Had an awesome experience with Chuck and he met us in Bozeman at the airport. My wife and I test drove it, signed papers, and we were on our way back to Texas. We appreciate him and the great vehicle!
I purchased a vehicle from thier lot on 8/19/2021. Their werent any mechanical issues with the vehicle when initially inspected by my mechanic at hansers. The vehicle checked out. I proceeded after the purchase and got an oil change, this resulted in unfolding the true issues of the vehicle, which are the engine lifters going bad. This is potentially a $2500 to $4500 repair. This is after already planning to repair the fuel pump, which the dealership was already aware of at the purchase. After the discovery I contacted Kessler Auto and they denied and claimed its just the vehicle, since I had the vehicle less than 2 weeks I asked for assistance which in turn I was basically told off and SOL. It is a used vehicle purchase 21k, but feel it is bad business practice for this as such. I was only looking for assistance and options to make it right.I was told that I could contact my attorney or whomever. Which I dont know why that would be the case, unless the issue was known already. I was also told my trade in vehicle was already Sold, so since I did not purchase the vehicle out right that they couldnt help on that either.UPDATE 9/9/21. New information rose up as well. From what was I found out is that Kessler Auto was also aware of the hemi ticking and lifters hitting. This information was NOT disclosed at the purchase of the sale.
Bought a truck from them with a cracked block and they swore up and down nothing was wrong with the truck and it blew up a week later
