Still haven’t received my warrant information with the correct paperwork and I bought my vehicle in August. Have been told multiple times it would be fixed and sent to me. For reference, I bought my vehicle with about 118,000 miles and my warranty that was sent to me after purchase said it was only good until 86,000 miles. Have called multiple times and been told this would be fixed and never has been so I’m assuming my warranty isn’t even available for repairs that may be needed in the future.

Purchased a jeep from them from a great price (under $15k) and of course it has a couple bumps and dings. But today after my wife informed me that her rear windshield sprayer was flooding the inside of her car and the front ones werent really up to par i pulled it apart. I am a 3 year level 2 Chrysler Tech. I know what Im doing well. On the rear I found the dealer added a clip with no gasket and threw it back together, In doing so no only made an issue that we would have to take it to the shop for but also broke a couple clips on the plastic side pieces. And then the front. Completely pulled the hose out of the sprayer. I know cause I worked for a dealer for years this was a way to have the buyer bring it in so they could make money off of the issues. The next part im unsure if it was shop or previous owner but a deep dive next weekend will tell me. The center console has been pulled apart. Bolts missing and panels not installed correctly. I can only assume this is shop as well cause in my years before becoming a certified tech I was a recon tech. It was my job to fix cars that came in from trade in. That would not have been left untouched. I am making a call to lithia main office Monday to make this whole thing formal. Dont buy from here there shady and will take everything from you to get a sale

I waited 5hrs for something I was told multiple times was a 3hr job, they were all super nice and that is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. I would have understood and given 5stars if someone would at least have called me and given me updated until I showered up at the 4.5hr mark wondering what was going on then having them go ask because they dont even know and having to wait 30 more minutes after that. For people who can be very understanding like me communicating is what keeps me that way.

Nice selection of cars, salesman Logan was helpful but not pushy. Filled the tank before we left and re-detailed the car. Bought a used car, and as we were headed back to Wyoming the check engine light turned on, which is not exactly what you want to see. An easy fix, but it wasnt caught in their inspection.

Shame on “Lithia” $19,000 to $23,999 price jump ?See bellow for yourself and be aware of this!Dishonest pricing and then after 2 days of negotiations price went up $4,300. Even the sales manager approved the price on monday and gave me $19,399 out the door price. (See pictures of of negotiations)Even spoke to credit about financing to compete against local credit union rates and then Come Tuesday morning “sorry we had a online mistake the truck price is now $23,999that’s not how you do honest sales with customer whom you’re sending multiple pictures of the truck, customer approves condition and agrees to full asking price after unsuccessful negotiating and then you realize that your still not charging enough.2 of their websites showed the same price and then “somehow” the listing is wrong, not really a Lithia way of doing business.I did buy from local Spokane Lithia stores and experience was completely opposite!!!It really is a nice truck maybe even worth the money they change the price to but a reputable dealer doesn’t change price last minute after already making a commitment as you’d be pressured in if a buyer changes his mind last minute during a negotiation) we all know how that goes), just imagine the surprise if we did agree to make the 10hr drive on monday and buy the truck as we initially discussed Sunday before deciding to ship instead.

Lithia Toyota was fantastic to work with; dont bother going anywhere else. Terrance was so helpful in the process of me purchasing my new vehicle.  He was friendly, courteous, and never once made me feel presured like some other local dealerships did. He also made sure I got the best deal on my trade in, and that I was purchasing a car that I would be happy in. I am not quick to make a decision on purchases of that magnitude, and Terrance was very patient and understanding. Norm in financing was also great to work with.  He explained all of my options to me, again never pressuring me into buying something extra, and was very friendly. I went in to Lithia multiple times and they remembered who I was and made me feel welcomed. I will absolutely return and I highly recommend Lithia Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Took the car in for what was supposed to be a one hour repair. An hour and a half later was told they couldnt fix it because they didnt have the part. Took the car back when the part was there for a one hour repair. An hour and a half later, the car was fixed, but it took 2 tries to find the right tire/wheel to fix. What was the first hour and a half for if they didnt find the actual problem?

I was treated very well on a personal level. The building was clean, the staff was cordial. I was told I needed a fuel system flush in addition to a few other filter changes. The fuel system flush was quite a big price after I looked to see what it entails. The price was $242.95 which seemed like a lot when I read what they had done. Is this a fair price for a fuel system flush? Maybe some if you could give me your opinion.

