreens I called (Pass Road, Gulfport) told me they also did not have it in stock but immediately offered to look up stock quantities in their computer system and find which store did. Less than a minute later, she said it appeared the Dedeaux Road store had my prescription in stock.How simple would it have been and what better customer service if the Biloxi pharmacy manager had offered the same courtesy as the Gulfport store. It took the Gulfport pharmacist all of 1 extra minute to do the extra step but saved me 30 minutes trying to call every Walgreens around, listening to the auto-message, and then holding for a person. Good Customer Service takes so little effort but wins the customer. Thank you Gulfport Pass Road Walgreens for keeping me a Walgreens customer. If not for your courtesy, Walgreens wouldve lost my familys business forever. Rest assured, however, the Biloxi Pass Road store has lost my patronage.
