Usually very friendly staff but on 10/24/21 the girls were made me feel like it was an inconvenience to talk to them or ask questions. Disappointed

I loved Cosmo before it got bought. Cami n Jayda would always have shipment done by Wednesday/Thursday, if something wasn’t on the shelf they’d check the shipment list, they always went above and beyond. Now the store is a mess, shelves are never stocked and things are always out of stock, shipment doesn’t get done til Friday, they wouldn’t even do a price check for me. Such a bummer.

Just moved here from AZ. The store is BIG, & carries more product lines than the one in AZ. I was pleasantly surprised. Gals that work there were very friendly, & helpful. ✂

The manager is amazing. I know the store has been stressed due to reorganizing the entire store, which looks amazing! The down part to it is they always have the rudest costumers talking down to staff and acting very entitled. I feel bad for the Manager especially. Great store

Always a nice place to buy product. People are helpful and friendly. Inventory is well stocked and looks great. However, a lot of turnover so people are not as educated about products. I like seeing same faces, it makes a place feel more familiar and inviting.

Place is improving. Better staff. Products are being replenished better.
