This is one of the nicest and cleanest stores I have seen. The Personnel that work there are very friendly and real helpful. If youre looking for a store with helpful people with a large parking lot try this one.

This HD rocks!!! Had a major issue with an online order that wasnt HDs fault but the manufacturers. The manufacturer couldnt have cared less about their defective product but the staff, namely Lyndsey and Lonney, took care of my issue and made everything right. Hats off!!!

Love home depot, one of my favorite stores to shop in. I always go there for one or two things and leave with much more than I need. The staff is always helpful, and their app is amazing and easy to use, wish all stores adopted the way theirs works. If you are having problems finding something just search the app by the bar code on the product and it will tell you exactly what ailes, area, and bin it is located in, and also give you detailed info about the product as well as price (also a great way to find out how much something is if you cant find the price) and all sorts of other useful information.

Always come here. Store is clean and associates helpful. Tool rental is great also. Unlike Lowes in DIberville, the registers here seem to always work. Wish the store had a little more though like curtains and the isles a little wider.

Extremely helpful and walked me through the whole shopping experience as well as my whole list. The team made sure I understood exactly what I was buying, how it worked, what the best value for my particular need was, as well as recommending other things while telling me that it was not necessary to get but how it would help... In the end I was surprised at how much they help customers when the customer doesnt know what they need exactly

Always find everything I need for home repair or improvement. Prices are comparable to most any other store I visit if Im doing comparative shopping and enjoy the fact that I can get it all in one stop. Having shopped at the home Depot for years I have always found the associates working there to be most helpful when I have a question or want to bounce an idea off of them. I also enjoy a 10% veterans discount everyday, so that always helps out especially for large purchases or something more expensive than a dollar or two. I highly recommend this location for its good service and well-stocked shelves!

Had to ask for dinner help, nice employees helped... They even tried me load - stuff was heavy. Had to wait but they were busy.

Went here to get a cooler for a road trip so we didnt have to stop to get drinks out of the trunk or keep them all over the car. It really helps when you can stop at any gas station and get ice for cheap and then keep it full of ice for the whole week with hotel ice machines. This location was great.

Its a big box store what can I say. Ive ordered several items on line and picked them up at the pick up counter. EVERY time Ive been to pick up the items, the associates are on the phone and it takes a while to pick up something.

Item priced incorrectly. Bought same item last night with no issue. Go back to buy another this morning and HD refused to sell. Then staff was rude and manager says, “I’m not arguing with you.” Not once did anyone in group of 4 employees, say I’m sorry for our mistake, sorry for your wasted time or sorry for your disappointment. Item was located in center isle on display just to be priced wrong. This is why I prefer Lowe’s. If they had made mistake, they would have honored price as marked.

Sales associates are always helpful and friendly. My question about the location of an item was answered quickly. An associate had to get someone to get a forklift to get the item off the top of a shelf, but was courteous and helpful about all of that.

Picked up some big pots and potting soil and the service was good. was in and out pretty quick.

Its not too bad most of the time they have the stuff you need

This Home Depot store is our go to for home supplies. The employees and management are extremely helpful. We always get our questions answered. The appliance department is very helpful and gives attention to detail. The management has gone out of their way to make sure our experience was positive even if it wasnt their fault for the problem. Rebecca was very helpful with a return recently, and Lisa has generously given donations to help the nonprofit I work for. Great people!

On 25 Feb 2021 I paid $1601 for a large capacity whirlpool refrigerator for my daughter. 0n 04 Mar the refrigerator was delivered in damaged condition, front enclosure of the refrigerator was bashed in. We told the delivery guy to take it back. I have repeatedly called to get a replacement. Home Depot has NEVER returned our calls; and now on 09 March still NO refrigerator. I was told today that we must wait another 48 hours to expect a call for delivery of a replacement; or for an answer to let me know if my money can be returned. Will never purchase from Home Depot again!

I needed to return 2 add on doors blinds purchased online and get 2 in a different size. I was prepared for a horrible experience. To my utter surprise, not only was it painless, it was pleasant. Angel at the returns desk in Biloxi was amazing! I walked out with my replacements.

I love home depot.Manager is excellent ive had several visits of nomal nature and hes always been customer pleasing witch is why i come there first for any home project.Only after then do i consider the internet for MAYBE another choice if what i EXACTLY wanted wasnt available.Ppl are always nice.

Customers seem to be allowed to park in loading area and go in and shop. Today is the second time I tried to pull up to get loaded and was NOT able to due to customers that are shopping filling up the loading area. Appearantly management is okay with this. The loading guys said they arent allowed to tell customers they cant park there, there are signs that say loading only. How can you allow this to happen on a regular basis. Or is it fine to do this, really. Rude customers or management without a spine or both.

The guys were Extremely Helpful! Loaded my car with 27 bags of Mulch! And the cashier even got me a Home Depot credit card and 25 bucks off my purchase! TOUCHE!

Never has anything in stock. Quantities online are often wrong. They wash their hands of anything wrong with an appliance after it gets dumped off at your house and you’re stuck playing telephone tag between corporate Home Depot, the manufacturer of the machine you bought and their local warranty service provider. Forget trying to buy lumber here as their saw is never operational. Went in last week to get plywood cut and there’s an out of order sign on the saw citing the need to replace the blade. Fast forward to today, called in, saw still not fixed. What does it take to change a blade? It’s pathetic, lazy and embarrassing. I will take my business to a place with more pride.

