Girl named Renee is who helped me she is AWESOME very helpful and knows a lot about products aldd also gave me good recommendations
I’ve been using Sally’s for my at home beauty needs for a decade and today I stopped in for my hair color and upon going in the store they’re very low in inventory, higher on prices and now require you to pay for a bag if you need one. This will be my last shopping experience with Sally’s beauty.
I usually go to Sallys in the heights so I didnt know this but apparently the West End location close early and just whatever time they feel like because I was here 20 minutes before closing and I knew exactly what I needed and their doors were already locked super disappointed I guess I just go to the heights when I need something
Bought henna hair dye and that was the most gross smell and hardiest hair dye to spead ever and once it was sitting for the 30 mins it dried like dirt in my hair and took me about an hour to rinse out and it still wasnt fully rinsed out, there is still dirt like particulates all over my scalp and so I called Sallys to ask if they could do something about this and I talked to Jasmine and she said I could bring it back and they could make it right, which I thought a refund but they gave me a gift card which is frustrating because I only buy hair dye from here and wont be able to use the gift card as I wont be dying my hair as its super nappy and badly textured after using the henna...I thought they would do something more to make it right....
Don’t bother trying to shop here. They’re never open despite what their sign says and they don’t answer the phone either. Don’t waste your time.
I’ve tried Calling for the past 2 hours about a pickup, before they close. Absolutely no one answers!!!
Never have what looking for in stock, always truck is in tomorrow never get assistance, employees always standing around or blocking aisles while chatting with eachother. Was told I was pregnant when really, Im just a bit overweight. Last 3 times visiting, treated badly. Store on the heights has much better selection and massively better customer service. Worth the extra travel to get there.
Says they’re open for curbside pick up. Been calling for a week and nobody has ever answered the phone. Extremely Disappointed.
The girls that work here are not very welcoming and do not offer help in any way. And, they might not know it, but when customers ask questions they do a really good job at making you feel stupid. They need to work on the customer service skills. I just moved here and after always having amazing service at other sally stores it bums me that this store doesnt compare to all the others Ive frequently visited. From now on I will only come in here as a last resort.
I have been very disappointed during recent visits to west end Sallys... staff doesnt greet customers and when struggling to find a product they sit and stare. They offer absolutely no assistance to customer. The sales associate Jennifer was extremely rude she clearly seen me and my mother struggling to find a product and just sits behind the cash register staring at us then when checking out said not one word to us. This has not been the first time! Going to make the drive to the heights next time and hope for better costomer service.Management- do yourself a favor and hire helpful friendly personable sales people!
I love the hair coloring products and nail stuff here. Theres a few very sweet & helpful employees but the last few times Ive been here theres just a few younger girls that dont make you feel welcome and are too busy talking to each other to help anybody out.
Friendly service. Just right for the person who is fastidious about their hair.
The cashier...Diane ?? was rude, didnt address me at POS.She answered the phone before my sale was finale, by her conversation it was a personal call. She asked the person to hold on for sec, She laid the phone down for all of 1.2 seconds just enough time to put my receipt in the bag then picked up the phone again said oh I was just ringing out a customer, handed me the bag didnt say thank you have a nice day anything, so i stood and stared at her and finally she lookes towards me and said thank you it was the most awful experience I have had in a long time.
Ive been to this location twice since moving to Billings, and had a decent experience. One of the staff members followed me around the store the entire time, but didnt ask me if I needed help finding anything. I called this location recently because I lost something of importance, and heard the associates on the phone laughing and giggling while talking about the item that I lost. Very unprofessional. Ill probably try the Heights location next time I need my hair products, because Sallys is the only place that carries what I need.
They dont honor their own advertised deals. Not worth going to this store. Rude employees
Gf picked this place and she gets all her needs and desires met here and prices arent too bad so definitely 5 stars.
It was super frustrating when the register was locked. I shopped for 30 mins only to get to the register and be told I couldn’t check out. She could have at least warned me when I walked in and she knew she wasn’t able to use the register.
Always find what im looking for and they have good deals several times a year. Their people are always helpful.
Its a great place to shop for hair supplys. Always have great customer service.
Found what I was looking for! Nice gal working today.
Angie is the best always so helpful and always a smile!
Store seems understaffed, and employees seemed overworked. Went back 3 times looking for a product, each time being told that it had come in on the truck and would be put out on the shelves the next day. The 3rd time, as Im walking out the door, the lady calls out: Oh, you could check with the Heights location. Gee thanks, really? I will only be going back to this location when Im desperate.
Good prices, helpful employees.
Friendly staff, helpful.
My daughter changes hair color alot