I bought a 2012 dodge durango. I have no issues with it. Carl was a very good sales person he made sure I loved the suv and made sure it was running good.. I went through the car wash with it and the windshield started to leak and I took it back to them and told them what was wrong and they fixed it with no issue I would buy another vehicle from them very good dealer ship

Misleading and deceptive practices is how I would describe my experience at Lithia in general. The salesman I worked with was great, their sales manager (Mike) was the reason for our negative experience.If you like the bait-and-switch game certainly go here. I pondered a used vehicle for two days. On the third day I chose to proceed and see what they would give me on trade in. We were introduced to the Sales Manager and he of course tried to upsell (no biggie, par for sales). The starting lot Sticker Price for the vehicle I was considering was $26.9K. They then nit picked my trade in and then it took forever for them to work out numbers (I made phone calls to 3 other dealerships while I waited for Lithia’s numbers). The numbers finally came back and for some reason the top number of that vehicle increased $3k from the lot sticker price making the primary price now $29.9k. We were told that was the actual KBB price and the sticker price in the vehicle just hadn’t been changed in the window yet (BTW…checked the sticker price this morning and the lot sticker price in the window is still $26.9K 3-days later). After the trade in discount and some discount(s) they threw in to help us out (rolling my eyes) the final price was now $26.5K. Seriously, ~$400 less than what they had as the lot price (so, really they were giving me $400 trade in on my vehicle, if we stick with the original sticker price). Of course, we walked away with out any more discussions. It completely sucks the salesman has to be the messenger when the Sales Manager (Mike) goes out of his way to screw the customer.This is the second bad experience with Lithia we have had. Needless to say I won’t return and will go out of my way to share my experiences with those considering doing business here. Proceed with caution as their Sales Managers do not play fair.

Very disappointed in the way these guys conduct business. I first filled out a contact form to the GM of the company, in the meet the staff section. I clearly stated I wanted to discuss purchasing a vehicle, and wanted the best forward pricing. And wanted to confirm correct pricing as advertised on the website, which I knew was out of control of a sales person. Well I was contacted by a salesperson named Terrence... I asked to speak with a sales manager to confirm pricing, and secure the vehicle. He ensured me pricing was correct, and he had spoken with his sales manager. But the manager was too busy closing down the store. He insisted I give him my credit card information over the phone, and the manager would send me a purchase order in the morning. So I gave it to him, along with my drivers license, and insurance. And asked him to send me the pricing in an email.The next day I dont hear anything, and call and ask to speak with the sales manager Michael Owneby. He told me the pricing was wrong, and he would call me back.... Well no call back, but the sales person texts me a screenshot of the disclosure. Sales person would not speak with me over the phone, only text.I understand pricing may have been incorrect, but over text the sales person refused to discount off MSRP, or work with me in any way. I wanted to speak with the new car sales manager, or the GM to resolve this, or at least apologize for the lack of professionalism by their sale person Terrence. I called in a couple more times requesting to speak with sales manager or GM, and they were never available.To add insult to injury, i was signed up for their email marketing, which i specifically asked him not to do when I gave my email. But 2 days later i receive marketing on the same vehicle, again at the discounted price...I currently drive a 2020 Tundra, and purchased 2 brand new 4runners since 2016, and have never been treated like this. Thumbs down! I know the car business, and even at the discounted price they were making a profit. And I would have paid more for the car, if given the opportunity.

I was interested in buying a truck here. The salesman, Matt, and I discussed financing options. He offered to check my credit score to see what they could do as far as financing, I asked that he perform a soft pull as to not negatively impact my credit. He said that he would do a soft pull and that it would not impact my credit score.Come to find out, Lithia Toyota ran a hard credit score, with 8 different lenders.This has caused a significant drop in my credit score.I work in sales myself and I know how important peoples credit scores are to them, I take it very seriously when I need to pull someones credit. These guys do not care about what is best for their clients.

I bought a vehicle here last Saturday and the buying experience was long and tedious and stressful but in the end I enjoy the vehicle that I had purchased and enjoy the care and service I ever seen since then and he the issues that I have found with the vehicle granted it was a used vehicle so there was boundary issues but I was guaranteed services for free for its for a year plus an extended warranty of an additional 3 years so all in all of my experience was a 4 out of 5.

