Didnt really care to take time to look up our chain saw. Just assumed it wasnt worth much money and passed up our pawn. These guys are ok d of right wads if you ask me. . Most everything Ive ever brought in theyve passed on. I probly wont shop here much and Ill probly just quit considering this a pawn shop to use. Sorry, just havent had good luck here.

Pleasant staff and manager. I stop in every couple weeks to purchase movies and the occasional tool and I am cheerfully greeted by the staff and they always treat me with respect, no matter how small my purchase. Not to mention a great selection of items. By far my favorite pawn shop in the Billings area.

I absolutely love this place. First time ever coming in and I dont regret it one bit. The staff was super friendly and helpful in finding the best deals for my used items. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars and they deserve at least 10. I am confident that I will only be going through them for any pawn needs. They also have very fair offers on in house items, tools are low prices and in great condition too. They definitely offer the best prices of you need to pawn your personal items, I walked in expecting $50 and left with almost $200. I felt so comfortable and welcomed as well. 110% recommend.

I would not recommend going here. I went here with an item I purchased from them 1 week ago for $40 including a $100 item. I was going to upgrade. They offered me $5 for the item I purchased from them a week prior for $40 and $15 for the $100 item. So I would have to pay $50 cash for the used item I wanted... I left went to first national pawn a couple of miles away and straight traded my 2 items for an even better one than what these guys had!!!

The gentlemen who work here are helpful & friendly! HUGE selection of Blu-rays, DVDs, and Guns! Very clean and well lit. What sets this above the rest of the pawn shops in Billings & Laurel is: with every purchase you get a shake of the dice and if you get 5 of a kind you get $100. You can go once a day and roll the dice even without purchase. Super cool business with a lot of assortment on items and a good stop for the Disney movie collector.

I purchased a CZ 52 from Northwest Pawn and Gun through Gun Pro . It was my first time and they helped me with everything . I received my gun in just two days and for being 67 years old it was in awesome shape.I am very pleased with this and have already recommended them to a friend . Great folks !

Gold and silver prices are always right on and fair for what spot price I pay. I have purchased a few firearms and no matter who I worked with the service provided was professional and knowledgeable. I have never witnessed any of the problems the previous reviewer made. Just the opposite has been true. Im a happy and satisfied long time customer of Northwest Pawn and have done business with all of the employees, all of whom are very professional. I have had to bring a couple things back, always in every case I was treated right. I purchase a ton of tools and these guys are always more than fair on price. Great deals, friendly staff.

The guys were very nice and easy to work with. They gave us a more than fair price for the DVDs we sold. They went above and beyond by looking up and considdering accepting an item I had brought in that they dont usually carry! I ultimately left with the item but I am still blown away that they even considered it! The store is clean and organized (unlike many others in town). On the way out, one of the guys even bought me a Pepsi from their machine. Seriously, if you are considdering a pawn shop, choose this one!

I bought a pistol here and had to get it shipped to my home state to a retailer with an FFL and the retailer in my town did not make it easy, but the employees at Northwest Pawn were more than helpful and went out of their way to make it a smooth transaction. Very happy with the product and the service, I highly recommend

Bought some silver, found out that night that one of the OZs was a phony. I was very nervous because I didnt get a receipt (by my own choice, I was offered one but had bought silver there before with no problems and it was a relatively small purchase). I went in the next day and found the young man who had sold it to me. He looked it up on the computer and he promptly offered me an exchange or refund. Good service, the only reason for 4 stars is that they shouldnt have had a fake on the shelf even if it was an accident.

The staff is very friendly and knowlegable on the item that we took in today. One of there competers actually first national pawn tried ripping is off. So we took out item to norhwestnpawn and gun and they doubled what first national pawn offered us. I will definitely do more business with them and will recommend them to anyone that needs a loan to get you by till pay day.