Waited for 4 hours to get a generator that was obviously in high demand due to hurricane zeta. The associates were awesome in handling the tens of thousands of people asking if they had generators all day. We were told a truck was on they way and wasnt sure what time it would arrive. So we started a line and waited. Sanra and Sandra were great ladies!! Thanks a bunch!

I bought a fridge today from Home Depot and the customer service was excellent, I was greeted as soon as I came into the department and she was knowledgeable and helpful. Good job and thank you!I had just came from Lowes and looked at fridges for 45 minutes while 2 employees were talking and never approached me. I knew what I wanted after about 10 minutes at Lowes but I wanted to see if they would ask me if I needed anything. They didnt and I left for Home Depot. Five minutes after talking to the lady at HD she sold me the very same fridge.Overall my experiences have been very good at HD so this review isnt only based on this purchase, but it was refreshing to be greeted so quickly and courteously today!

My husband and I are looking to replace our Front Door and back patio doors and went to the Millwork Dept and spoke with a lovely Associate called Janice who is the Specialist there. She took us through everything and was very thorough and then made us an appointment for their sales person to come out and measure up and talk through options. Kevin called me that same night and told me he could come the next day between 1 and 3pm and would call me when he was on his way. I sat at home waiting and he was a no show. My husband called to see how things were going, I told him Kevin hadnt even called to let me know he was delayed, my husband called the store to find out what was going on. The Store Manager called Kevin and he blatantly lied to cover his back and told his Manager hed told me hed said he would be at our house between 2 & 5pm. Basically turning the tables, calling me a liar! Kevin then calls me saying hed told me the night before that hed left it open ended as he only had two jobs this afternoon and was doing my measuring up on his way out of town. I said Where is all this coming from? Nothing like this was discussed at all! You said youd be here between 1 & 3 and then told your Manager 2 & 5, calling me a liar. He then lost all credibility and was no longer welcome at our home to do any kind of work and Home Depot just lost a few thousand dollars in sales.

Ordered online and chose the curbside pick up option. As soon as I got to store and selected I was there. My order was brought out to car in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service.

Waited 10 days for ref/freezer....delivered but broke.having to wait another week for a replacement. After calling thier district office...they agreed to send me via email, a $350gift certificate so I could purchase a small unit to keep insulin and meds in....never got the email. Manager at store gave a $150 dorm cooler. Bait and switch?

Worst experience ever.. bought a variety of stuff at this store, the paint rep was awesome I’d give him more than 5 stars alone.. made a 180 mile round trip to the store to pick up some stuff I needed, made it back to my home, to find out the 70 dollar mop bucket I bought only had 3 wheels. Called the customer service rep was on point, I asked to transfer to the manager, when she answered the phone I said I was calling about the industrial mop bucket I purchased.. she laughs .... after I told her the issue, she said it’s just a mop bucket, I asked for her name and then she hangs up on me.. what a complete joke of a store

I have been shopping at Home Depot now for over 20 years at that location I am a woodworker I build yard art is a passion of mine so would quality is extremely important to me and I am never disappointed at Home Depot I have tried the other competitors and have never found the quality of sanded wood that I have at Home Depot and thank you

As I am 82 yrs old, I needed help with finding and assembly of a lawn spreader, and had not received same at 2 other local retail outlets. A Ms Krayla, at HD customer service, was very polite and extremely helpful. She stayed with me entire time, to include going to garden center and assisting me at my car with spreader and scotts turf. She procured another man, Mr James, in garden center who did a great job by putting spreader together and explaining use. These added services, far exceeded what I have experienced at nearby Lowes.

The customer service was great however who ever is in charge of stocking should check their eyes i was grabbing 20 extra large boxes and in those extra large boxes there was two heavy duty extra large boxes in which i had to pay 4 more dollars than i should have cause i went on ahead and got them cause i didnt want to walk all the way to the back and change two boxes out

Great customer service and store will be going back. And bring friends and family

Crowded aisles. Barely could navigate where needed too. Ordered online and went in to pick it up and they didnt even have it in stock. Customer service was of no real value. Not impressed with customer service or lack of available people who could help. No efforts made to reconcile. I ended up cancelling the order.We did buy a microwave and the lady in that section was a capable and nice individual and the woman who checked us out was capable. They get 2 stars today because out of the employees they hired, 2 outta how ever many else that worked there were capable and able to assist us with 2 of the 8 things we needed. We shop here often. Pre-covid this store was much better.

I bought a $1400 appliance in the store. So far I have missed three days of work because they failed to show up on delivery and rescheduled delivery days. Nobody can tell me when it will arrive now. The assistant manager Sandra Henderson lectured me, “You obviously don’t know how this works.” No, I don’t, but I do know not showing up on scheduled delivery days is bad business.

Used to prefer Lowes as it felt more comfortable for women and Home Depot had a more industrial feel. But Lowes has slashed their staff to the point you cant find anyone on the floor to assist and Home Depot has softened their look and always has floor staff you can easily find. Prices pretty much alike so service at Home Depot has won me over.
