I wish l could give no stars for a review. They donโ€™t deserve any stars. ๐Ÿ˜  Like all the rest of the reviews on them mine is the same. My washer went out, my warranty is with Home Depot, they sent Appliance Tech. Norbert Lloyd came, told me what parts l needed, said it will take 10 days for the parts. Itโ€™s been a month, they donโ€™t return my calls, they donโ€™t answer the phone during their business hours. They have the worst customer service. They also didnโ€™t show up on my appointment day. I had to get a supervisor with the warranty company. They didnโ€™t even answer for them, so now Iโ€™m back to the beginning but with a different repair company. Jayโ€™s appliance. Their amazing! If you can request Jayโ€™s every time.

Ive read the reviews and really dont get it. Heres my experience: I called Lowes for warranted repairs on my 15 month old Whirlpool refrigerator. They set me up with Appliance Tech who called me to schedule the first appointment. He came, identified the part needed, and said he would order it and call when it came in. A week or so later it came in. They called to schedule installation. Came as scheduled. Installed it. In and out in about a half hour. No fuss no muss. So I really dont understand these bad reviews. I am completely satisfied. Thanks Appliance Tech.

No Stars would be my rating. Gave them 90$ for Warranty Repairs 5 months ago and never showed up with the part. Now I call and the phone is disconnected. Wonder why?

We were forced to use them through Lowes warranty service. They didnt show up for our scheduled appointment. They called a day later to set up another appointment, and when I questioned why they didnt show up on the scheduled date, the lady was very rude to me. Once they came to look at our stove, the guy said that he was going to have to order a part. That was a month ago, and after several calls to them and to Lowes, they have still failed to return my calls. I cant even comprehend how this company is still in business! Zero stars should definitely be an option!

I cannot add anything more to the list of complaints Appliance Tech has already earned. After 13 reviews they scored 1.1 on a 5.0 scale. You have to wonder (1) why they even bother being in business, and (2) why big name appliance companies use them to service their products. A blight upon the land.

Set up an appointment thru Lowes. Never called. Never showed. Didnt pick up their phone when I called 3 times throughout the day. Lowes needs to drop them as I see from other reviews this is their normal business practice.

If you call these people, theres a good chance they wont even answer the phone, if you leave a message, dont expect a call back. If they do answer they dont know nothing and they dont know when they will... Theyll have to call you back.If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, you may want to call the tech and remind him that you are on his schedule for the day. Unfortunately I am not exaggerating any of this... 3 weeks into this and I am still waiting for my dryer to be fixed.

Took four months to repair dishwasher. Took off from work the first day for the apt. and they never showed up, just a late night phone call wanting to reschedule. Seems like it should have been an easy fix.

STOP...do not use this company for any service. They are under investigation. CAUTION...with the phone calls if they even answer, The lady will first set you up as a true service company. Then weeks later ?? No show No answer No service !!! Like every other review there should be 0 for stars.

Worst company ever. We have been waiting 3 weeks now to have our washing machine fixed through our warranty. They were closed for an entire WEEK and never even let us know. They keep feeding us lies that the part should be in today or tomorrow...3 weeks later and there are 7 parts available at a local store. So explain that. Now they arent even returning our calls. Completely incompetent. Shouldnt be allowed to run a business.

The worst. I waited two weeks to have warranty service. I think the service man is the owner and he told me he would see my high end repair though. He lied and declined the job after another week. These people are the bottom of the barrel. Its amazing how they are still in business.

These are the rudest people Ive ever dealt with that is in a customer related business. They come when they want to, not what is convenient to you. And when questioned, get even ruder and hang up on you. They are not the only factory authorized dealer in the area, you can request someone else. You have been warned.

They scheduled with me to come fix my dryer over a week ago. They would only give me an 8-4 time frame. I I arranged to be home the whole day. I didnt receive a confirmation call. At 3pm I called Lowes who contracted with these ppl and was told that a message was left with the repair ppl and they would contact me soon. As of 413 I had no contact. I call again and got the number for this appliance ppl. To be told they had the wrong number. And wouldnt come out. So Lowes has scheduled us with another company a week from now. So another week to wait for my dryer to be fixed. Dont expect much from these ppl.

Appliance Tech did not show up the day of appointment. The Tech arrived the next day, and stayed for about 5 min. He said my washer was broke!! No S##%.....He never reported any info back to Home Depot, and now it has been a month. Home Depot can not get in touch with Appliance Tech, so now they are giving me the money to get a new washer. This business sucks, and the witch that answers the phone is rude!!!!!!

Only reason there is a rating is because a star has to be given to leave a review. This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. EIGHT phone calls and not one was returned. Over a MONTH AND A HALF and my washer still is not repaired. I cannot believe this company is still open and accepting jobs!

Lowes home repair service scheduled me an appointment for July 8th between 8-5. So I missed a whole day of work. Appliance Tech never showed up, never called. I did of course complain to Lowes and they said they would not be using them again, however my washer is not fixed, I cannot get the next company out till next week.PLEASE USE CAUTION WITH APPLIANCE TECH- DEMAND ANOTHER COMPANY>.
