I had several issues with my vehicle and was able to get an appointment for service right away. Ashton was my service tech and he was very courteous friendly and professional. Was told by Donovan lets sell you a van gave him permission to hit my credit score 2x. Not 2x. Lowered my score 41 points and they declined my credit. Score was 690 begin with. Said they would e-mail me why I didnt get approval. Pete the GM has failed to do so. When I tried to negotiate they hung up on me.Found out later Donovan was let go from another dealership.