Showed up for an appointment @ 9am, was told I would be ready to go in “an hour or so”. It is currently 11:49 and I just went up to the desk to see where they were at. Both employees looked at each other with confusion and said “I think they are wrapping things up”. I just saw my car getting pulled into the shop.. did they forget? Who knows. Either way it’s been three hours with no end in sight. Not stoked

If you are looking for a new or used car Chawn is your guy! Car salesmen tend to get a bad wrap of being pushy and kinda shady, but you will not get that with him. Chawn was very upfront and honest with us, super great guy. Due to our busy schedule we did most of everything over the phone. When we went to the dealership to look at the vehicle we had originally picked out, we decided that it wasnt the one for us. Chawn was very accommodating, even offering to pull whatever other vehicles we wanted to look at into the bay so we did not have to stand in the rain to look them over. You dont get great customer service like that with anybody! Lithia Toyotas selection of vehicles made it so nice to have such a wide variety of options. I feel like Chawn really listened to what we wanted and what is going to work best for us rather then just trying to make the sale. Madison in financing was great too! He was very personable and transparent with everything in our contract. Other dealerships we have been to just point, point, sign, but not the case with Madison. Both of these guys stayed late so we could get everything wrapped up that day. Hands down if you want a fair and honest car purchase Chawn and Madison are the complete team! Highly recommend!!!

I was 5 months pregnant when I bought my car (I live 5 hours from the dealership) and the windshield wipers did not work. Lithia had offered to pay for them to be fixed since I bought it like that. Over the course of my pregnancy I went back and forth to the dealership ( 5 HOURS ) to get my wipers fixed by them maybe 4-5 times. Each time I was sent home without them being fixed. They even had me go to two other dealerships but sent me with the wrong parts 3 times. I am now 6 days away from my due date and today my windshield wipers were finally fixed.... with a used part & from a different dealership. I’m thankful they were at least fixed and I’m grateful I didn’t have to pay for this... but i spent just as much money traveling 10 hours almost every 2 weeks for 4 months. The heat on my passenger side also doesn’t work, but I’m not even going to tell Lithia about that because knowing them, it won’t even be fixed by the time winter is over. If you’re pregnant and seeking stress and financial problems I strongly recommend Lithia Toyota of Billings!

WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE EVER(occurred 2 years ago)Im writing this review because I just purchased a new Toyota RAV4 in Portland OR and the experience was so awesome, it made me realize im still traumatized by my experience at Lithia Toyota of Billings.I bought a 2018 C-Hr in October 2017 and my sales person was Brittany Pierce. I live in NW MT so I made the deal via email. before making the drive we came to a deal of 26K out the door including my trade, neg equity rolled over, 0.9% finance, and graduate rebate.AFTER DRIVING OVER 500 miles I got to the dealership and DID NOT receive 500 grad rebate, and ended up walking out the door with a 28K loan. (gap insurance 1K and who knows what other fees) I was only 24 years old at the time and my father was co-signing (on the deal I made before I left). I have never felt so lied-to or taken-advantage-of in my life.

To say that I am dissapointed is an understatement. Lets start with attempting to buy a car. On multiple occasions I attempted to buy multiple cars. A couple subarus, a honda, each time I came in to see them, I would look and... then nothing. I would text and call and be brushed off by anyone I would speak to and hear nothing else until the car that I wanted was gone. I had money in pocket but the sales here must be hourly to ignore me that much. I attempted to call and email the GM but again, nothing. Ive never heard from him. On to service, I have never met 2 advisors who had less of an idea about what they were talking about. How can you hire people to advise people how to service their cars when those two have no clue what is happening? Why do I have to go back to lithia dodge across town for my service because that advisor cant figure out my warranty oil changes and told me to figure it out? Toyota was closer to my house and work so I thought maybe service would be Ok but no. I have personally spoken to easily 10 people who have left Toyota with loose drain plugs all from the same lube tech but I would expect no less from this company. I look forward to the copy pasted generic response from some drone upstairs.

0/10 would not recommend. Had an appointment made with a Sean Johnson but he blew me off when I got there and ended up with a Mr. Brake. Told me they cant budge on pricing because they have their service team go through each vehicle and make sure its safe to drive and detailed clean for sale. Looked at an Acura that pulled so hard to the right it was dangerous and had old water bottle and dog hair all over the back. Everything had cuts and scrapes the seat looked like someone pulled a knife on it. Looked at a few other vehicles got a soft hit on my credit (not a soft hit as mentioned by other people) multiple times then walked away knowing they were just trying to rip me off. Nothing about that place felt inviting or gave me the impression I was getting a good deal including the prices. Go to Hardin Chevrolet or anywhere else if you want a deal from people who might actually care.

