I received a voicemail from FedEx Express saying to return the call to give them my street address because they wouldnt be able to deliver my package to my PO Box. I called the number provided to me and it was all automated and was told that the receiving party of the package cant change the delivery address, only the shipper is allowed to do that and I would need to contact the seller/shipper. Problem is the package came from China and the company had no names or contact information. I called the FedEx customer support number several times until I finally was directed to a representative who sounded like he was in India and I couldnt understand him and he couldnt understand me and he ended up hanging up on me without anything being resolved. I called again and the 2nd person I was able to speak to was much more helpful and set it up for me to hold the package at a local FedEx center for the next day or so for me to pick up. Why couldnt the lady that left me the original phone message just tell me that only the shipper could change the delivery address and that I would need to choose the pick up package myself option? Its very irritating that you cant talk directly to the person that leaves these messages. This could have been a simple fix but took me over an hour to deal with.

Package has sat at the Billings location for going on 4 days now and I’m being told I need to just wait for my package. Can not seem to get help or a estimated date on when I should receive my package.

I ordered a tablet through Verizon and Verizon uses FedEx to ship their products and I used the 2 day delivery that FedEx offer and I order it on the 7 th of April 2021 and I should have gotten it on the 9th of April 2031 but I did not receive it and I still have not received it as of today the12th of April 2021.
I went in for info on a refund for not getting overnight delivery services. The worker informed me it was the shippers responsibility to get the refund and refund me. Now I am out $20 to FedEx for a service I did not receive.Do not go here for help, they dismiss you.

Awesome place to send packages. I sent a medium package to Missoula. It arrived the next day and cost me less than $13. To send it. I got tracking and an email showing when it was delivered!!

Took the day off work so I could sign for a package. The courier did not knock, so I didn’t know that he came, so he left a door hang instructing to either wait until the package is sent again tomorrow, or to come into the shipping center to pick up my package. I called to see if the courier could bring it by again because I was home the whole time, but he couldn’t. I then went to the shipping center at 5:45 to pick it up, but because my brothers name is on the package, they wouldn’t release my package to me. Not only did these incompetent people waste my day, I will now have to take tomorrow off to sign for the package which I paid extra to ship fast. If I can help it, I will not be doing business with Fedex anymore.

I missed delivery 1st try, my bad I was at work. I called and set a 5pm delivery so I could get my package. They tried at 10 am, and now expect me to wait till Monday. Not happy, now I have to go pick it up on the clock... thats going to please my boss
Fed ex has twice now delivered my packages to the wrong address. Driver argued with me and was refusing to give me my package even though the addresses matched.

Ordered 2 day shipping and managed to get my package delivered 4 days later. They missed my house twice despite giving specific directions and stopping in front of my house. The service was average they managed to tell me my package wasnt delivered within 4 hours of fedex missing my house. Overall I say USPS is much better despite being a bit slower.

Locked me out when I was supposed to have a walkthrough for employment here. was supposed to be at 6 15. Guess they really dont want to hire me, nor do I ever plan on shipping with them now.
Call the # package is in town and can be picked up today or delivered tomorrow. Show up to the terminal to get an important package that is in the building, wont do it on a Monday because they dont sort on Monday save your money and ship with someone else or atleast dont ship anything thats a priority.
They have delivered several of my packages to the wrong address. Left my packages in the snow when I left a note to put it in my garage. Tried to get reimbursed and got the run -a- round! I HATE FEDEX! UPS is much better!
9 days in and still no package that was suppose to be a 2 day delivery. The tracking info keeps saying delayed due to weather but there is no weather as proved by UPS who have been here twice in the meantime.

Driver said they tried to bring package to the door at a certain time. They lied and got lazy because the cable truck was in the alley and the driver could not walk in two houses
