The shop has been reopened and revitalized by a great group of seasoned technicians.

I had a vehicle that was in out of another shop who not only screwed me over, but couldnt fix the problem with my car.These guys had my car running after I got it there and at a reasonable price. They also gave me some reasons why it may not have been starting. Which is due to the last shop not completing work after holding onto my car for 10 months.They were amazing and took good care of me and my mini Cooper.

I took my bmw there for a cracked valve cover, took about a week but was told they were down a mechanic so I didn’t worry about it much. But after I picked it up and a day or so later I went to put stuff in my trunk and my cabin air filter and engine covers were laying in there. I gave them a call and the lady apologized and offered to have me bring it in and they’d do it but I didn’t want to deal with the construction down there. Give it a week and car misfires so I take it in to have them see if they didn’t set the valve cover gasket correctly (she said they were training someone on my car and that’s why the filter was forgot). I took the car in and wait about 3-4 days to hear what was wrong but they never found out and it just kinda went away. When I took it the second time I reminded them that the cabin air filter was still not installed and asked for them to correct it while they had my car. I just went to put stuff in my trunk yesterday and the filter and everything is still there. I paid $100 to have the cylinder 6 plug pulled to check for oil and to still not have my filter be put back. Most likely will not go back.(it’s even on the technicians sheet to put the filter back in place)

Great service and was very fair in price! Was stranded in Billings on my way to Bozeman this past summer and they helped me out and sent me on my way. Nice folks too.

I know this isnt a motorcycle repair shop but while on a trip through Montana, my wife broke part of the clutch handle on her BMW motorcycle. We called Metric Wrench as we were stranded on the side of the Interstate. They arranged for Jims Towing to tow the bike to their shop. One of the co-owners then called motorcycle shops for us and also ran us around town after Metric Wrenchs closing hours. Finally, Hansons Motorsports said they could repair the part.Metric Wrench let us store the bike in one of their bays for the night and recommended some places for us to stay the night. In the morning one of their mechanics installed the repaired lever and we were on our way. They charged a fair fee for their mechanics time. This shop really went above and beyond and helped us out during a stressful time. Thanks Metric Wrench!

The absolute worst place to go. DO NOT recommend. Front bumper of my car got damage on it. Plus they must have been having fun in my car because there was a box of OPEN USED MAGNUM CONDOMS IN MY CAR. They barely even worked on my car fixed the minor problems. Kept telling us they fix it but never got to it. Every time I drove by car just sat there. DO NOT RECOMMEND METRIC WRENCH. DONT WASTE your money on these guys. DONT

Got my car back and was more wrong with it than to begin. Very rude when respectfully confronted about the issue and dishonest quote. A terrible ran outfit. And same story from a few of my friends. I would not recommend.

Brought our Saab in for a no-start issue. Weeks went by without a definitive cause or solution. Was told it might be the Twice box, which of course is $1800. Was charged $200 for a possible diagnosis. I was a service advisor for an auto business for 7 years and never charged anyone that much money for an uncertain diagnosis. I will not be recommending this business ever again.

Awful... All work done 4 years ago now has to be redone... Substandard parts, poor workmanship... Water pump not replaced but charged for new water pump .......BEWARE