I stopped by today to look at Tundras. They had 2 identical trucks on the lot. A used one with 33000 miles priced at $56,000and a new one priced at around $47,500. However, they told me, due to the shortage of new inventory, they would not sell me the new truck at the factory set price. Instead they had increased the price to over $51,000!I told them that it was price gouging, that I would not tolerate it, and would never step on to their lot again. They screwed me on a used vehicle before. They cannot be trusted!

Had a great experience with Lithia on the front end, buying my 4Runner. Love the vehicle, but regretting buying from Lithia. My temp tag expires today, but the paperwork didnt get mailed to our local government office until yesterday. So after today I will be illegally driving my 4Runner And hoping I dont get pulled over and get a ticket. The lady at Lithia in the title department has Blatantly lied to my husband numerous times about when she mailed my paperwork it out. The manager finally looked into it and mailed it himself yesterday. The manager said there was nothing they could do and they would not send us another temp tag. If you are headed to Lithia from another state, beware!

Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. We’ve bought 3 here so far and have always had a pleasant experience. This time around is different though we purchased during COVID-19. The dealership was spotless, 6 feet and a barrier between us while signing paperwork was observed and separate pens were given. I witnessed the staff cleaning and wiping down surfaces frequently during our visit. They are doing a fantastic job to maintain a clean and sanitized showroom during these uncertain times. BUYERS BEWARE so we got pressured into a used 2019 4runner that we did not want and then they had us sign the paperwork for the wrong vehicle after all this we then had to come back in and sign for the 2019 vehicle that they sent me with I will warn everyone to stay away from Lithia Toyota of Billings they have no communication and no customer service at all! I do not recommend this dealership at all. All though I love Toyota vehicles the customer service at this dealership is horrible. They are rude and not willing to work their customers. When they were Prestige they were wonderful, but since theyve been bought by Lithia its been a horrible experience every time I go in. I will start going to the Bozeman dealership.

This one star rating is for Lithias failure to communicate. I reached out in an email to Lithia inquiring about a 2020 Sienna on 11/27. I got a response back from Dana asking for a good number to reach me at. I immediately responded. After that I heard nothing more. The next day I happened to check Toyota of Bozeman (Ressler Motors). They had the same vehicle, same trim level priced $1,800 less. Both vehicles at each location were new. We ended up purchasing the same vehicle in Bozeman for much less. Not to mention Toyota of Bozeman bent over backwards for us in financing and our trade. GO see Zach Jatkowski at Toyota in Bozeman. He was fantastic! Dont waste your time with Lithia.

We got a very rude salesmen!! We literally almost walked out because of him but ended up with a great finance guy. Our car was dirty inside. Salesmen said he would get it cleaned up before we took it home. Needless to say it was still dirty when we got into to leave. All the cars we looked at were dirty inside. Nearly all of their vehicles have big dents or scratches on them. They look nothing like the pictures posted on internet. Wish they would be more honest.

Purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago. Sometimes when people trade in cars, they are not completely honest about the issues their car has before trading it in, which is not ethically right. Well regardless, when I test drove the van, an engine light came on. I was told they would fix it as long as it didnt cost too much or they would have to get me into a new vehicle. They have honored their word this entire time. Visit after visit, and yes it has been a frustrating deal, however their service department and the sales team were extremely professional and I appreciate all they have done. I know it wasnt their fault they were stuck with a van that had these issues. Thank you to the entire Lithia team. I want to say a special thank you to Curtis and to Pat! My heater works great! :)

Overall Im pleased with the vehicle that I purchased, but the customer experience related to the buying process left a lot to be desired. My sales rep had limited product knowledge and seemed disinterested and disengaged from the start. His old-school sales tactics were laughable and only wasted everyones time. After agreeing to the terms of sale, I walk into the finance office only to have my interest rate increased by 50 basis points. I then drove 2 hours to get home and it dawned on me that they only provided a single chipped key and remote/fob... on a certified pre-owned vehicle that I spent $34k on! My follow up emails to the General Sales Manager have gone unreturned. Inexcusable. Id suggest working with Ressler Toyota in Bozeman given the option.

Costumers I highly recommend you read the reviews before wasting youre time!This WOULD HAVE been My 3rd time buying a Vehicle but my first time going through Lithia Toyota of Billings By far my Worst experience trying to buy a vehicle I have so much to say but long story short They want top dollar For there rides they do not try and deal with you.The ride I was looking to buy was listed @$33,999 So thinking to my selfmaybe they only want a few $100 more or even 1,000 tops so I called and ask about the vehicle I was looking at and how much it will be to drive it off the lot they end up wanting 39,300 after it was all said an done so thats $5,301.00 more then what the vehicle is listed at online.FYI: What you see the vehicles are listed at expect to add 1,000 plus to it!

