Unfortunately, my familys experience with this store has reached the point that I feel compelled to write and warn others. I recently had a baby and my sister made a hand-stitched birth announcement for him. She took it to this store to be packaged and shipped to me in Texas. After she left it in the possession of the UPS Store staff, it was packed in a box destined for Florida. In turn, I received the item that was supposed to go to Florida. My sister was able to get UPS to come to my house to pick up the item that should have been sent to Florida, which they then apparently delivered to its correct destination. That was over a month ago. However, I have never received the birth announcement. UPS picked it up from the Florida recipient but claims that they tried and couldnt deliver it to me. That is simply not true. I never received notice of even one missed delivery attempt, we never were offered the option to have them leave it on the porch (would have been fine), and its unlikely I missed three delivery attempts--Im home with a baby! Last I heard, the package was headed for Florida, scared and alone.... Jokes aside, heed our tale of woe and find another provider for your logistical needs.
I only go to this location if at all possible. The employees have always been helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me and protect my mail. I would highly recommend!
They have terrible costumer service! Rude in person and even admitted that they won’t pick up the phone after they suggested I call next time.
I never thought I would write a review of a UPS store. I went here a number of times over the last year and had only awesome experiences. Staff is caring, fun, friendly, quick. Time and time again Im positively surprised!
Right out of a Seinfeld sitcom - they can take the appointment but they cant keep the appointment. We needed a notary and booked online. Received the reminder the night before. After a 20 minute wait in line, were told that there was no notary on this day. Cant be bothered with the most basic courtesy of letting us know? We cant be bothered to waste our time in this store ever again. Miserable service. Youll be better served elsewhere.
I was there at 3:30 today, dont know the guys name that was working but he was working by himself and the lines continued to grow. He had a massive amount of packages on the counter behind him with labels to attach. He also had things on the floor to prepare to ship. He obviously hadnt had time to do any of it because he had been waiting on so many people. Its no wonder they cant answer the phone, when they are way too busy helping customers. Id never go anywhere else, this place offers a convenient service with people who are personable, kind and helpful.
Attempted to call and get information on a package the gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude and yelled at me when I told him there was no need to be that way. I wouldnt waste your time with this company. Youre lucky to receive anything from them without it being a problem. Just avoid the hassle and go elsewhere.
Dont send anything out of this store they will never send it and then you cant get them on the phone. They are the most rude people in the city of Billings

I’ve had a mailbox here for more than 4 years. The staff have always been very kind and helpful. When I walk in, They usually already know when I have a package to pick up and I don’t even have to ask. I have really appreciated having a safe place for my packages to arrive and not having to play tag with a delivery driver. There are many other services offered here at this convenient location. I highly recommend them.
Super frustrated with how my package was handled from the time I found out that my item, a smartwatch was missing in November. I just had some resolution as of this week. Many calls to claim an investigation, several calls to cooperate, emails, weekly and almost every other day visit, and a lost watch for a family member is the reason I will no longer do business here. Their business phone is never answered and no one could call me back or email me. Everytime I called, I would have to leave a voicemail for it to never be returned. I had to reach out to corporate to finally get a call back. If this situation would of been handled differently and they would just communicate instead of leaving me wondering and worrying about my missing smart watch. I wouldnt be so frustrated and upset with this business! They had 0 compassion on my missing items due to this business sending my item to the wrong receiver. I use to be a regular client here for personal and business and I will no longer use this business. Ps... if you are sending any items out, purchase the extra insurance just incase this happens to you. It isnt easy getting a resolution and help from this business. Just giving you a heads up!
The man that usually works the counter makes smart remarks about amazon package returns. UPS is a free return spot for amazon packages if clothes don’t fit or if what you ordered isn’t what you were expecting etc. I was helping my mom buy dresses for my wedding and returning the ones she didn’t like or that didn’t fit. Especially since COVID precautions cause limited shopping and limited stocking for local shops. He always has a negative comment like “I hate doing amazon returns” “next time go to kohl’s.” It makes it uncomfortable for me to use there business. Too bad. It’s great location just not a great attitude from one of there workers.
When I questioned the cost of a shipment, I was called rude. Forget for a moment that the quote was 4X more expensive than quoted by another UPS store, are you not allowed to question why a quote is so high? so ridiculously high?

I have shipped from this store and have always received friendly and helpful service. I started receiving packages here not quite a year ago, and I have been very impressed with the quick, friendly service. The staff are very efficient at helping people in line when both stations are busy, especially for someone just picking up a package. But what prompted this review is the service when I was in this week. I received a package that was too heavy for me to lift. The employee helping me (Elliott, I think) took the package out to my car for me and lifted it into my car, and he was very kind and professional about it. In this day and age, I think this went above and beyond, and it truly made my day. I am grateful for the outstanding service at this store. Thank you!
I sent a package containing art a week before Christmas. I opted to not pay the extra insurance because the salesperson said the UPS Store covered the value up to 100.00. I packaged the art extremely well, the package was accepted, and I was given a tracking number. I waited a few days and realized the recipient didnt give me notification that the art was received. I checked the tracking and it said it was in transit. When I clicked on the details button, it said: the package was damaged and discarded. I called the UPS store and they said they would put in lost/damaged item report. I waited a week without a call, so I called the UPS store again. They said they would call me back. I waited two weeks with no call. I called again and asked to speak to a manager; I was told that the manager was not in but the person took my phone number and tracking number. I did not receive any call.I called UPS directly to get information directly but they would not talk to me about the delivery because it was through the UPS Store.For the last four months, I have repeated the calls to the UPS store every two to three weeks. I have called the UPS store and I have been told that a manager would call me back - I have still not received a call, any money for the value of the piece of art, or the piece of artwork that was damaged or discarded back. This is extremely unprofessional and a good reason to take business elsewhere.

