I had gone to other gun shops and no one was able to help me repair my old rifle, and within 10 minutes of arriving, it was fixed. They are knowledgeable and helpful, he took some time to teach me more about my gun, so I can maintain it better in the future. Its a gun that has been in my family for generations, and I was very happy to get it fixed. Would recommend to others.

Thee guys know their stuff. Hydro-dipped my Vortex scope to match my browning hell’s canyon rifle camo. Also did the cerakote on my scope rings and mounting brackets. So sick! Did the bore sighting and mounting too. They are busy so can be tough to reach sometimes and longer wait but worth it

Pride trumps courtesy at Ricochet. I can only speak to the owners communication and temperament, not the caliber of work (pun intended). I dropped off a family heirloom .22 that was missing parts and did not function. I asked the owner to find the missing parts, if possible, or machine them, or let me know if neither were an option. I planned to teach my son to shoot with it in a couple of years so there was no rush. I did not hear back for a while so after the first 3 months I called to check-up. They had no luck finding parts but would keep trying. It when like this for years. I few months went by, I called, and they said they could not find the missing parts yet. The first call I received from the owner was this last January 2020, saying he was going through the inventory and calling to check-in. Oh great. Did you find the parts? He said no, but he would check his sources and call back. No call for 6 weeks. I called again and asked him to simply let me know if nothing could be done so I could figure out another rifle to teach my son. Just give me a chance to find the parts, he exclaimed, Ill call you back soon. Guess what? No contact. 6 weeks go by and I call him and I got a Let me look into that. Enough is enough. Look. Youve had my rifle for almost 3 years with no progress. Is it even fixable? Should I take it someone else?  The owner flipped and yelled at me. He yelled, If I cant find the parts, no one can! Listen. I asked you, in the beginning, to let me know if it can be fixed with replacement parts or machined parts. This is the first time you are telling me youve exhausted your search. What can be done? And then HE HUNG UP ON ME. End of transaction. #dbag

A truly fantastic shop!! These guys know their stuff, have customer service down to an art, and are just two super cool guys to have a conversation with. They have worked on three of my rifles, and each one they have touched went from good/great to superior. Ricochet is without any doubt the best gunsmith shop I have ever worked with. First impressions tell ya everything ya need to know. Was just there today to have a muzzle brake removed from an old barrel. Real great guy to work with, very knowledgeable and good conversation while ya wait. Highly recommend Ricochet Customs. They are the only gunsmith I will do business with in the future.

Looked all over billings for some common parts no one had it besides these guys. Looks like they had some pretty sweet stuff going on in there too!

I would highly recommend Richochet. I had my recievers as well as handguard and barrel cerakoted on my AR, and a muzzle device pinned and welded, and the upper assembled. Quality was superb on everything, and the work was done well before I thought it would be. I had very high expectations and I could not be happier with the end result.

I had them mount a new barrel and stock and bottom metal to my gun. Shoddy workmanship. They didnt do half of what I paid for in full, up front. The cerakote is terrible, there are no tool marks on the bolt. That tells me they didnt even bother to blueprint the action like I paid them to do. The list of things that I paid for that did not get done on this gun is too long. If I could give them zero stars I would,

Took a revolver in, they checked it out. Shoots great now. I would not hesitate to go back.

Owner has a really bad addatude. Never been treated So poorly in my life. Messed my gun up the first time. Took it back said would be done in two days. Took over a week to get back and was a real jurk when I picked it up. Find a different gunsmith. One with pride in his work.

Had a custom 300 Rum built Mike and Mark did a absolutley beautiful job. The rifle shoots sub moa and is a dream to shoot. I have used gunsmiths all over the country for custom projects these guys are as good as they come. Dont waste your money anywhere else.
