I went in last night and Kayln was my cashier. She was SOOO super helpful and so nice, even though it was the end of the night. It was such a good experience. I will be back to purchase perfume, I just havent decided which one!
The girls who work here are snotty and rude. Yelling at customers as they leave is unprofessional and childish. Dont recommend!
The girls in there are amazing. Cheyenne, kai I love you ladies!💋
The lady was nice but they dont except the Sephora gift cards.
The sales associates in this store are the absolute worst! They know very little about the products they sell, and they could care less if they help you or not. In addition, many of the sales people spend much of their time on their cell phones instead of helping their customers. The last time I visited the store, I angrily stormed out and vowed to never set foot in that Sephora ever again! I usually spend thousands of dollars on cosmetics and facial products each year, but since my last visit, which was two years ago, I spend my money at Ulta, or at the Mac counter inside Belk.
Purchased new foundation I’ve never used from this store that I was reluctant to do so and was told by management at anytime if it didn’t work for my skin that I can return it. Tried the foundation once and it broke my skin out within minutes‼️...Come back to this store only to be told by the Assistant Manager that she can only do a even exchange in store. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN‼️
I’ve never felt so bad for bothering a worker. She’s was very rude. Like I’m sorry lady I need help! Didn’t mean to bother you at WORK! Learn some customer service and act like you actually want to be at work!!!!!
Elizabeth and Caitlyn are so very pleasant and knowledgeable; we have a blast every time I shop at Sephora.
I was in Sephora walking around looking for bb cream. I found a brand I liked and asked the lady if there was a shade “fair” in the back because I did not see it out on the sales floor. She tells me she is off the clock and to find someone else to help me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE!! Not worth my one star.
Called on a Tuesday to see if they had a particular product and no one ever answered the phone. The operator said they have a habit of putting the phone last. She tried four times in a row to get them but they never answered. I might as well drive to the main Sephora store in New Orleans where they have way more product and are Always helpful. Especially being that Sephora is one of the stores were you go for one item and leave with 20.
Good location, go in all the time to get the products i want and get free samples to try out the new products that just come in. Great service!
Ive been to this Sephora multiple times. More times than not, the employees are pleasant though some are more helpful than others. On slow days, the staff seems more insightful, but on busy hectic days like around holiday times, they can be quite short with a person (which is understandable, but it sucks to not be able to get help). The selection in store is much smaller than a standalone Sephora, and due to being in a JCPenneys things are different here (like return policy for example). Ive had mini makeovers, and they are good. I really like being color matched, and the associates have always found really good products for my needs. Ive called on the phone several times, and Ive always been able to reach a representative in a reasonable amount of time. Overall its a solid store if you arent accustomed to a standalone Sephora.
Awesome & Sweet employees! Usually Im intimidated by beauty experts since I hear Sephora employees can be a bit cocky but, these girls werent! I wish I wouldve gotten their names. I had a gift card problem and they took the time out of their day to help me and call customer service. Theyre very trustworthy, and by far the best in store shopping experience Ive had this year! Thank you so much guys for the help! Definitely a must go xoxo
Their hours are incorrect. Wasted a trip.
I was hoping to give 0 stars. I am a VIB Rouge & I love Sephora. I am NEVER giving a Sephora in JC Penney a dime more of my money. I have never in my life seen a group of people that does not help customers at all. They are worthless. I drive to New Orleans to shop in store & it’s sad when the real Sephora employees say that the Sephora in JC Penney is giving them a bad name. They also have the worst attitudes as a collective whole. I brought some returns back & this girl kept asking why I was bringing such great products back & I told her that they did not work out for me & she told me that she doubted it & shook her head at me. I took my returns & got out of there before I did something that was not so nice.
Friendly staff
To start out, I am a loyal Sephora customer. This was my first time visiting the Biloxi store within JCPenneys.I visited the store yesterday afternoon to get the promotional birthday gift and purchase a few items that I needed. When I walked into the store no sales associates were out on the floor. Most of the makeup was not out on the displays to try. Eventually two women who worked there walked into the store. I needed help finding something and one of the women did not acknowledge my presence at all. I asked her where the Bare Minerals products were located. She asked me if I was new to the store and rolled her eyes, which was quite rude. She proceeded to not answer the question so I found the products myself. The other sales associate, while checking out, refused to take my beauty insider card, so I did not get my points but she gave me the birthday gift. So, I found that a bit odd and confusing. Long story short, it was an overall poor experience, which is sad because I really do enjoy the company but I do not recommend shopping at this Sephora.
The staff there is wonderful and so helpful but the selection of cosmetics and perfume is limited....
Most of the beauty experts are awesome but one in particular is very negative and never fails to put me in a horrible mood. overall a good experience unless that one in particular is working.
The guy working the floor would not help at all, we asked several times for specific items and he snottily said if its not out we dont have it I eventually found what I was looking for with no help from said worker, and then stood as the only person in line for 15 minutes while he walked around doing whatever else.
I went to make an exchange. The employees had a terrible attitude, very entitled and aggressive.
Finally found a Foundation for my horrible oily face.
