Employees were very rude. Never greeted us, or said one word as we browsed right by them. Left to purchase elsewhere with better customer service.

After a long day I love to come here and shop till I drop! The girls who work there are THE SWEETEST! They make me feel so comfortable.

Bf got a product here and it was the wrong one and they dont offer returns to go a different route with. Instead its just store credit. Spoke with GM and she said its not there job to make customers satisfied. Just horrible service all the way around.

My boyfriend and I were visiting friends in Montana a few weeks back and stopped by the Billings Adam & Eve Store. Wonderful staff who was willing to spend nearly an hour educating us on some products that are very popular--and we were glad to have the help. : -) Thanks Adam & Eve!

My wife and i stop buy here every few months and are always very happy with the freindly and knoledgable service. The friendly staff always makes us feel comfortable and never hesitates to answer any questions we may have.

I mean you couldnt believe this company not only do they sell defective products they also have a very paranoid pr person. Another person leaving them a bad review about something completely off topic and they act like alex jones. extremely unprofessional what a disgrace. i advise any sane rational person to stay away from this company