Always helpful. I’ve returned numerous items bought from Amazon through this store and I’ve NEVER had a single problem. My card has been credited very quickly and I’ve never had an item returned not reach its destination.I’ve seen a lot of people in line though that were obviously ignorant of how to properly package items for shipping. Yet they always blame the store, instead of their own ineptitude.Keep up the great work!!!
We needed to send back a package from Amazon. We had a code that needed scanned in order to get the label printed. The worker said he couldnt scan it and we needed to print it off. So we had to get on their computer for one minute in order to sign on to Amazon, to go print the label, which initially told us to have the UPS store scan the code for the label to begin with. After printing the label, a different worker charged us $2 to print off the label. When we asked why it was so much for one measly sheet of paper, they said it was because we had to pay for the time we used to get on the computer...literally one minute. He then said we could have had them scan it. My husband said we tried, but the last guy told us we couldnt do that and had to print it off. He then stutter-butted around, and said it depended on what site we were using. It was AMAZON! Weve never had a problem at other UPS stores, they scanned the code no problem. We will not be back to this store.

I am a frequent customer here, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All of the staff has always been more than helpful in every interaction with them.I’ve seen other customers who were upset about where their packages are at, when in fact it wasn’t the stores fault, but rather the drivers, and they were still very polite and professional.Keep up the great work everyone!!
I took a vintage record turntable to have packed. When I picked it up, the employee showed me how well cushioned it was by shoving it off the counter onto the floor! In addition, he packed it upside down in the box with the label that said this side up going the wrong way. I will NEVER use this store again and will certainly spread the word about this store and the terrible customer service I received!
This place has unacceptable customer service. The owners and managers refused to pay to resend my packages when they messed up my delivery. I was moving across the country and sent packages to be dropped off at my new apartment, only to get there and see that the packages were sent all the way back to Montana. It took them over a week to get back to me on where my packages were and then made me pay for it AGAIN. Absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. Will never use this service (site) again.

Looked on website and hours were listed as open until 5 pm on Saturday. I arrived at 4:30 to find store closed with note on door say due to virus store closed at 4:00. Perhaps you could change wording on website to say call for current hour subject to change 🤔. Going to post office from now on.
They have been very helpful in making sure my packages come in and I am notified they have arrived. The employees take care of my mailbox. That being said, my company will continue to patron this establishment.

Brenda - so called manager very rude, and she also covers up on all employees for all their mistakes, rudness, and stupididy.
Usually good service. Make sure to double check the address THEY enter on a package. ThEY entered it wrong and charged us a second time when it was returned as not deliverable.
GREAT Service!Shanleigh was extremely helpful today. I had an illegible return authorization for an item to be repaired. She scanned to check if the label was machine readable. And it was not. Then she helped me work through 3 or 4 attempts to get a readable label which we finally got to with her idea. This where I am shipping from now on. Thanks Shanleigh!

I have used this shipping facility for a long time. One of the employees have been rude twice and I ship about every two weeks. I was suppose to hear from them after a package became lost but no phone call. I also asked to speak with the owner to no avail. So they have a lack of concern and they are more than willing to take your money but their follow up is questionable. Sadly, I will have to take my business elsewhere.
I had multiple pdf returns and ofcourse my printer craps out on me. The employees took good care of me. They were very helpful.

I had a package waiting over a week there for me to pick up. Not only did they never notify me when my package came but when I did finally talk to them over a week later they told me I would need to pay $5 for each day it was there! When I asked why I was never notified that my package was there and that they would be charging me that amount for each day it was there all he said was you wouldve needed to sign up for that through text alertsIve dealt with dozens of UPS stores across the US and they ALWAYS call you to notify ESPECIALLY if they have the nerve to be charging $5/day for your package being there!The number was right on the box! Not only that but I wasnt feeling well so wanted a courier to go pick it up for me and the owner wouldnt allow it even though Ive NEVER had an issue at the many other UPS stores across the country Ive dealt with, with having a courier pick up my package. The owner was yelling at me in the background and wouldnt even get on the phone to talk me! When I asked repeatedly to talk to him the young man that was on the phone with me hung up on me! Needless to say I will NEVER deal with this ups store again! The owner did not care one bit I wasnt feeling well and didnt try to work with me at all. The fact that he allows his customers to be hung up on and disrespected says a lot about the kind of place hes running! He also was very rude to my boyfriend who originally called to talk him about my package getting picked up but a courier. When my boyfriend called me he said the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and to be ready for a difficult time dealing with him if I called him. Needless to say he couldnt have been more right! I never ended up getting my package and had to pay to have another one sent out to me. Never again!

Wont use this store for any of my shipping needs.. Came in they had about 6 people just standing around didnt get a hi, was told to put ny label on, got a rude remark about cost of tape when my small box needed tape, then he handed me my tracking number and just walked off... Didnt thank me or any sort of remark saying we were done. If u didnt pay 6 employees to stand around maybe u would worry less about a 6 in peice of tape.