Phillip was great. Very helpful, not at all pushy, and definitely seemed more interested in finding a vehicle that fit what I was looking for rather than just making a sale. He looked at my budget and didnt show me anything that he knew I couldnt afford. I think Phillip really demonstrates that the customer comes first. I got a great truck at a great price. Much better than any other dealership experience Ive had in Billings. Both Phillip and Michael were very non-judgmental with my less than perfect credit. I really appreciate how much they did to help me finance my truck.I had the opportunity today to deal with their service department after the sale and I really felt like they wanted to take care of me as a customer. They performed work beyond what we had scheduled and didnt charge me for the extra things that needed to be taken care of as part of the root cause. I was really impressed with how sensitive they were to my schedule too.Lithia Toyota is easily the best dealership in Billings. They are now my first stop for any of my future vehicle needs.

This dealership deserves 10 stars! All my gratitude and thanks to the best salesman in Billings, Chawn Johnson! I recently bought a pre-owned Honda Pilot through Lithia and Chawn went above and beyond for me.I saw the Pilot on Facebook Marketplace I called right away and Chawn took it from there. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional on the phone. He answered all my questions (which I had many) sent photos and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. I drove over 7 hours to pick up the vehicle and he made sure the buying process was fast, efficient and got me back on the road in no time. Chawn, also took care of me when I found one issue with the vehicle. The financing Manager, Clinton was great as well!Once again, 5 out of 5 stars for Chawn Johnson! Best service Ive had at an automotive business...I took my 95 Tacoma in to have an engine issue looked at. The techs were slammed and couldnt get to it that day, but a gentleman named Jim Harmon took my name and info down and squeezed me in the next morning.I arrived early and again Jim met me. He didnt even ask what was going on with my truck, and when I began to explain again, he already knew and remembered from the day before. The techs were already working on it when the appointment was supposed to start, and Jim brought me back in the shop, physically showed me everything that was going on, and gave me an honest opinion of what to do now and what could wait.He then gave me a quote on what everything would cost and said it should be done in a couple hours. I mentioned money being a little tight and that I needed to be to work in a couple hours. He said hed see what they could do.In only an hour I was called to the desk, was told everything was finished, and the cost of it all was $50 under what I was told. He also gave me some advice on how to temporarily fix another issue I was having.My truck seems to be running great again. I will definitely be using Prestige and recommending this business to others.

I asked them to change out all the air filters on a 2011 Camry they claimed they did it. I got it home opened up the in cab air filter and find it packed full of dog food from mice. When I pay for something I expect it to be done right. Ticks me offThey resolved the issue thanks.

Was able to get car in for same day oil change. Staff friendly and courteous. Checklist indicted everything was in green but rear windshield wiper is totally worn out and needs to be replaced ( have wiper in car just havent replaced yet) which is why only giving 4 stars Appreciate friendly service there though

However, the sales manager was arrogant and difficult to work with.Overall, the treatment we received was good, vehicle was fairly priced and the dealership was able to beat my banks pre-approved interest rate by a good amount. Norm of Lithia Toyota is a real piece of work I was looking at a 2008 Honda Accord I had already talk to my bank and him and was very honest with him about my situation! I let him know every other day where I was at with getting the car, even had a bill of purchase for the vehicle and they had sold it to someone else right underneath of me . Poor salesmanship could not even point me into another direction of another vehicle that would suit me . I’ll never be doing business with them or sending anyone to their car lot.

I recently purchased my 5th vehicle from Lithia Toyota of Billings (2020 Hilghlander XLE) and I cant say enough wonderful things about them. First, Kristen Paulsen is the only sales associate that I will work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, doesnt pressure you and only wants whats in your best interest. Patrick ONeill has been the sales manager for each of my purchases and he truly goes above and beyond. Not only have I bought 5 vehicles, but Lithia Toyota of Billings has also purchased two additional vehicles from me outright. Knowing I can go somewhere I trust and work with people who have my best interest in mind is a weight off my shoulders.When you need service, Robert Muir is your go-to! He is always available to advise me on what is most important for my vehicle and makes sure my car is well taken care of. I couldnt leave a review without mentioning Mike Cleveland, Service Manager. During a very unfortunate situation with one of my vehicles, Mike took the absolute best care of me.
